“The Deal” – Pragmatism vs. Emotionalism

A pragmatist is a person who approaches problems, decisions, and beliefs based on practical, real-world results rather than abstract theories, ideals, or emotions.

When it comes to the Middle East, there is no shortage of emotional responses, theories and ideals. I understand those points of view and while I certainly do NOT agree with such emotional anti Semitic views as expressed by the vast majority of the liberals, I DO stand with Israel, the Jewish people and Prime Minister Netanyahu.

Netanyahu has wisely stated, “If Israel’s enemies put down their weapons today, there would be peace, If Israel put down her weapons today, there would be no Israel.” That is a very pragmatic view. It is based in historical reality. Since 1948 when Israel officially became a nation, they have wanted to live peacefully with their neighbors, but the fact remains, Israel’s neighbors have, for the most part, wanted Israel eliminated.

After 4 very long years of the Joe Biden occupancy of the Oval Office, after 4 very long years of nonsensical yarns blathered by the dazed and confused Joe Biden, after 4 very long years of watching Joe Biden stumbling, bumbling, falling on stairs, falling off his bike and wandering aimlessly about the White House lawn…what I’m about to get into should come as no great surprise.

After the whole world saw Biden shaking hands with invisible people…time and time again, after the whole world listened while Biden related a conversation he had had with an Amtrak Conductor years after that Conductor had died, a story Joe told time and time again, after the whole world watched creepy Joe sniffing girl’s hair…time and time again and listening while the old dolt related a yarn about his uncle being EATEN BY CANNIBALS…what I’m about to get into certainly isn’t breaking news.

In 2020, Joe Biden campaigned from his basement, and when he was allowed out of his habitat, crowds were, at best, sparse, comprised of 10’s of people, and Joe wasn’t allowed to talk to the press. But he supposedly got 81 million votes.

Uh-huh.

According to Keith Ellison, the Minnesota Attorney General, Renee Nicole Good was, “a compassionate neighbor trying to be a legal observer on behalf of her immigrant neighbors, a poet, a mom, and a daughter.”

That’s the verbal portrait the liberals are trying to paint of the woman whose life ended on a Minneapolis street in the blink of an eye when she tried to run down a law enforcement officer last Wednesday. Ellison isn’t the only liberal trying to bestow sainthood on Renee Good, just as was done with George Floyd, Michael Brown, Trayvon Martin and Kilmar Abrego Garcia. The running consensus from the halls of liberal propaganda is that Renee Nicole Good was a mother of a six year old child, an award-winning poet, a wife, and a guitar player.

Renee Nicole Good’s own mother, Donna Granger, said of her now dead daughter, “She was one of the kindest people I’ve ever known. She was extremely compassionate. She’s taken care of people all her life. She was loving, forgiving and affectionate. She was an amazing human being.”

It really is amazing isn’t it? The party that claims to be incapable of defining what a woman is, now claims to be experts on war crimes.

Just a couple of weeks ago, six elected liberal knot-heads released a video telling active service military personnel to disobey orders from the Commander in Chief, President Trump, if they believed those orders to be illegal. When pressed for several days, even by members of their party’s propaganda media to provide examples of any illegal orders given by President Trump…they couldn’t.

Last week, with their latest manufactured and false crisis resembling a smoldering outhouse fire, Virginia elected liberal knot-head, Sen. Mark Warner went on MS NOW’s Morning Joe, and advocated for a full-blown military coup, an armed insurrection if you will, against President Trump saying, “I think, in many ways, the uniformed military may help save us from this President.” This is very interesting given Warner’s recent history of coup denials.

“Political violence targeting Donald Trump and Elon Musk is becoming increasingly normalized,” researchers warned, citing the attempt on Trump’s life during a campaign rally last year. “Following the July 13, 2024, attempted assassination of President Trump, tolerance — and even advocacy — for political violence appears to have surged, especially among politically left-leaning segments of the population.”

That was part of a report published several months ago by the Network Contagion Research Institute and the Rutgers University Social Perception Lab.

No kidding.

Back on March 15^th, 2025, I penned a commentary, “The Danger of the Liberal Psyche Exposed Part 2” in which I wrote the following: “The sociopathic red flags present throughout the Obama regime is much longer, but what it led to was, I suggest, even worse, and while sociopathy is generally considered a trait, or mental illness in individuals often leading to or culminating in heinous criminal behavior.”

Go woke, go broke. That was the reality a couple of years ago for companies embracing the “woke” strategy being pushed by liberals. DEI was everything, and if you didn’t fall in line, you were cancelled. It really didn’t work out very well.

Remember Dylan Mulvaney? Remember what happened to Bud Light?

Anheiser Busch hired a “woke” marketing director and she decided that Bud Light was catering to “frat boys” and needed to be more “inclusive.” To that end, she EXCLUDED nearly 100% of the Bud Light core consumers by making a big deal out of some dude with a little deal pretending to be a woman and poof…Bud Light went from the best selling beer brand to dwelling beneath the hole in which the keg was sitting.

So, Joe Biden has cancer. Prostate cancer to be specific, and it has spread to his old bones. We’re being told by the liberal elitists to cut Joe a break, and indeed some right wing pundits are.

I’ve heard everything from “we wish Joe well,” to “we’re praying for Joe and the whole Biden family in this difficult time.”

Well, sorry, but I’m not one to pretend to virtue-signal. When I heard that Joe Biden had cancer…prostate cancer that has spread to his bones to be specific, my response was…so?

I’ve heard others saying things akin to, “well, if you ever had somebody you cared about die from cancer, you might have some empathy for what old Joe is going through right now.” Okay, for the record, I have had family members die of cancer, or from complications brought about from cancer, and I have had friends die of cancer as well, but I’m not one to suddenly change my perception of someone based on an affliction.

Just over a week ago, the royal family of Qatar offered up a spanking new, shiny 747-8i. to President Trump to be used as our nation’s brand spanking new, shiny Air Force One. Almost immediately, liberals pitched a hissy-fit claiming that the plane was being “GIFTED TO TRUMP.”

There is a present and growing desperation within the liberal party of sociopaths, and for good reason. They lost the 2024 election, lost all seven swing states, lost the electoral college vote, lost the popular vote, lost the senate, the house, and minority voters.

Now…they’re losing whatever was left of their marbles.

There is an internal civil war being waged inside their party between garden variety lunes, and far-left radical lunes because they have absolutely no party leadership. Oh, they are looking for leadership, but in all the wrong places as pointed out by my RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS partner and friend, Diane Sori in her latest op-ed, but none of the names on the list are striking a chord with voters.

Far too many talking heads are blaming the sociopathic party’s woes on that lack of leadership, while far too many within the party itself are blaming “bad marketing.” Take Tampon Tim Walz as an example. Just a week or so ago, Tampon Tim said that the reason for his party’s current situation was because they weren’t bold enough to double down on their DEI and immigration policies. Walz said, “We got ourselves in this mess because we weren’t bold enough to stand up and say ‘you damn right we’re proud of these policies. We’re going to put them in, and we’re going to execute them.’”

According to Kathy Griffin, a faux comedian who’s pronouns are PTSD, and TDS, Kamala’s loss is all Taylor Swift’s fault.

“I know this will get me in trouble, but I really, really wish Taylor Swift had done an event with Vice President Harris in Pennsylvania two months ago. She is so powerful, and it’s not fair that the weight of the world is on a pop star’s shoulder.”

So, let me see if I understand this correctly…according to Kathy Griffin, if only Taylor Swift, who’s entire career is based on songs she’s written about the poor choices she’s made, and who’s fan-base consists primarily of girls who are too young to vote had done an event with Kamala in Pennsylvania…Kamala Harris would have won the election?
