Obama’s Free-Range, Illegal Alien Decree

Just a few days ago, U.S. Border Patrol Chief Michael Fisher, issued a NEW DIRECTIVE called, “Use of safe tactics and techniques.”

Before I get into it…Allow me to bring up something which, on first blush, would seem to be totally unrelated.

Free-Range Chickens.

Those are chicken dinners running amok without any supervision…Free to roam fruited plains from sea to shining sea.

They are not to be confused with SMART chickens which, were they really, wouldn’t be caught dead in the frozen foods section at your local market.

Now then, back to the NEW DIRECTIVE as issued by the U.S. Border Patrol.

It is an engraved invitation for “FREE-RANGE ILLEGAL ALIENS” that permits them to RUN AMOK without fear of being rounded up any time soon.

Here are the lily-livered details…

(1)    In accordance with CBP’s current Use of Force policy, agents shall not discharge their firearms at a moving vehicle unless the agent has a reasonable belief, based on the totality of the circumstances that deadly force is being used against an agent or another person present; such deadly force may include a moving vehicle aimed at agents or others present, but would not include a moving vehicle merely fleeing from agents. Further, agents should not place themselves in the path of a moving vehicle or use their body to block a vehicle’s path.

There IS Room in the Conservative Tent

In last Friday’s “Fume,” I went off on group of Rutgers University “professors” who are circulating a petition to disinvite Condi Rice from their graduation program this year.

In that segment of the “Friday Fume,” I placed her accomplishments in a nutshell and, it takes a BIG shell to hold them all.

I said it then and I’ll say it again…Condi Rice, based on her intelligence, her drive, her steadfast refusal to be held back by preconceptions of her race or her gender may well be THE most accomplished woman in the HISTORY of the United States and, arguably, she is more accomplished than PERSON, man OR woman, than any other in our history.

Here’s what I DIDN’T say in that piece last Friday because, it’s not funny…It’s a point so serious, it deserves separation from the snarky musings of the “Fume.”

I suspect, that should you boil it all down, the REAL reason those “professors” at Rutgers don’t want Rice to speak at this year’s commencement has nothing whatsoever to do with her support for the war in Iraq.

Nothing at all.

It does, however, in my opinion, have everything to do with the color of her politics.

Allow me to explain.

Over the weekend, Dr. Ben Carson spoke at CPAC and, while his tearing down of the walls of political correctness drew a standing ovation at the conference, it drew unveiled racial hatred from liberals.

Weekend Edition: The State of the 4th Estate

If you think that the FCC’s backing down and running away with their tails tucked hastily between their collective legs regarding the proposed Government-Goons-in-the-newsrooms-of-America debacle is the end of it…

Think again.

It’s nothing more than the tip of the tyranny iceberg.

Yes, you probably heard about the idea of sending goons to monitor newsrooms under the guise of some sort of study and, you most likely were up in arms about it given the 1st Amendment’s guarantee of “Freedom of the Press” but, there may well be things you didn’t realize.

1st, is the notion that all of this was to somehow procure a “study” regarding minorities and the balance of news coverage.

BULLCRAP.

This was the precursor to a government-forced or mandated idea of racial balance both IN the newsrooms and delivered BY them.

Either news and media organizations were going to be forced to hire minorities whose primary job qualifications were going to be the color of their skin or…

This was going to bring about a government-ordered SELL OFF of some media groups directly TO minority ownership regardless of the private market, fair selling prices or interest in those companies BY minority groups.

Government mandated pandering to a known liberal voting bloc under the guise of racial equality.

2nd…There is no way in hell this is really over.

Yes, the FCC backed down. They blinked and pulled their plans to snoop and SUSPENDED this unlawful study but…Consider this…

If this was really over…It would have CANCELLED the “study” and…

“Climate Change” vs “Fundamental Transformation”

Well, there was John Kerry, in Indonesia, the only country, it seems, to whom Obama owes his allegiance via his citizenship, telling them, and us, “In a sense, climate change can now be considered the world’s largest weapon of mass destruction, perhaps even, the world’s most fearsome weapon of mass destruction.”

“The science is unequivocal, and those who refuse to believe it are simply burying their heads in the sand. We don’t have time for a meeting anywhere of the Flat Earth Society.”

John Kerry…THE SECRETARY OF STATE, who is SUPPOSED to be working on the political issues with which we have a world interest…Was trying to steer the conversation directly toward…THE WEATHER!!!

John Kerry is an idiot and that’s what happens when an idiot takes his cue from other idiots.

Meanwhile, Iran continues to defy inspectors on their merry way to building nukes, Syria is still a cluster you-know-what…North Korea is drawing the ire of the United Nations of Thugs, Thieves and Despots for their anything BUT human rights record and…Now, KIEV is going up in flames.

And this insane administration wants to talk about the WEATHER???

How to LOSE an Election in 10 Easy Steps

As we have an election in a short 8 ½ months, primaries in just 3 months and, since we haven’t done this sort of thing for the last 15 months or so…I thought now might be a good time for a refresher course in how to LOSE an election.

Somehow, we, as Conservatives, screwed it up back in 2010 and actually won the darn thing.

If memory serves…It was called a shellacking and, we certainly wouldn’t want to have THAT again.

Would we?

So…Let’s get started…

How to LOSE an election.

1) RESEARCH

Don’t do your own.

It takes time…It’s hard and it simply isn’t necessary in this day and age. There are PLENTY of folks scattered about on social media that you don’t know a single thing about who will be more than happy to do your research for you.

By all means…TRUST them.

There are a lot of axes out there and more than enough people willing to grind them and, it really doesn’t matter whether or not THEY share YOUR values and ideology…THEY did the research and, according to them…PIGS can FLY.

Just go with it.

Weekend Edition: Ted Cruz is No Jelly Donut

For some time now, I’ve been saying that if YOUR elected Member of the house isn’t Trey Gowdy…YOU need to go and FIND your district’s Trey Gowdy and ELECT her or him in 2014.

If the entire house was packed FULL of Trey Gowdys…This nation would be in MUCH, MUCH better shape.

Let me now address the other side of Capitol Hill.

The senate.

Here’s my advice…

If YOUR senator isn’t Ted Cruz…

GO FORTH…FIND YOUR TED CRUZ…AND ELECT HIM OR HER TO THE SENATE AS SOON AS WHOEVER OCCUPIES YOUR SENATE SEAT IS UP FOR REELECTION AND…MAYBE SOONER!!!

Think what you will regarding senator Cruz but, I’m telling you LOUD AND CLEAR…

AN ENTIRE SENATE FULL OF TED CRUZS…WOULD BE A DAMN GOOD THING FOR THIS NATION!!!

Period.

During his 21 plus hour Q&A monologue a at the end of last September, Cruz read “The Cat in the Hat” and, in doing so, said more of substance than Harry Reid has said in all his years in that body.

In fact, during those 21 hours, Ted Cruz made more sense than the entire senate has made if you take all their floor speeches, all their utterances in front of media microphones and all of their print interviews over the last 10 years COMBINED!!!

Friday Fume

 WHOO HOO…We’ve reached the end of another week and, although I took a few days off to move from one abode to another…3 FREAKIN’ BLOCKS AWAY…Liberals and socialists have been WORKING OVER-TIME!!!

Rand Paul has filed a class action suit over the NSA scandal while Obama STILL insists that Americans’ privacy is protected under NSA programs.

Yeah…Right…Sort of in the same way the IRS is PROTECTING OUR BANK ACCOUNTS!!!

Despite spending more than $300 MILLION DOLLARS OF TAXPAYER MONEY on their OBAMACARE WEBSITE…The state of Oregon HAS YET TO SIGN UP ONE SINGLE PERSON ON THE STUPID THING!!!!!

Now, the FBI is getting involved and a federal investigation is opening into the the great northwest debacle.

I’ll save em a whole bunch of time and money…

NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING…NOBODY’S RESPONSIBLE AND…EVERYTHING IS WORKING FINE!!!

Move along…Nothing to see in Oregon.

And…The man who has yet to find the REAL killer…O.J. Simpson…says, “I used to live my way, and now I’m going to die my way. I want to just sit down in a corner and die.”

SCREW the (Environ)Mental Cases – BUILD the PIPELINE

The only real obstruction to the Keystone XL pipeline now, much to the dismay of those on work release from (environ)mental asylums, is the Dictator, Obama.

Last Friday, not the 1st or the 2nd, not the 3rd or the 4th environmental impact study regarding that pipeline but, the 5th, and the one that came directly from Obama’s State (of Insanity) Department was released and, just like the previous 4, this one states that there is no environmental reason for NOT  building the 1,179 mile pipeline from Canada to Texas.

A couple of years ago, the greeny weenies complained that the pipeline would cross Nebraska’s Sandhills region and the aquifer but, the Cornhusker state’s Governor, Dave Heineman, ordered a study, found an alternative route avoiding both sensitive areas and, that route was accepted by Canada.

Obama  had pandered to the unions who stand to make bank off the building of the Keystone XL pipeline by delaying parts of Obamacare, just for them.

The problem is, he’s also been pandering to the (environ)mental patients by not signing off on the pipeline.

With Friday’s report, coming from his own administration, Obama now finds himself faced with yet another conundrum.

Does he benefit the United States or China?

Friday Fume

How ‘bout that State of the Union speech, huh?

In Egypt, when a guy wins a “DEMOCRATIC” election and then, declares himself the DICTATOR…The OPPOSITION PARTY has him ARRESTED AND PUT ON TRIAL!!!

Over here…The opposition party offers a trio of rebuttals and then goes on a retreat.

In Orange County California…Police served a search warrant…5 MONTHS AFTER NEIGHBORS REPORTED A STENCH COMING FROM A HOUSE…SO BAD IT MADE THEM PUKE…And found a TEACHER living amongst approximately…450 SNAKES AND RATS…MANY OF WHICH WERE DEAD WITH THE LIVES ONES CANABALIZING THE DEAD ONES!!!

Sounds like the assembled audience at the  SOTU but only stinking half as bad.

AND…

It’s Super Bowl week and we now know why the Falcons went 4 and 12 last year.

They knew the big game was set for NEW JERSEY in FEBRUARY and…

THEY WERE AFRAID THERE MIGHT BE 2 INCHES OF SNOW!!!

Patriots and friends…It’s Friday and…

I’m fuming.

And then…There were 3…Heading for the elected socialists retirement VILLAGES, where they can relax, play golf and REAP THE REWARDS OF BEING CAREER A-HOLES!!!
