Before I begin please read parts 1 and 2 (out of 4) of my RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS partner Craig Andresen’s expose on these federal land grabs either on his blog ‘The National Patriot’ www.thenationalpatriot.com or on my blog ‘The Patriot Factor’ www.thepatriotfactor.blogspot.com as each part leads into the next part.

Now let’s recap some important facts…according to the Congressional Research Service, the federal government (including the U.S. Bureau of Land Management, the U.S. Forest Service, National Parks, and military bases) controls roughly 81% of the land in Nevada, 62% in Alaska, 67% in Utah, 53% in Oregon, 62% in Idaho, 42% in Arizona, 48% in California, 48% in Wyoming, 35% in New Mexico, and 36% in Colorado, and the BLM also controls 700 million acres of subsurface mineral estates throughout the nation.

These numbers equate to roughly 260 million acres in the western states…translating into a land grab equal to the size of Colorado and Wyoming combined…with most of that land being listed as mixed-use land (land allowing for two or more different types of uses, for example land used by the public or rented to private companies)…but now the feds want to transfer 140 million of those 260 million acres over to what they call ‘Treasured Land’ status (land that NO citizen or private company can access).

Government Land Grabs: The Truth Exposed – Part 1

It’s a word one doesn’t hear often, and more often than not, it’s associated with some medical terminology. Acute nasal drip. Acute arthritis… something along those lines but the word acute has a specific definition.

Acute – adjective: acute; comparative adjective: acute; superlative adjective: acutest

  1. (of a bad, difficult, or unwelcome situation or phenomenon) present or experienced to a severe or intense degree.

I want you to keep that definition front and center as you read what’s coming next and it will light your hair on fire. In fact, keep it in mind throughout this shocking 4 part series of articles regarding government land grabs as it becomes more than obvious the “problem” isn’t at all what the government wants you to believe.

The Obama regime, his DOI (Dept. of the Interior) and the BLM (Bureau of Land Management) are plotting behind closed doors to grab even more land in the western United States because, they are convinced there is an…“acute” problem of private landholdings in BLM administered areas to the sum of 412,675 acres, and no, we’re not talking about Bunkerville here but, we might as well be.

So…of all the vast expanse of land out there, what’s a measly little 412,675 acres? In the great scheme of things, it’s only an inch on the scale.

Give em an inch…they’ll take a mile…right?

Case in point…On the heels of the Bunkerville debacle, the BLM is now threatening to seize land in Texas along the Red River…the boundary between Texas and Oklahoma. Back in 1986, the BLM was successful in stealing 140 acres there. That’s the inch. Now, they say THAT little land grab sets precedent for them to steal another…90,000 acres. There’s the mile.

Well guess what? Utah congressman Rob Bishop has recently uncovered documents…inter-agency documents circulating between the DOI and the BLM that not only show the power and land grab is being engineered behind the closed doors of the most transparent administration in history and documents which would indicate Obama either has or is being encouraged to sign an executive order to bypass congress yet again for the specific purpose of eradicating their “acute” problem…NOT to the tune of 412,675 acres. Oh, no…no, no…TO THE STAGGERING ORCHESTRAL DIRGE OF SOME…13 MILLION ACRES!!!

What congressman Bishop discovered were 14 pages of such documents that the DOI and BLM have been stalling him on for months, and according to Bishop…

Friday Fume

AOL ace journalist, Carey Reilly stood firm and asked some LaLa land loon, Paul Wesley from “Vampire Diaries” why, in fact, he named his cat…”CAT???”

This idiot’s answer should make the world a better place. “I guess I’m making a statement against humanizing cats. I named the cat Whiskey first, because it has long whiskers and I also like drinking whiskey. But then it just seemed cheesy to me. So I went back to Cat and now it’s just Cat.”

Here’s MY in depth question…WHY IN THE HELL ARE WE HUMANIZING LIBERAL DIPWADS BY NAMING THEM…PAUL WESLEY???

Ya see how much crap I have to sift through just to get to the liberal insanity that MATTERS???

Is Obama’s Criminal Regime Facing Collapse?

The BLM standoff at Bunkerville from which the BLM and this absurd federal administration had to retreat with their collective tails between their legs.

Harry Reid calling those who stood to defend a rancher…”Domestic terrorists.”

The mainstream media at the prompting of the lapdog NY Times trying to label Bundy a racist though the full tape of the interview proved that selective editing can do wonders for propaganda and no minority who knows Bundy personally or has worked for Bundy has come forward with anything but praise for the man.

In Bundy’s case, the race card failed again.

Donald Sterling tapes surface and the press becomes enchanted all over again. This time they have a racist but, it soon becomes front page news that he’s a long time idiot and everybody already knew he was racist.

So much for that.

John Kerry makes perhaps THE most damaging remark yet to our relationship with America’s only real friend in the Middle East or, at least as damaging as Obama’s insipid remarks a couple of years back regarding how Israel should give ground and return to their completely indefensible pre-1967 borders.

Now, Lois Lerner’s attorney wants to talk to the house committee as she faces arrest for contempt.

New owner need not be local as the team IS located in Los Angeles which we understand, could be a drawback to those who value liberty and low taxes.

Broker is insistent that the new owner must NOT be offended should his…or HER…high dollar bimbo or gigolo (as the case might be) be seen in public in the company of “black people.”

Racism – A Sword With Two Standards

sterling 1There are a few things you need to know about L.A. Clippers owner Donald Sterling and none of it excuses what he said on recently leaked tapes.

He’s 80 years old.

He’s been married for more than 50 years.

I’ll hazard a guess that this V. what’s her name isn’t the first bimbo he’s shacked up with.

The bimbo in question is a gold digger and, by some accounts, an extortionist who has kept her recordings close at hand for a time when she got cut off from the money tap.

She got cut off from the money tap.

And, by some accounts, Sterling may be at the onset of Alzheimer’s.

As I said, none of that excuses his view of black people in what we are now learning are more than 100 hours of recordings his extortion prone bimbo has made because, she claims he asked to be recorded as he forgets things easily.

Is the guy a racist?

Yeah, it sure sounds like it but here’s the question. Has he violated any laws with his remarks?

No. No he has not and while his views regarding black people make him sound as stupid as a mud fence…

Beware the Royal Spawn of Chelsea

At some point in the future when he becomes a grandparent, nobody in the media will be able to gush over his being our nation’s first black presidential grandchild.

How sad.

First of all, that honor should go to Thomas Jefferson citing his affair with Sally Hemings, a Monticello slave at the time and DNA evidence compiled in 1998 regarding the fact that Heming’s youngest son, Eston Hemings, shared male ancestry with our third president.

While that has been disputed by some, there can be NO dispute over who our first black president was.

One, pasty white, Bill Clinton as deemed by the liberal media back in the day and now, with the mainstream media literally OOZING vapidness from every pour regarding the recent news of Chelsea Clinton’s impending birth canal expulsion, any future Obama offspring would come in a distant third but, while on the topic…

The child of Chelsea may well not even be the 2nd black presidential grandspawn given Horny Bill’s propensity to be as monogamous as a rabbit on Viagra in a hutch full of hot-to-trot bunnies regardless of his poor aim in relation to his presidential humidor, Monica Lewinski.

There could well be more Clinton offspring out there of child bearing age for all we know.

Now, I know there are some out there who believe, perhaps with some validity, that the Obama’s adopted but…

Under the supreme “leadership” of a community organizer our foreign policies and diplomacy are being handled, in 140 characters or less…through…TWITTER???

“The world stands #UnitedforUkraine.  Let’s hope that the #Kremlin & @mfa Russia will live by the promise of hashtag,” was the tweet fired off on Thursday night by Jen Psaki, a spokeswoman for the Department of State.

The tweet doesn’t even make sense but, what does with this regime?

Apparently swift boat ketchup boy Kerry is now so obtuse and invisible to the likes of Putin that this inane regime has left the high-level negotiations to a SPOKESWOMAN and her TWITTER account and I’m reasonably sure that ‘Vlad the Invader’ is now rethinking his next move on the world chess board before he finalizes his plans to reestablish the Russian Empire.

The difference between Putin and Obama is as clear as the ringing of a bell in that PUTIN has an army and he’s not afraid to use it.

On the other hand…

Obama may have a pen and a phone but…

John Kerry has a SPOKESWOMAN with a keyboard and HE’S not afraid to use HER.

Thursday wasn’t the first time Psaki has had her #lessthanintidating twitter account pressed into the service of our nation either.

Try swallowing this ObamaCare pill

As many of you know, last week my dear friend Dori was laid to rest after her 16- month battle with brain cancer…and you know of her family’s battles through the nightmare of the health care fiasco known as ObamaCare. The battle is over for Dori but it has just begun for the rest of us.

And that battle begins with us knowing that ObamaCare is a LIE…NO other way to say it. It is NOT health care nor is it affordable as its actual name…The Affordable Care Act (ACA)…claims it to be. ObamaCare from its inception to its roll out to its subsequent implementation is NOTHING but one big scam to ‘insure’, if you will, the ‘sponges’ of our society so they stay in the voting pocket of the Democratic party and NOTHING else.

Obama loves to claim that to date more than eight million Americans have signed up for health insurance through the exchanges, but the truth is more like eight million Americans have perused the Healthcare.gov website and put something into their shopping cart, but have NOT paid that all-important first premium…thus denying the program the dollars needed to keep ObamaCare afloat. And Obama knew this would happen for he knows…and has always known…ObamaCare’s inherent flaws.

And while we conservatives know well ObamaCare’s flaws…like the death panels with the 15-member bureaucratic cabal of DC fat cats who will decide who gets to live and who gets to die…like rationed medicine for the rest of us…and all the other medical peccadilloes that are the hallmark of ObamaCare, but what most don’t know is that something very dangerous was snuck in ever so sneakily and will affect us all…and that is that drug prices for ALL prescription drugs will be substantially going up to cover for the monies needed but NOT gotten to keep ObamaCare afloat. Obama knew the true sign-up numbers would NEVER allow ObamaCare to survive…so drug prices and sign-up numbers have been manipulated to subsidize almost the entirety of the ACA.

And now I will tell you just how much of a drug price increase you will face and it will shock you like few things in ObamaCare have done before…
