The Formal Indictment of Barack Hussein Obama

As Conservatives and Tea Party faithful, we are constantly preaching adherence to that great document, beginning with the words, We the People…

Our Constitution is that document meant to limit the scope of government and to protect We the People FROM government.

We cite the Constitution, we hold it up as THE law of the land and we strongly disagree with those, whether within our own party of the opposition who seek to circumvent or ignore it.

Our Founders and Framers were far-sighted enough to know that such a document was necessary and arguably, for the exact reason with which we now face…A president who sees himself more as a King or a Dictator, a congress complacent to maintain status quo and the abuses of power against the people that go with those things.

But…

Today is the 4th of July.

Our Independence Day.

In past years, I have provided historical perspectives and behind the scenes essays regarding our starting point as a nation.

Well and fine however, this year, on Independence Day, we need something stronger. Something more pointed and something that rises to a call to action.

U.S. History – Separated by Centuries Not by Issues

Last year, on July 5th, I ran the following article.

Before we get to tomorrow’s great holiday, I felt it needed to be revisited as it has a direct bearing on our very special and IMPORTANT 4th of July article TOMORROW!!!

236 years ago, yesterday, a nation rose from tyranny and oppression. A people, with unalienable rights endowed by the Creator, had had enough of Imperial rule and said so boldly, courageously and with the knowledge that they had a choice.

Patrick Henry understood that choice.

In a speech before the Virginia House of Burgesses, on March 23, 1775, Henry swung the vote convincing his Colony to send troops to the Revolutionary War when he proclaimed, “What is it that gentlemen wish? What would they have? Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death!”

12 years earlier, Patrick Henry, a bar keeper turned attorney had argued in a case that the King was but “a tyrant who forfeits the allegiance of his subjects.”

In 1765, a law student and guest in the House of Burgesses, Thomas Jefferson, listened while, regarding the Stamp Act, Henry offered resolutions to nullify them. Henry, at that time, was met with fierce opposition and his resolutions were termed as treasonous to the King. What Patrick Henry said in response, lit the fire in Jefferson that would lead him to be elected to the House of Burgesses 6 years later.

Weekend Edition: It Takes A Village Idiot

Before Hillary Clinton wrote a book about it, it was an old African proverb.

We, as conservatives, have railed against the notion but…Should we?

”It takes a village to raise a child.”

As I think back to MY younger days…To a large extent, there WAS a “village” involved.

My friend’s parents were part of that “village” and so was my church. There were the teachers in my schools, older kids who were either good or bad role models, extended family and neighbors.

Primarily, there were my parents but, to be fair, others; many others were involved in some way, shape or form. A “village” of sorts, I suppose and anything you did, right or wrong, good or bad, was seen by SOMEBODY who knew my parents and had no qualms whatsoever in reporting it TOO them.

Maybe it just took a village to keep an eye out.

There IS another old adage…

“Somewhere, a village is missing its idiot.”

The good news is…We have located the missing village idiots.

IMMIGRATION REFORM!!!

Socialists want to render Obama’s ILLEGAL activities, his forged birth certificate, his bogus social security card and his fraudulent selective service registration as well as his Indonesian citizenship null and void.

Those “republicans” supporting this Senate Immigration Reform bill are desperately trying to avoid a Constitutional crisis in the hopes of never having to grow a set of balls.

Liberals Want to Maintain 1965 Status Quo for Minorities

Today’s lesson in “How to Piss Off a Socialist” is simple…

Tell them that they are only allowed to vote once per socialist per election.

That is essentially exactly what a 5-4 decision from the United States Supreme Court said yesterday.

The law requiring certain states, once solidly blue and now, decidedly red, to provide proof that any changes they want to make to their voting procedures are not racist to the United States Attorney General, the 1965 law, was deemed old, out of date and unconstitutional by the Supremes.

What are socialists gonna do NOW???

Well, let’s see…

Obama said, “I am deeply disappointed with the Supreme Court’s decision today. Today’s decision invalidating one of its core provisions upsets decades of well-established practices that help make sure voting is fair, especially in places where voting discrimination has been historically prevalent.”

Snowden…Hero, Traitor or Straight to Video D List Movie?

Ed Snowden.

A squirrely cross between Carmen San Diego and Waldo…

Where in the world IS Ed Snowden??

He WAS in Hawaii before he hightailed it to Hong Kong.

It was while he was IN Hong Kong that his hybrid leak of national security secrets and whistle-blowing regarding the NSA and their spying on ALL Americans became public knowledge. He gave a Q and A via the internet during his 2 week stay in the People’s Republic of China and then, boarded a plane for Moscow.

Supposedly flanked by Wikileaks lawyers and advisers, Snowden landed in Russia for a layover on what everyone believed was a run for Ecuador but, alas, the plane bound for a South American country not friendly to the United States left Russia with HIS seat empty.

So…Now we are left with a few questions…

Where IS Ed Snowden and, is he a traitor or a hero?

Friday Fume

Well…Another week of EPIC socialist stupidity in the can.

We live in difficult times of warped socialist sensibilities and free-falling morals. It would be too much to handle if we couldn’t find a way to laugh at it from time to time.

At the end of every week, I meet absurdity with absurdity…HEAD ON and this week is no exception.

STAND FAST AND GET A GRIP…

Today is Friday and…

I’m fuming.

Look…You didn’t need to grow up in farm country to recognize the utter stupidity of the latest move by the Dictator’s Palace Guards.

As we all know, the Dictator was in Northern Ireland for a few days and staying in some posh lakeside resort.

Okay…

Apparently, surrounding the resort, one would find farm fields.

Oooookay.

So…The “SECRET” Service decided to pose as…FARMERS to patrol those fields and NOT be noticed or…Stand out regardless of HOW outstanding they are in their field.

THEY BOUGHT A FLEET OF BRAND NEW…

Friday Fume – The 100th Anniversary Edition

Today is a National Patriot milestone of sorts.

Friends and Patriots…THIS is our 100th Friday FUME!!!!

While I would love to take time to celebrate this monumentally minute feat, there’s just too much to be done and if we don’t find a way to laugh just a little…We’ll all go NUTS!!

Lois Lerner, on administrative leave is STILL logging into her EMAILS at the IRS…I’ll bet she can’t erase the evidence faster than the NSA can grab it.

The NSA has been collecting data on EVERYBODY and all they really needed to do to find out what CONSERVATIVES are thinking…IS ASK US…WE’LL BE HAPPY TO TELL EM TO GO TO HELL!!!

Morally bankrupt Bill Maher insulted and mocked TRIG PALIN!!! Just goes to prove that special needs kids are at least 100 flights above the ilk of socialists. Hey Maher…You wanna pick on the mentally retarded…PICK ON YOUR OWN SOCIALIST FRIENDS…Trig is WAY too smart to join the OCCUPY movement…HANG OUT with DICTATORS or BOO GOD AT A NATIONALLY TELEVISED CONVENTION!!! Is it Time to Replace the “S” With a “V” Yet???

Let’s take a look at how the Obama abuses of power have been resolved, shall we?

Yes…I said…RESOLVED.

Now, I know that most who read this article today will say that Obama’s “scandals have been anything BUT resolved and I would be in complete agreement with that but…That is CLEARLY not the viewpoint of this obtuse, insipid and corrupt administration.

How about we take a look at the cases and hold off on our final decision.

Here we go.

Obama’s Eligibility –  After YEARS of speculation over the Dictator’s eligibility to serve in the nation’s highest office and, with a good deal of that initial speculation centered around Obama’s birth certificate…

Obama HIMSELF…”RESOLVED”…the case by displaying what was, within MINUTES, determined to be a FORGED birth certificate.

That forgery was later confirmed by Sheriff Joe’s Cold Case Posse and lead investigator, Mike Zullo to be, INDEED, a forgery as they ALSO discovered to be the case with Obama’s Selective Service registration AND his Social Security number.

Move along…Nothing to see here…

The Snowden Effect

The latest revelation of abuses of power by the Obama regime is troubling indeed.

It was leaked, late last week, that this regime, out of control, consumed with power and as paranoid as the day is long, has been spying on Americans.

Over the weekend, Obama ordered his henchman Holder to find out where the leak originated and then, just hours later, Snowden came forward, from HONG KONG and owned up to it…Sort of.

Edward Snowden, a 29 year old who says he worked for a time at the CIA and as a contractor for the NSA before becoming a contract worker for Booz Allen Hamilton, has let loose a real problem for the regime.

According to Snowden,  “When you’re in positions of privileged access …You recognize some of these things are actual abuses. Over time, you feel compelled to talk about it.”

“My sole motive is to inform the public as to that which is done in their name and that which is done against them.”

“I understand that I will be made to suffer for my actions,” but “I will be satisfied if the federation of secret law, unequal pardon and irresistible executive powers that rule the world that I love are revealed even for an instant.”
