I’m fuming.

Remember when we told you, years ago, that Obama violated the law by placing the Fast and Furious documents he didn’t want Eric Holder to turn over to the House committee under lock and Executive Privilege key?

Sorry liberals…WE WERE RIGHT!!!

Yesterday, a FEDERAL JUDGE…one U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson to be exact…set the fast and furiously approaching date of OCT 1ST as the date by which Eric WITHHOLDER must…drum roll please…TURN OVER ALL THOSE DOCUMENTS TO DARRELL ISSA AND THE HOUSE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE!!!

Does anyone but me smell an impending hard drive crash in the offing?

Now I KNOW that Holder just told the assembled mob in Ferguson that he TOO was a black man but…I do declare…he looks as white as sheet right now.

What’s the matter Holder? Did you just see the ghost of Brian Terry???

By October 1st, Holder has been ordered by the judge to turn over all unprivileged documents AND…all PRIVILEGED documents as well and Issa has until Oct 17th to register any objection regarding any documents that AREN’T turned over.

fume 1In a week that just defies common sense and DEFINES liberal nonsense…We find THIS little gem.

YOUR government is spending $10 MILLION DOLLARS of YOUR money to build…ROBOTS…that will…good God…”ACT AS PERSONAL TRAINERS…FOR CHILDREN…TO INFLUENCE THEIR BEHAVIOR …AND EATING HABITS!!!”

According to Yale University…an asylum of higher indoctrination… ‘Robots Helping Kids,’ will ultimately “deploy” robots into homes and schools to teach English as a second language, and encourage kids to exercise.

Says nerd Brian Scassellati of the asylum, “What we want to do is move these robots out of the laboratory and into schools and homes and clinics, places where we can directly help children on a day-to-day basis. Just like a good personal trainer, we want the robots to be able to guide the child toward a behavior that we desire.”

So…it takes a village to raise a child huh? Now it’s gonna take ROBOTS to raise a VILLAGE of IDIOTS but that’s exactly what liberals want, and as if dumbing down kids wasn’t bad enough…NOW they’re going to start turning out MIND-NUMBED CHILDREN by letting MIND-NUMBED ROBOTS TEACH THEM HOW TO BEHAVE!!!

Is the key to the IRS scandal hiding in Russia? – Part 3 of 3

As more testimony is given in the IRS scandal it’s becoming obvious that the missing e-mails could very well be the key to collapsing the entire Obama administration, but it first must be understood that the IRS e-mails were NOT being secured because the IRS did NOT want them to be secured…period.

And why…because e-mail messages are considered official documents and can be offered as evidence in court and therefore can be legally binding…especially e-mails regarding the transaction of official business…of IRS business.

And the missing e-mails in question needed to be destroyed because…we believe …they contained evidence that the IRS…a supposed nonpartisan government agency…knowingly engaged in criminal activities to cover for the actions of Barack HUSSEIN Obama as explained in part 2 of this investigative report (http://thepatriotfactor.blogspot.com/2014/06/op-ed-is-key-to-irs-scandal-hiding-in.html). We also believe that NSA whistle blower Edward Snowden could also have noticed something was amiss at the IRS especially concerning e-mail correspondence…and with his vast computer expertise he could have ‘secured’ copies of those e-mails for himself out of fear such incriminating e-mails would go missing…which indeed they did…as outlined in part 1 of this report (https://thenationalpatriot.com/2014/06/24/is-the-key-to-the-irs-scandal-hiding-in-russia-part-1/).  

Now what everyone needs to understand is how the IRS…a mega-agency that according to government records spent more than $4 billion on contracts labeled ‘information technology and software’ over the last five years…yet according to last week’s testimony by IRS Commissioner John Koskinen himself…the IRS had NO funds with which to save and store e-mails due to budgetary constraints…due to “declining budget resources”…that he claimed prevented the agency from spending the $10 million needed to save and store e-mails…basically to upgrade their system from having to use tape for backups, from having to use hard-drives instead of servers to store information, and from only having the capacity to hold information garnered for six months.

Now ain’t that a kick as ‘We the People’ are told to store our records for a minimum of seven years yet the very agency telling us to do just that only stores their information for six months…talk about the epitome of hypocrisy.

Is the Key to the IRS Scandal Hiding in Russia? – Part 1

snow 1As the IRS targeting scandal continues to unfold or, not unfold due to what I believe to be the willful obstruction of the house Ways and Means committee investigation by the Obama regime, Eric Holder’s Department of Injustice and most importantly, by Lois Lerner herself, the complete lack of credibility surrounding lost evidence is something which only the mainstream media seems able to ignore.

Emails. 2 years worth of lost emails. It’s just too incredible to be believed that a computer hard drive crash, just ten days after first being asked about those emails wiped them out for all time. Further, it is implausible to be asked to believe that six other IRS executives had THEIR hard drives crash in concert with the Lerner hard drive.

In this day and age, when cyber fingerprints can be lifted from even the most savagely destroyed hard drive and information recovered by experts in the private sector not to mention the public sector, such as the FBI, it is beyond even the pale to be told that hard drives from the IRS and top executives at the IRS at that, could not be forensically brought back to life and the data recovered.

When American citizens, fearing that day when the IRS comes knocking are required to have a full seven years of their lives ready to turn over to that very entity of the government, the entity that can ruin their futures, it is incomprehensible that the IRS itself is only required to keep THEIR data for a brief, fleeting six months and even MORE incomprehensible that the IRS would be using easy to destroy TAPE as their back up system.

Furthermore, it absolutely flies in the face of mere coincidence that, given the timing of the supposed hard drive crashes of the very six executives of the IRS AND that of Lois Lerner’s hard drive, just days after first being asked about such a specific time period as 2009-2011 and ONLY that period of emails, from ALL SIX subjects were lost for all time, that the very company contracted to back up and SAVE their emails, SonaSoft, had THEIR contract CANCELLED by the IRS.

To be expected to believe this line of crap is seriously insane.

Benghazi – Covering Up TREASON With a Scandal

Did anyone but me catch the attempted distraction yesterday?

The only thing transparent about this administration is their corruption.

Just 2 days ago, three of the four mid-level State Department employees, singled out in the Accountability Review Board (ARB) official BENGHAZI REPORT, as being primarily responsible for the shortcomings OF the State Department which led TO the attacks in Benghazi…WERE REINSTATED.

The 4th, Eric Boswell, assistant secretary of state for diplomatic security had already resigned from his position.

 Charlene Lamb, the deputy assistant security tasked with embassy security…Scott Bultrowicz, the former director of diplomatic security and Deputy Assistant Secretary Raymond Maxwell, who was responsible for the entire North Africa region…HAD been placed on ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE…a PAID VACATION while socialists, a complicit lapdog media and this insipid administration TOUTED the THOROUGHNESS of the Pickering report.

Now…THOSE 3 HAVE BEEN SENT BACK TO WORK BY SECRETARY OF STATE, JOHN KERRY WHO SAYS, HE COULD FIND NO WRONGDOING BY THEM!!!

Okay, so…WHICH IS IT???

THEY WERE EITHER PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE OR…THEY DID NOTHING WRONG!!!

YOU CAN’T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS!!!!

Now, it seems…NOBODY in the State Department did ANYTHING wrong and just as that comes out, James Clapper at the NSA makes public MORE spying on Americans as a DISTRACTION.

Oh man…Just when ya think you’ve seen and heard it all…

Along comes yet ANOTHER week of despicable socialist behavior.

Can you even BELIEVE some of the stuff this week?

Some socialists daughter gets the brainiac idea to JUMP OFF THE ROOF and INTO THE POOL but…She MISSED and NOW…The MOM posted the video of the event and is BEGGING for people to send more than $4,000.00 FOR THE MEDICAL BILLS!!!

Just because your daughter is an IDIOT doesn’t mean she’s entitled to OUR MONEY…GOT THAT???

Reporters asked Beltway Jay Carney, the paid liar, about the DOJ’s targeting and spyng on James Rosen a few days ago and Carney told them, “I would refer you to the Justice Dept”.

Well…Since Holder refuses to answer any questions…Maybe the reporters should just wait for details to leak out of the white house and Obama can learn all about it when HE READS IT IN THE DAMN PAPER!!!!!

And…In an effort to prove, once and for all, that Tea Partiers are just a bunch of paranoid conspiracy theorists for getting upset over the DHS buying nearly 2 BILLION rounds of hollow point ammo…Last week…The DHS sent…ARMED AGENTS TO MONOTOR A TEA PARTY RALLY IN MISSOURI!!!

That should put the conspiracy to rest huh?

The REVEREND (of what, we do not know) Al Sharpton has imparted upon us his deep thoughts regarding Eric Holder and Fast and Furious.

“As I marched this past Sunday with tens of thousands in New York in opposition to the abhorrent practice of stop & frisk,’ I couldn’t help but think of our attorney general. Tattered down and publicly humiliated, AG Holder has been mishandled just like the young Black and Latino men (and women) who are demonized on our streets everyday.”

“The highest officer of law and order in this nation has been ridiculed, scapegoated and handled as some sort of criminal throughout this ‘investigation.’ Turning over thousands of documents and overextending himself, AG Holder was spoken to and mistreated as if he were a child, and reminded that despite his esteemed position, he can and would be profiled.”

“Not only did Issa and his counterparts never go after previous attorneys general or the Bush Administration itself, but they continue to treat AG Holder as if he is indeed guilty of the most egregious crime. It is the same sort of tactic we see utilized against the hundreds of thousands of innocent individuals stopped and searched by police. They have no weapon, haven’t committed an offense, yet somehow ‘appear’ as a culprit.”

Yes…according to the REVEREND (of what, we do not know) Al Sharpton…the victim in the Fast and Furious operation is…Eric Holder.

HOLDER HELD IN CONTEMPT- OBAMA CLAIMS EXEC PRIVILEGE!!!

BREAKING!!! ERIC HOLDER  SENT A LETTER TO THE WHITE HOUSE ASKING THAT THE DOCUMENTS SUBPOENAED BY THE HOUSE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE BE HELD UNDER EXECUTIVE PRIVILEGE!!!

THE WHITE HOUSE AGREED TO

EXERT EXECUTIVE PRIVILEGE!!!

DESPITE HIS ZERO HOUR REQUEST OF THE WHITE HOUSE, OBAMA’S CLAIMING OF EXECUTIVE PRIVILEGE   AND AFTER HAVING OBSTRUCTED THE HOUSE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE FOR MORE THAN A FULL YEAR, ERIC HOLDER HAS BEEN FOUND IN CONTEMPT OF CONGRESS BY THAT COMMITTEE!!!

ONE THING IS CRYSTAL CLEAR…IF WHAT IS IN THE SUBPOENAED DOCUMENTS WERE TO SHOW THAT NEITHER HOLDER NOR ANYONE AT HIS LEVER OR ABOVE HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE OPERATION OR PARTICIPATED IN A COVER UP OF FAST AND FURIOUS…THEY WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO TURN THE DOCUMENTS IN QUESTION OVER TO THE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE.

THE FACT THAT HOLDER HAS ASKED FOR AND BEEN GRANTED EXECUTIVE PRIVILEGE AMOUNTS TO ADDING FUEL TO THE FIRE REGARDING INAPPROPRIATE ACTIVITIES, KNOWLEDGE OF AND THE COVERING UP OF, FAST AND FURIOUS.

The fact that such Executive Privilege could have been granted at any time in the last 14 months regarding these documents and that Obama waited until literally 10 minutes before the Oversight Committee’s contempt vote adds to the speculation that there are things VERY damaging to the Obama administration contained in them that Obama does NOT want Congress or the AMERICAN PEOPLE to see and now adds Obama himself into the cover up of the operation, the murder of Agent Brian Terry and the obstruction of the investigation into both.

UNLESS HOLDER HAD CONVERSATIONS DIRECTLY WITH OBAMA REGARDING FAST AND FURIOUS, IT’S OPERATION AND/OR THE COVER UP OF IT AND IT’S  STANDING IN THE MURDER OF AGENT BRIAN TERRY…INDICATING KNOWLEDGE OF THE OPERATION AND ITS COVER UP WENT ALL THE WAY TO THE OVAL OFFICE…EXECUTIVE PRIVILEGE CAN NOT BE EXERTED CONSTITUTIONALLY!!!

IF OBAMA WAS INDEED INVOLVED OR HAD SUCH KNOWLEDGE, IT FLIES IN THE FACE OF SWORN TESTIMONY PROVIDED BY ERIC HOLDER BEFORE CONGRESSIONAL COMMITTEES WHICH WOULD BE PERJURY!!

Holder’s “Extraordinary” Contempt

And so we now know exactly what Eric Holder meant when he stated that he was ready to make “An extraordinary accommodation” to avoid a contempt of Congress vote in the house.

In an “extraordinary” meeting, at 5pm EST yesterday, Holder arrived empty handed.

Congressman Issa, Chairman of the House Oversight Committee had instructed Holder to produce some 1,300 documents, emails and memos pertaining to subpoenaed documents related to the cover up of the Fast and Furious scandal.

The number of Documents had been severely diluted from the subpoenaed 80,000 such documents by Speaker John Boehner who, reportedly, would like the entire investigation dropped because in his mind, it will be harmful to the republican party in an election year.

Yesterday’s meeting lasted an “extraordinary” 20 minutes and Holder told Chairman Issa that he was willing to…”brief” the committee…regarding the 1,300 documents in question but ONLY if Chairman Issa would first agree to drop any vote regarding contempt of Congress.

Holder’s Best Friend…BOEHNER???

Breaking!!!

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!!

SPEAKER JOHN BOEHNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CUTTING THE NUMBER OF MEMOS, DOCUMENTS AND EMAILS UNDER SUBPOENA FROM THE HOUSE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE FROM 80,000 DOWN TO ONLY 1,300!!!

While Holder attempts to make some sort of “deal” with Issa to avoid contempt charges in a meeting at 5pm eastern today, it has also been reported that Speaker Boehner wants the entire Fast and Furious investigation DROPPED because HE thinks, in an election year, to further the investigation will somehow harm republican chances.

If I could say one thing to Speaker Boehner, it would be…

Mr. Speaker, and I use that term temporarily, to NOT go forward with the Fast and Furious investigation for ANY reason would cause serious and irreparable damage to the system of justice provided by the Constitution and further, it would set a precedent by which those in elected office or appointed to their position BY those in elected office are held to NO standards of the law whatsoever while the people of the nation, NOT elected or appointed are held to the HIGHEST possible standards.

To drop this investigation in whole or in part, as Boehner desires, is an affront to this nation’s citizens.
