Operation David – A Sensible Peace proposal

The Israeli’s vs. the Palestinians…an on-going battle since the 1960’s when the Soviets invented the Palestinians as a cold war tool to use against the west and Yassir Arafat used them to forward his PLO agenda…an ongoing battle that has now turned into statesman Benjamin Netanyahu vs. ‘I really don’t give a damn about Israel’ Barack HUSSEIN Obama with Jordan’s King Abdullah II…the man actually holding the trump card…sitting laughingly on the sidelines.

Abdullah II has the U.S. fooled with his Western mannerisms and dress but know in his heart that he is an islamist who will sell his soul to devil if it helps him keep the cushy U.S. financed lifestyle he has grown accustomed to. Abdullah II, who with a swipe of his pen, could end this battle but refuses to do so as he is NOT his own man but is a puppet whose strings are pulled by the Muslim Brotherhood…a recognized terrorist organization interestingly NOT on Jordan’s terrorist list.

And now with the bad-blood, if you will, between Netanyahu and Obama out in public for all to see…bad blood caused by Obama’s blatant anti-Semitic and anti-Israel agenda…it’s NO wonder that the Israeli/Palestinian peace talks have fallen flat on their face. And while many think this conflict will never end there is still a bit of hope for peace, and it comes in the guise of Jordan’s secular freedom fighters…in the guise of Mudar Zahran, muslim leader and Secretary General of the Jordanian Coalition of Opposition.

Laws, Codes and Eligibility – A Civics Lesson

cru 1After yesterday’s article, “Cruz Makes it Official – The Race is ON!!!” I believe there are more than just a few out there who need a civics lesson.

Ted Cruz, as a matter of LAW and U.S. Codes…IS indeed qualified AND eligible to run for the office of president.

The Constitution, clearly states that to serve as president, one must be 35 years of age, one must have resided in the United States for at least 14 years and that one must be a Natural Born Citizen. Just as clearly, the Constitution never defines Natural Born Citizen nor do any of our founding documents but…later laws and codes DO.

The Supreme Court, which has NEVER entertained a case based on NBC and therefore, never issued any DECISION regarding NBC has, for a very long time, held that a Natural Born Citizen or…NBC…is one who is a Citizen at Birth or…CaB.

Further…the SCOTUS has long held that NBC includes those born in the United States or abroad to parents of a U.S. citizen.

Now don’t go all plural on me here as I will explain this.

Cruz Makes it Official – The Race is ON!!!

tc 1The first hat has been thrown in the ring and it may well be THE most Constitutional hat there is out there.

With a Tweet…Ted Cruz has made his intentions known.

“I’m running for President and I hope to earn your support.”

There are two very important elements of that short tweet…first, that Ted Cruz IS running for the highest office in our great nation and second…that he hopes to EARN our support.

He doesn’t EXPECT it…he doesn’t just WANT it…he hopes to EARN it and THAT is more than just refreshing…it is downright honorable.

But wait…He was born in CANADA wasn’t he? His FATHER wasn’t a U.S. citizen…right?

Yes, there are those who are and already have come out against a Ted Cruz run for the White House based on those things and their talking points are set…

“Cruz In, BUT NOT ELIGIBLE.”

“A ‘natural born citizen’ is a person born of citizen parents.
Ted is not a ‘natural born citizen’ since Ted’s father was not a citizen at the time of Ted’s birth. Our Constitution requires a candidate must be a ‘natural born citizen’. TED IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO THE PRESIDENCY.”

Many such dissenters I believe are liberals wearing Conservative’s clothing but some, as the one who posted the above comments yesterday on Facebook are simply misinformed.

Ted Cruz IS ELIGIBLE.

Let’s examine the meat of the talking point against his eligibility shall we?

The Secret Service Needs to Sober Up!!!

It all started with Michaele and Tareq Salahi crashing a formal dinner…AT THE WHITE sec 1HOUSE…as the two reality TV stars made it past not one but TWO Secret Service checkpoints.

Then…there were 13 Secret Service agents who were caught soliciting HOOKERS and brought STRIPPERS back to their hotel rooms in Columbia. Three of them returned to work after an investigation…six either retired or were reassigned and the other 4 lost their security clearance.

Then…Ignacio Zamora…a Secret Service SUPERVISOR was discovered trying to get BACK into the Washington DC hotel room of a woman to whom he had given a BULLET from his SERVICE weapon. Apparently, he had met the woman in the BAR…went to her room and left her the bullet. When the woman REFUSED to allow him back in…Zamora went to the hotel staff and THEY called the White House.

The investigation found that Zamora AND agent Timothy Barraclough…both assigned to the presidential detail had allegedly been involved in misconduct for sending sexually suggestive EMAILS to a female agent.

Next up…remember the fake sign language guy at the Mandela funeral? He got passed the Secret Service with FAKED SECURITY CREDENTIALS and stood just three feet from Obama throughout the entire affair.

After that…THREE Secret Service agents were sent home from the Netherlands after a Saturday night of heavy drinking as one of them was found…PASSED OUT in the hotel hallway…ON SUNDAY MORNING!

Lost and Found – The IRS Email Scandal is BACK!!

ema 1Remember when Lois Lerner claimed that more than 2 years’ worth of her IRS emails had been lost because her hard drive crashed?

Of course you do.

Remember when it was reported that 6 MORE IRS employees, in Lerner’s division, couldn’t access THEIR emails because…THEIR hard drives had ALSO crashed?

Remember when we were all told that there had been NO electronic backup of ANY of those emails?

Sure you do.

Remember when we discovered that all IRS emails are backed up on TAPE and that unfortunately, while YOU and I have to keep YEARS worth of OUR records should the IRS demand to see them…the IRS itself only holds onto their backup tapes for a scant 6 months?

Yeah…you remember.

Remember when the IRS Commissioner sat before the House Oversight Committee and told us all that those emails were unrecoverable?

Remember when Congressman Paul Ryan said THIS to IRS Commissioner John Koskinen’s face?

Weekend Edition: Can We PLEASE Focus???

tnp eagleI have to tell you that there are just some things I don’t give a rat’s ass about. Not in the least…not at all…because in the grand scheme of things and with the world in the shape it’s in right now…certain things just don’t really matter.

For instance…

I don’t give a crap who wore what to the Oscars. For that matter, I don’t give a crap who DIDN’T wear what to the Oscars and if you think there is some overwhelming reason to continue to post and share photos of Neil Patrick Harris in his tighty-whiteys…you are sadly mistaken.

I don’t care who sang what during halftime and I don’t care how Madonna’s dancers were dressed at a Brit Awards show. When people launch into that line of ‘THE WORLD IS ENDING…ILLUMINATI…SIGNS OF THE APOCOLYPSE AND THE DEVIL’S MUSIC’ crap…it makes reasonable people think you’re on the verge of organizing a book burning party on an overpass to prove that you are somehow more virtuous than the rest of humanity.

I don’t care who’s sleeping with whom or who is getting married to whom. If you don’t think that people of the same sex should sleep with each other or get married to one another than by all means…don’t sleep with or marry someone with the same parts as your own.

Problem solved.

Colorado and Washington made it legal to smoke pot for fun. Okay…since I don’t smoke pot or live in Washington or Colorado…why should I care. They both voted on it at the state level…it passed in both states…big deal.

Abortion?

Amnesty and the DHS…DEFUND THEM BOTH!!

dhs 1They will, of course, lay the blame on Republicans but…so far…the bill that would fund DHS has been blocked. Not once…not twice…not three times but FOUR times and all four of those blockades have been put in place by…LIBERALS.

Even CNN has admitted it.

The house-passed bill would fund DHS and eliminate all funding for Obama’s amnesty dictate and THAT is why liberals are blocking it.

Mitch McConnell, the nutless wonder that he is has caved to support Obama’s call for a CLEAN DHS funding bill but since such appropriations bills must originate in the HOUSE…the question becomes…will Boehnar cave this time as he has done so many times before?

Here’s the most absurd part of this whole thing…

LIBERALS are INSISTING that Obama’s amnesty executive order be FULLY FUNDED…even though he has been BLOCKED by a FEDERAL JUDGE from enacting it at all.

One term being used to describe the liberal’s motives in this situation is blackmail.

Other terms for it are wheeling and dealing or…standard operating procedure for congress as for as long as there has been a United States congress, this is how things get done . You want this…then give us that or…if you don’t give us that, we won’t give you this.

To understand the “dire” nature of allowing DHS funding to lapse…we must look at exactly what the DHS is and how they spend our taxpayer dollars.

It’s Time to Send Islam Back to Hell

sla 1To claim that Islam is a ‘religion’ is as patently absurd as claiming it to be a ‘religion of peace.’ It is, in fact, neither.

What Islam is has been evidenced for the world to see, front and center, since 9/11 for before that, it seemed nothing more than a pesky gnat…something from far away that didn’t affect us here. That of course was wrong and that was never made clearer than on that September morning when 3000 of us…over here…were murdered by what we all thought was…over there.

It has been nearly 14 years since then and Islam hasn’t diminished. Not at all.

We were lied to in 2012 when we were told that Islam was on the run. We were lied to when we were told that Islam had been decimated.

We were lied to by one who is one of them.

Obama has created vacuums of power over there, to be filled by Islam. He has turned his back on our allies over there, to appease Islam. Obama has hired Islam to guard our best diplomats and disappeared when all Islamic hell broke loose. Obama has armed Islam, financially supported Islam and is currently trying to stall while Islam develops nuclear weapons and delivery systems.

Delivery systems meant not to strike over there but…

SOTU – More of the Same Ol’ Socialist Song and Dance

coll 1In his State of the Disunion speech, Obama laid out his plan to further wreck the economy while trying to make us all believe that because of his policies, roundly slammed in the midterm election, our economy is so bright we have to wear shades.

Obama’s plan is to further the fundamental transformation of America into a socialist state and whatt he is promoting is abysmal and decidedly un-American.

Obama wants 7 days of paid sick leave for every employee. That SOUNDS reasonable until one gets to the reality faced by business owners who have to pay it. What any savvy business owner will do is simply make an adjustment in their pay scale. 7 days of paid sick leave adjusts to the equivalent of 7 days less pay per employee because business owners, at least those who intend on staying in business, won’t eat it…they will adjust FOR it and the workers will pay the price…not the business owners.

Obama wants to expand overtime.

Again…savvy business owners, should such a mandate be presented, will cut pay to compensate and once again, the workers lose.

Obama AGAIN went on the warpath for a hike in the minimum wage and again, until one recognizes the truth, it sounds good but…when the minimum wage gets hiked, it results in LOWER pay because business owners cut workers hours and hire fewer workers to keep their bottom line even.
