Lost and Found – The IRS Email Scandal is BACK!!

ema 1Remember when Lois Lerner claimed that more than 2 years’ worth of her IRS emails had been lost because her hard drive crashed?

Of course you do.

Remember when it was reported that 6 MORE IRS employees, in Lerner’s division, couldn’t access THEIR emails because…THEIR hard drives had ALSO crashed?

Remember when we were all told that there had been NO electronic backup of ANY of those emails?

Sure you do.

Remember when we discovered that all IRS emails are backed up on TAPE and that unfortunately, while YOU and I have to keep YEARS worth of OUR records should the IRS demand to see them…the IRS itself only holds onto their backup tapes for a scant 6 months?

Yeah…you remember.

Remember when the IRS Commissioner sat before the House Oversight Committee and told us all that those emails were unrecoverable?

Remember when Congressman Paul Ryan said THIS to IRS Commissioner John Koskinen’s face?

Is the key to the IRS scandal hiding in Russia? – Part 3 of 3

As more testimony is given in the IRS scandal it’s becoming obvious that the missing e-mails could very well be the key to collapsing the entire Obama administration, but it first must be understood that the IRS e-mails were NOT being secured because the IRS did NOT want them to be secured…period.

And why…because e-mail messages are considered official documents and can be offered as evidence in court and therefore can be legally binding…especially e-mails regarding the transaction of official business…of IRS business.

And the missing e-mails in question needed to be destroyed because…we believe …they contained evidence that the IRS…a supposed nonpartisan government agency…knowingly engaged in criminal activities to cover for the actions of Barack HUSSEIN Obama as explained in part 2 of this investigative report (http://thepatriotfactor.blogspot.com/2014/06/op-ed-is-key-to-irs-scandal-hiding-in.html). We also believe that NSA whistle blower Edward Snowden could also have noticed something was amiss at the IRS especially concerning e-mail correspondence…and with his vast computer expertise he could have ‘secured’ copies of those e-mails for himself out of fear such incriminating e-mails would go missing…which indeed they did…as outlined in part 1 of this report (http://www.thenationalpatriot.com/2014/06/24/is-the-key-to-the-irs-scandal-hiding-in-russia-part-1/).  

Now what everyone needs to understand is how the IRS…a mega-agency that according to government records spent more than $4 billion on contracts labeled ‘information technology and software’ over the last five years…yet according to last week’s testimony by IRS Commissioner John Koskinen himself…the IRS had NO funds with which to save and store e-mails due to budgetary constraints…due to “declining budget resources”…that he claimed prevented the agency from spending the $10 million needed to save and store e-mails…basically to upgrade their system from having to use tape for backups, from having to use hard-drives instead of servers to store information, and from only having the capacity to hold information garnered for six months.

Now ain’t that a kick as ‘We the People’ are told to store our records for a minimum of seven years yet the very agency telling us to do just that only stores their information for six months…talk about the epitome of hypocrisy.

Is the Key to the IRS Scandal Hiding in Russia? – Part 1

snow 1As the IRS targeting scandal continues to unfold or, not unfold due to what I believe to be the willful obstruction of the house Ways and Means committee investigation by the Obama regime, Eric Holder’s Department of Injustice and most importantly, by Lois Lerner herself, the complete lack of credibility surrounding lost evidence is something which only the mainstream media seems able to ignore.

Emails. 2 years worth of lost emails. It’s just too incredible to be believed that a computer hard drive crash, just ten days after first being asked about those emails wiped them out for all time. Further, it is implausible to be asked to believe that six other IRS executives had THEIR hard drives crash in concert with the Lerner hard drive.

In this day and age, when cyber fingerprints can be lifted from even the most savagely destroyed hard drive and information recovered by experts in the private sector not to mention the public sector, such as the FBI, it is beyond even the pale to be told that hard drives from the IRS and top executives at the IRS at that, could not be forensically brought back to life and the data recovered.

When American citizens, fearing that day when the IRS comes knocking are required to have a full seven years of their lives ready to turn over to that very entity of the government, the entity that can ruin their futures, it is incomprehensible that the IRS itself is only required to keep THEIR data for a brief, fleeting six months and even MORE incomprehensible that the IRS would be using easy to destroy TAPE as their back up system.

Furthermore, it absolutely flies in the face of mere coincidence that, given the timing of the supposed hard drive crashes of the very six executives of the IRS AND that of Lois Lerner’s hard drive, just days after first being asked about such a specific time period as 2009-2011 and ONLY that period of emails, from ALL SIX subjects were lost for all time, that the very company contracted to back up and SAVE their emails, SonaSoft, had THEIR contract CANCELLED by the IRS.

To be expected to believe this line of crap is seriously insane.

Friday Fume

friday fume 1Last week, Rev. RAT Al Not-So Sarpton claimed that he was never an FBI informant against the mob.

THIS week he ADMITS he was an FBI informant against the mob AND, he says that calling him a RAT is RACIST and that he SHOULD be thought of as a HERO.

Of course, yesterday…The Smoking Gun released a STING VIDEO of the FAT RAT back in the 80’s MAKING A DEAL TO TAKE POSSESSION OF $350,000 CLAMS WORK OF COCAINE!!!!

MSNBC is probably going to give him a raise.

The house committee has found Lois Lerner in contempt and, if the entire house agrees…The case will go to ERIC HOLDERS office for prosecution.

Ummmmm….

ERIC HOLDER WAS ALSO FOUND TO BE IN CONTEMPT!!!!

And…

When Obama was in Texas a couple of days ago…He met with Wendy “ABORTION BARBIE Davis.

A clear cut case of too little too late if ever there was one.

HANG ON FOLKS!!!

It’s FRIDAY and…

I’m fuming.

The Most Transparently CORRUPT Administration EVER

It seems that desperation is setting in at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in a big, BIG way.

The Dictator is doing his level best to distract from one abuse of power by trying to highlight another and another.

Just a couple of days after 3 whistle-blowers shed some light on the truth of Benghazi, Lois Lerner, in a nothing-burger conference answered a planted question regarding possible abuses by the IRS and the targeting “scandal” came to light.

The most transparent administration in history is transparently corrupt.

The only plausible explanation for having the question planted and answered with an apology by Lois Lerner is that Obama must have thought he would be able to distance HIMSELF more from the IRS abuse of power than he could from Benghazi and there are a few direct reasons FOR that tact.

We KNOW that SOMEBODY had to issue the Benghazi “STAND_DOWN” orders and the chain of command there is very short.

Had someone OTHER than Obama issued those orders, somebody’s head would have already rolled through the rose garden long, long ago.

Then there’s the fact that Obama himself, DISAPPEARED from the entire situation room situation on the night OF the attacks. He was there and then, he was gone and, under sworn testimony, we know that he never checked in again.

Why?

IRS CORRUPTION – Targeting Conservatives

Allow me to point out the merely obvious.

The IRS is corrupt.

It’s not breaking news but, late last week, we got irrefutable proof of it.

The IRS, as early as 2011, was TARGETING CONSERVATIVE groups. Any group with “Tea Party” or “Patriot” in its name was a TARGET for audits and worse by the IRS.

Not only that, but this WASN’T just some low-level pencil pusher who would now be up for a desk shuffling promotion. Oh no…There were those VERY high up in the 501c# office AT the IRS who were FULLY AWARE of what was happening and did NOTHING to stop it.

Naturally, those in IRS ivory towers DENIED early accusations and, now, we know they were lying.

That, also, is not breaking news.

Under this administration, which become more and more glaringly illegal by the day if not by the minute, the IRS was acting in a PARTISAN manner and LYING about their knowledge OF it.

Shocking…NOT.

Here’s where we get to what nobody else is talking about.

Guess which govern-mentallly unstable organization is or will be in charge of making sure that OBAMACARE is TAXED to the fullest extent?
