Politics and The First Christmas

chr 1It is difficult to escape the political undertow in today’s world. Politics is in play in everything we do, from our daily routines to events half way around the world. Our schools, our streets and roads…regulations imposed on everything from our businesses to the water we drink…wars, conflicts, diplomatic relations with nations both friend and foe…we can’t get up in the morning, proceed with our daily business or go to bed at night without political interference.

This time of the year, we do our best to ignore, to whatever extent possible, the world of politics in favor of time-honored traditions that revolve around Christmas or Chanukah, but we should not forget the role of politics IN Christmas…the first Christmas to be precise.

Just as the death of Jesus on the cross was politically motivated, so too was the story of his birth.

While the scriptures reveal that Joseph and Mary traveled to Bethlehem to pay their taxes, the truth goes politically deeper than that.

Flunky Monkey See, Flunky Monkey Do

In the wide, wide world of places to go, and things to see…from time to time we all like to watch entities that appear to look quite a bit like ourselves, but think nothing of performing acts of self-gratification, ala Pee Wee Herman, and throw their own poo at the crowd of spectators.

Of course, I’m either talking about going to the zoo and standing in front of the monkey enclosure…or…watching liberals being liberals.

For the sake of this article, I’ve packed a travel bag, a couple of sandwiches and a soda and I’m off to Looneyville in an attempt to explain the behavior of liberal monkeys.

The Dawn of a New Religion

If L. Ron Hubbard…a science fiction author can start up a religion that sticks pins in a Leah Remini doll, having at its core, several well-known and questionably talented members of the Hollywood asylum for the terminally nuts…and if some dude in prison serving time on assault charges, who helped to co-found a fascist organization…the Black Nationalist organization, could invent from thin air…Kwanza…and con folks into believing it was some authentic African holiday…

Hollywood and Politics…Gropers Galore

Over the past three weeks, one thing and only one thing has been the headline story in the news…

Sex.

Lurid, unmitigated, uncalled for, unappreciated, unwanted and unprovable…Sex. Men, alleged to have had unwanted, unlawful sex with women and girls.Men alleged to have had unwanted and unlawful sex with boys.

Women, who used to be girls, and men who used to be boys have waited 10…20…30 and up to 40 years to level their unprovable allegations against people in positions of power…scampering to the nearest microphone…sometimes with their attorneys in tow…to spew forth tales of their victimhood for all to hear, and empathize with.

Allegations vs Burden of Proof

The GOP establishment is playing directly into the hands, and into the agenda of liberals where Judge Roy Moore is concerned, and I for one have had quite enough of it.

Rand Paul has joined the RINO chorus calling for Moore to step aside.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions who, with an apparent lack of things to do regarding the evidence against Hillary Clinton and her crime syndicate, which includes Obama has also made it known that he sees no reason NOT to believe the five women who…after decades of abject silence, have accused Moore of sexual misconduct.

Mitch McConnell, RINO extraordinaire, says that “I believe the women.”

And then…there is Senator Ted Cruz who summed up the RINO position in his disturbing statement…

Turning “Radical” Upside Down

Just for the record…

“Allahu Akbar” is NOT Arabic for…”Oops…My bad.”

I just wanted to get that out of the way in the shadow of inane statements from NYC Mayor, Bill deBla-Bla-Bla who rushed to the nearest microphone after the Islamic terrorist attack last week in Lower Manhattan.

Mayor deBla-Bla-Bla wanted to let the entire world know that just because some Allahu Akbarbarian jumps out of a rental pickup truck after plowing through a crowd of bicyclists and pedestrians, killing 8 and injuring several more…screaming in his native tongue that his misogynistic, pedophile prophet was wonderful…is no reason whatsoever to leap to a rushed conclusion that it was a terrorist attack.

Not that it hasn’t been done before…
