Emails, Servers, Leaks, and Cover-Ups…Part 1

We all know Hillary’s presidential aspirations are in trouble because emails are dogging her every move. So, we have decided to tackle that issue in this two-part investigative report and hopefully we have tied it all together in a neat little package from which she can continue to run but not hide.

Like we said Hillary Clinton is in trouble…big trouble…with questions that demand answers…answers that should be given under oath…as the outrage continues to build momentum over the ‘suddenly’ gone missing ‘top secret’ messages that indeed once were on her private email server…a server initiating out of a small private Denver based internet company…Platte River Networks…hired by the Clintons in 2013 to provide ‘better security, durability, and a more professional setup.’ And Platte River Networks is a company who boasts on their website as having “connections in all the right places” yet is a company not cleared to handle sensitive or classified information…and know that 13,000 other private internet companies do have facility-wide clearance but Hillary ‘just happened’ to pick one that did not and still does not.

Interesting huh…well there’s more…much more.

After Hillary left the State Department in 2013, she hired Platte River Networks to upgrade and maintain her private email server at her Chappaqua NY home, and only after all was up and running smoothly did she give actual control of her email domain over to Platte River. Then and only then did Hillary send the original server’s hardware that was used to host her government communications to a data center facility in New Jersey, where it was erased, and where the FBI picked-up the blank server last Wednesday afternoon.

Emails and Espionage – Hillary’s Troubles Get Even Worse

emails 1Last Wednesday, I wrote and published an article here in The National Patriot, “Hillary’s Mess…First Treason and Now Espionage” regarding the further woes of the Hillary Clinton email scandal and put forth that she, Hillary Clinton, has violated the Espionage Act of 1917.

Now, that scandal both deepens and become more egregious.

In my previous article, I reported that “U.S. District Court judge Emmett Sullivan ORDERED 2 of Hillary’s top aides…one being Huma Abedin and the other being Cheryl Mills to attest…under penalty of PERJURY…that they have turned over ALL official government records and documents…including emails…that they had in their possession. Judge Sullivan ALSO ordered the Department of State to “identify any and all servers, accounts, hard drives, or other devices currently in the possession or control of the State Department or otherwise that may contain responsive information,” and that that court order was to have been followed by last Friday, August 7th.

Well…we have now heard from Cheryl Mills and what she has done is beyond contempt, beyond rational and flies directly in the face of Judge Sullivan’s direct order.

Cheryl Mills sent a letter to the Department of State and it has been filed with Judge Sullivan stating that…

Hillary’s Mess…First Treason and Now, Espionage?

hil 1In this day and age, laws change quickly…what is law today may not be so tomorrow and what isn’t law today could well become law by tomorrow morning but some laws, on the books for nearly a century, remain as pointed and relevant now as they were then.

Case in point…the Espionage Act of 1917.

In that act, it clearly states that…“gross negligence” as per the handling of any information regarding our national defense is a punishable offense…a crime…and as such, should national defense information be removed from or not stored properly…not stored in its “proper place of custody,” the responsible government official would face a maximum penalty of 10 years imprisonment.

Hello Hillary Clinton.

While one certainly knows that in 1917, the “proper place of custody” was a file cabinet or a safe and that those who wrote and enacted the Act never in their wildest dreams considered the advent of email…government servers, not one’s private servers located in one’s home in Chappaqua N.Y. are the “proper places of custody” today and in that regard…Hillary Clinton and her use of private email addresses and said servers is in breach of the 1917 Act.

We’ll Keep Our Guns…THEY Can Go to Hell

So…now Hillary Clinton has joined Obama in the exploitation circus of liberals calling for more gun gth 1control measures…measures meant to do nothing but strip law abiding citizens of their 2nd Amendment rights.

Here was her quote from Saturday…

“Regulations can be passed while still respecting the Second Amendment and “respecting responsible gun owners.”

“The politics on this issue have been poisoned, but we can’t give up. The stakes are too high. The costs are too dear.”

First of all…we already HAVE laws that respect LAW ABIDING gun owners in this country and ONLY the LAW ABIDING gun owners are ABIDING by them…and second…Well, I’ll get to my second point in a minute but first…let’s have another look at OBAMA’S insipid exploitation of this tragedy.

“We don’t know all the facts but…once again…someone who wanted to inflict harm…had no trouble getting their hands on a gun. Let’s be clear…at some point, we as a country will have to reckon with the fact that this type of mass violence doesn’t happen in other advanced countries. It doesn’t happen in other places with this kind of frequency and it IS in our power to do something about it.”

Okay…before my head explodes…let me now get to that second point.

If Not Hillary Then Who: The Truth Exposed – Part 2

As my Right Side Patriot partner and friend Craig Andresen pointed out in Part 1 of this cas 1report, the DNC does not and will not support Hillary in 2016…so who will it be in the end after Hillary drops out of the race…and know that she eventually will as scandal after scandal envelops her. Obviously it will be someone who will dance to the liberal/socialist music and read whatever is put in front of them without getting delusions of grandeur in the process.

In other words a shiny new penny…socialist in leanings… young…dynamic…Latino…and above all else…controllable.

Julian Castro…we’ve been sounding the alarm about the former mayor of San Antonio TX…now HUD Secretary…a position awarded him to gain both a national profile and experience…ever since he burst upon the national stage in 2012, when as San Antonio’s mayor he delivered the keynote address at Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s Second Nominating Convention. Along with his twin brother, Texas Congressman Joaquin Castro, Julian Castro, co-chair of Obama’s re-election campaign, campaigned long and hard for Obama, allowing the lock-in of the much needed Latino vote that turned the red state blue to the tune of 71% of Hispanic voters voting for Obama in 2012. And his reward from the party hierarchy for his efforts some say will be the Vice-Presidential slot on Hillary’s ticket for they know that the Hispanic vote is crucial to Hillary’s winning. But…and this is critical…both Craig and I say NOT so fast as being number 2 is NOT the goal of Julian Castro…or the DNC for that matter…as this man covets the biggest prize of all…taking the nomination away from Hillary for Castro knows that Hillary is NOT now nor has she ever been the darling of the DNC…he is their ‘golden boy’ and has been for quite some time.

If Not Hillary Then Who: The Truth Exposed – Part 1

She’s a treasonous snake, a liar, an accessory to the murders of four Americans in Benghazi, prone to drinking, unethical, by many accounts a shrew, a carpet-bagger, a socialist, most likely a racketeer, a destroyer of evidence and documents and the list just goes on and on but one thing she is not, is presidential material.

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again…the DNC doesn’t want Hillary Clinton to get the nomination nor do we even believe they want her pant-suited ass in the 2016 race.

The DNC turned their collective backs on Hillary in 2008, leaving her campaign’s dried up carcass on the side of the road as they hitched their wagon to Barack Hussein Obama and the only time they looked back was when they gave her the consolation prize of being the Secretary of State, a position she was woefully unprepared for and the results have left egg on all their faces.

It doesn’t matter how deep one digs, there simply aren’t any liberals out there who can dredge up one single accomplishment upon which Hillary can hang her hat during her time leading the Department of State down the road to international disaster. In fact, when asked, not even Hillary herself can come up with anything more astounding than the amount of miles she flew during those years.

Hillary and Benghazi – The Hole Gets Deeper

The Obama regime, including treasonous 2016 hopeful…then Secretary of State…Hillary knew 1Clinton knew that the attack on our mission in Benghazi, on September 11th, 2012 was indeed a planned terrorist attack…that it had been planned ten days in advance and that it had absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with a vague, little seen You Tube video when they, the Obama regime and Hillary Clinton told us all otherwise.

That has been the focus of analysis garnered from the documents obtained by Judicial Watch via a FOIA lawsuit that took two years to be answered but, I suggest there is much more to be learned from those pages of redacted documents that what we already knew.

For instance…

As stated in the report…“The attack was planned ten or more days prior on approximately 01 September 2012. The intention was to attack the consulate and to kill as many Americans as possible to seek revenge for U.S. killing of Aboyahiye ((ALALIBY)) in Pakistan and in memorial of the 11 September 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center buildings.”

So, it was no coincidence, as the Obama regime and Hillary claimed, that the attack took place on September 11th and it was not a “spontaneous” event drummed up by thugs in the street as a response to that now infamous You Tube video. But that is not the most startling piece of information to be discovered in the documents obtained by Judicial Watch.

There is this bit which should send chills down the spines of mainstream media…if indeed the invertebrates had spines at all…

Hillary’s Radioactive Scandal – Part 2 of 2

trea 1Yesterday, in part 1 of this expose, I related the background info compiled by Peter Schweizer, author of “Clinton Cash” and by the NY Times but there is, I believe, more…MUCH more to all of this than the “donations” for “deals” we have all heard of by now.

Let’s get right to it.

The biggest player in the uranium mining ‘deal’ engineered by the Clintons and approved of by then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is Rosatom…the Russian uranium company that now, thanks to Hillary, controls 20% of all uranium mining in the United States. How big IS Rosatam?

HUGE…on the world stage.

Rosatom builds more nuclear power plants worldwide than any other company. Right now…Rosatom has projects in China, Vietnam, India, TURKEY and…IRAN. But that simply is not the scope of what they do. Rosatom is ALSO the primary EXPORTER of uranium in Russia and Russia controls not only 20% of OUR uranium mining but…since Russia holds sway over Kazakhstan and as Kazakhistan is the world’s TOP PRODUCER of uranium…Russia controls more of the world’s supply than anyone else.

Hillary’s Radioactive Scandal – Part 1 of 2

clin 1The ‘deal’ was kept quiet. The terms OF the ‘deal’ were undisclosed despite assurances that ALL terms of ANY dealings WOULD be disclosed.

The ‘deal’ has now been exposed but, according to Josh Earnest, Obama’s town liar…the fault FOR the ‘deal’ is found NOT in the ‘deal’ maker but, in true liberal fashion, in the EXPOSER of the ‘deal.’

“I’ve been in a position where there have been other, to put it mildly, conservative authors that have launched, written books based on what they report to be serious allegations against the president of the United States. And I’m often in the position of responding to those incidents and trying to defend the president from accusations that are not rooted or accompanied by any evidence. Right now, that is what is happening to Secretary Clinton.”

Does that sound vaguely familiar?
