SCOTUS Renders Ruling – No Pillars of Salt

scd 1The sun did indeed rise in the east this morning regardless of the ruling by the Supreme Court that same sex marriage is now legal in all 50 states and I drove around town yesterday…AFTER the ruling…and failed to notice even one pillar of salt.

In a 5-4 ruling, the Supremes decided that the same LEGAL standing…the same LEGAL protections and the same LEGAL benefits are to be extended to same sex married couples as are extended to opposite sex married couples.

It’s not the end of the world though you might have a different impression if you browse social media posts which include everything from the sky is falling to this is the end of our nation and the end of times.

Equal protection under the law has always been a hallmark of our Constitution and of our country although there are obviously some out there who believe those equal protections should extend only to those exactly like them.

Among those who are most distressed over the ruling are those who claim that this is an assault on religious freedom.

They are wrong in that interpretation as the ruling says nothing regarding nor does it interfere in any with religious precepts, religious doctrines or religious interpretations regarding marriage.

If Not Hillary Then Who: The Truth Exposed – Part 2

As my Right Side Patriot partner and friend Craig Andresen pointed out in Part 1 of this cas 1report, the DNC does not and will not support Hillary in 2016…so who will it be in the end after Hillary drops out of the race…and know that she eventually will as scandal after scandal envelops her. Obviously it will be someone who will dance to the liberal/socialist music and read whatever is put in front of them without getting delusions of grandeur in the process.

In other words a shiny new penny…socialist in leanings… young…dynamic…Latino…and above all else…controllable.

Julian Castro…we’ve been sounding the alarm about the former mayor of San Antonio TX…now HUD Secretary…a position awarded him to gain both a national profile and experience…ever since he burst upon the national stage in 2012, when as San Antonio’s mayor he delivered the keynote address at Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s Second Nominating Convention. Along with his twin brother, Texas Congressman Joaquin Castro, Julian Castro, co-chair of Obama’s re-election campaign, campaigned long and hard for Obama, allowing the lock-in of the much needed Latino vote that turned the red state blue to the tune of 71% of Hispanic voters voting for Obama in 2012. And his reward from the party hierarchy for his efforts some say will be the Vice-Presidential slot on Hillary’s ticket for they know that the Hispanic vote is crucial to Hillary’s winning. But…and this is critical…both Craig and I say NOT so fast as being number 2 is NOT the goal of Julian Castro…or the DNC for that matter…as this man covets the biggest prize of all…taking the nomination away from Hillary for Castro knows that Hillary is NOT now nor has she ever been the darling of the DNC…he is their ‘golden boy’ and has been for quite some time.

At the TSA…Your Safety is Job NONE!!

tsa 1Well now…don’t we all just feel REAL safe when we go to the airport and board a flight to somewhere?

Over the past few days, we have learned that the TSA…the Transportation Safety Administration for technical identification purposes…Touchin’ Feelin’ and Squeezin’ for reality’s sake…has FAILED on 95% of airport security tests conducted by its parent bacterial infestation…the DHS…a governmental agency that has spent tens of BILLIONS of taxpayer dollars to accomplish what, exactly?

Oh, that’s right…according to the official congressional report…absolutely nothing.

And we should be surprised by the TSA’s failure in this regard?

Try sneaking too much shampoo onto your flight or get caught with something as dangerous as a nail clippers in your carry-on bag and YOU just might find yourself on the NO FLY list but…smuggle fake explosives, guns, ammo and other contraband  past airport screeners…

SCOTUS Decision on Obamacare Looming

oc 1The ruling from the Supreme Court could come at any day…Obabacare hangs in the balance and Obama himself is feeling the pressure…big time.

Yesterday, at a press conference in Germany, the dictator was asked about the upcoming decision and his response was nothing shy of, well, desperation laced with lies.

At issue are four words that appear on page 95 of the 2700 page Obamacare monstrosity and what those four fords mean but before we get to that and Obama’s lies told Monday in Germany…lets have a look back at how we got to this point to begin with.

Obama knows damn well how we got to this point and his weasling isn’t going to change any of it.

Nancy Pelosi, most likely on Obama’s orders as she is a good little minion, told us all, and congress, that in order to see what was IN the bill they would first have to PASS the bill. In other words…Obamacare wasn’t fit to be read by the very people elected to read bills BEFORE they passed them.

6.4 Million Holier Than Thous Supported Obama

hol 1Earlier in the week I woke up the choir and they didn’t like it one little bit. I sent a certain segment of one particular brand of Christianity into a fit leading them to accuse me of being of a nature such that their descriptions of it were, in some cases, vile…as these self-described good and moral Christians are so apt to do when one challenges their slumber with facts.

Yesterday, I brought forth more than the quotes of our Founders and Framers to illustrate just how they deliberately kept ANY religion or specific brand of any religion from becoming the foundation of our nation and provided clear evidence and reasoning as to why they took those very deliberate steps.

That was also not well received by those who profess to follow the teachings of Jesus more closely than thou.

Today…the lesson we must learn from their actions…

Black Liberals Addicted to Welfare – Part 2 of 2

stat 1Yesterday, in The National Patriot, I offered that the root of the problem, deemed today to be a racial divide and currently being blamed on various police departments around the country is, in reality, based in liberalism.

Today…I offer to you the statistics to prove my point.

The top ten poorest cities in the U.S. have all be run by liberals for decades.

The top ten most violent cities in the nation have likewise been run by liberals for decades.

And there’s something else these cities have in common…as the levels of violent crimes grow, the white population decreases as does that of law abiding black and Hispanic nuclear families. The fewer black, Hispanic and white two parent families that live in these cities…the higher and higher the rate of violent crimes rises.

Black Liberals Addicted to Welfare – Part 1 of 2

add 1Saturday night, at about 8:30pm, a Hattiesburg police officer made a routine traffic stop…called for another officer to assist and moments after the second officer arrived, both officers, Benjamin Deen, 34, and Liquori Tate, 25…one black, the other white…had been shot and killed.

Three people were arrested early Sunday morning in connection with the murders…brothers Marvin and Curtis Banks and a woman…Joanie Calloway. Marvin Banks and Joanie Calloway have been charged with two counts each of capital murder while Curtis Banks has been charged with two counts of being an accessory, after the fact, to capital murder.

Another man, Cornelius Clark was arrested later on Sunday and he has been charged with obstruction of justice according to the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation.

All four suspects are black and the Banks brothers are your standard issue street thugs…Marvin Banks having been convicted of being in possession of stolen property in 2010, sentenced to one year and one day with four years of probation which was revoked sending him back to prison on a three year stint. Marvin Banks was released in June, 2012, placed in a supervised release program that ended just one year ago in May 2014.

While ON that supervised release, both Marvin and his brother Curtis were charged with selling crack cocaine in 2013.

Both the Banks brothers have been arrested over the years on a variety of charges including multiple weapons charges, drug charges and both have a string of felony convictions.

All the King’s Horses and all the King’s Minions

Humpty Dumpty is about to fall.
All the king’s horses and all the king’s men
Can never put Humpty together again.

Humpty in this case is Obamacare and at the end of next month, the United States Supreme Court will render a decision that could well leave Humpty Dumpty shattered into 8 million pieces.

At stake are the subsidies. Should the Supreme Court hold that the subsidies are allowed only as the law was written…that ONLY the STATE exchanges are allowed to extend subsidies and NOT the FEDERAL exchange…8 million people who received subsidies from the federal exchange per the king’s executive order and not via an act of the congress…would LOSE those taxpayer subsidies thus making the “AFFORDABLE” Care Act UNaffordable to them.

If they can’t afford the cost of full-on socialism…they will drop OUT of the socialist healthcare program leaving the pool of other people’s money too shallow to draw from for the rest. Oh, there are options…everybody ELSE’S premium costs, deductibles and prescription costs could be jacked up into outer space to cover the shortfall but that will render socialismcare unaffordable even to those who can, but just barely, afford it now and they TOO will beat a hasty exit.

I believe the Supreme Court will indeed rule against the king on this one and here’s why…

Hillary’s Got a Whosits

The world is a damned mess. ISIS and various other terrorist ISLAMIC cults of ideology are wreaking havoc in the Middle East trying to build a caliphate and murdering any and all who don’t share their 7th century mindset.

Iran, a terrorist nation is on the verge of building nuclear weapons with which they will first bomb Israel, one of our greatest allies and then, turn on US.

Russia’s Putin, the statist, is expanding his influence in an attempt to rebuild the Russian Empire after Hillary pushed the “reset” button.

North Diarrhea is sending missile parts and technology to Iran.

Nations that don’t like us much are donating to Hillary’s foundation/slush fund.

Our Ambassador, Chris Stevens along with three others…Sean Smith, Glenn Doherty and Tyrone Woods are still dead…Hillary knows why but she isn’t talking and her defining statement on the topic which revolves around their murders and her treason is…”AT THIS POINT…WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE???”

The GAY Marriage Debate is NOTHING New

marr 1Yesterday, friend and Right Side Patriots radio partner Diane Sori wrote and published an op-ed regarding the obtuse silliness regarding the leftist media’s line of questioning to Republican candidates…”Would you attend a gay wedding?”

It’s a great op-ed and worth the read but it got me to thinking…haven’t we been through something very much like this before?

Until about 50 or 60 years ago…wasn’t there an element of society that was dead set against ANOTHER type of weddings?

Indeed there was.

It was deemed by some, mostly by those on the far uber left and by some on the far fringes of the uber religious right to be…unnatural…an affront to the natural course of things and something that people of good standing ought NOT to participate in.

Why…it was hard…nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get some bakeries to provide a cake for such weddings.

It was hard or nearly impossible to find a photographer to record such an event…and in many cases…churches were REFUSING to hold such ceremonies in THEIR places of worship.

But people got married anyway…
