Weekend Edition: Justice is For CIVILIZED Members of Society

tnp eagleLet’s just have a look at the “oh-woe-with-racism-toward-blacks-that-gets-them-shot-and-killed” stories that all should have been nothing but local news, flash in the pan stories but were whipped up into national frenzies by the master race baiters Sharpton, Holder, Jackson and Obama.

To be more specific…

Let’s have a look at the poor, innocent dead souls those stories, like turds in a toilet, swirled around.

Mike Brown – the gentle giant who had a juvenile record as long as his corpse. To civilized society, Brown was the polar opposite to what the thug culture made him out to be as their hero. A saint and a perfectly innocent little 6 foot 3 inch, 300 pound boy.

Never mind that he was high, had just robbed a store and attacked a cop…tried to take the cop’s weapon…and disobeyed orders from that cop before turning and charging AT that cop leading to his martyrdom.

Eric Garner – the giant who was minding his own damn business according to race baiters before, for nothing more than racial reasons, he was choked to death by a white cop…according to race baiters. According to the FACTS…

Friday Fume

Patriots and Friends…It’s FRIDAY and you KNOW what THAT means…

I’m fuming.

Remember when we told you, years ago, that Obama violated the law by placing the Fast and Furious documents he didn’t want Eric Holder to turn over to the House committee under lock and Executive Privilege key?

Sorry liberals…WE WERE RIGHT!!!

Yesterday, a FEDERAL JUDGE…one U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson to be exact…set the fast and furiously approaching date of OCT 1ST as the date by which Eric WITHHOLDER must…drum roll please…TURN OVER ALL THOSE DOCUMENTS TO DARRELL ISSA AND THE HOUSE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE!!!

Does anyone but me smell an impending hard drive crash in the offing?

Now I KNOW that Holder just told the assembled mob in Ferguson that he TOO was a black man but…I do declare…he looks as white as sheet right now.

What’s the matter Holder? Did you just see the ghost of Brian Terry???

By October 1st, Holder has been ordered by the judge to turn over all unprivileged documents AND…all PRIVILEGED documents as well and Issa has until Oct 17th to register any objection regarding any documents that AREN’T turned over.

Why…That’s just a couple of weeks before the…

ZIMMERMAN – NOT GUILTY – JUSTICE HAS BEEN SERVED!!!

GEORGE ZIMMERMAN HAS BEEN FOUND – NOT GUILTY!!!\

Not guilty of 2nd degree murder.

Not guilty of manslaughter.

The jury of 6 women in Sanford Florida weighed the evidence, deliberated and decided.

NOT GUILTY.

Is there a chance that Obama will call George Zimmerman and congratulate him?

The man defended himself as the Constitution spells out with his 2nd Amendment right, endowed him by the Creator. Obama has sworn an oath to uphold and defend that constitution.

Obama HAS called a professional athlete to offer his congratulations n being gay.

He called a 30 something year old law school student, Sandra Fluke and befriended her when she was called a slut.

George Zimmerman???

NOT A SNOWBALL’S CHANCE IN HELL.

The NAACP, less than 30 minutes after the verdict was announced DEMANDED an immediate DOJ civil rights investigation.

That’s interesting as I don’t remember them demanding any such thing when the New Black Panther Party offered a $10,000.00 BOUNTY on George Zimmerman’s HEAD.

Personally, I am sick and damn tire of ANY group demanding ANYTHING based on skin color and why the NAACP and other black “leaders” continue to harken back and long for the days of 1964 inequality, other than a continued effort to justify their sad and sorry existence is beyond me.

Trayvon Martin Was Black – Zimmerman Isn’t

“First of all, my client will never be safe, because there are a percentage of the population who are angry, they’re upset, and they may well take it out on him. So, he’ll never be safe.”

Those were the words of Mark O’Mara, the attorney for George Zimmerman.

That percentage of the population is also cheering those words.

Whether or not any have the nuts to see their calls to violence specifically against Zimmerman through is unknown but they would rather be feared than respected.

For that percentage of the population…Ask why…Given your proclivity for violence over good sense, your bent for intimidation over common ground and your wanton lack of respect for life and the lives of others…Ask why so many, in your percentage of the population, are behind bars?

That percentage of the population seeks revenge for racial profiling and not that such things as profiling against them isn’t a part of their past but, in this case, Zimmerman vs Martin, it is Zimmerman who is the victim of profiling.

Zimmerman isn’t included in that percentage of the population. He’s not black. Therefore, he, in the eyes of that percentage of the population, is guilty.

Not based on his actions.

Not based on the evidence presented at trial.

Because he is not black.

In the eyes of that segment of the population, Trayvon Martin was innocent.

Not because of his actions or those of Zimmerman.

Not because of any evidence presented by the prosecuting attorneys.

Zimmerman’s Best Defense for Self-Defense is The Prosecution

Yesterday, the prosecution in the Zimmerman trial showed the jury a recorded interview with George Zimmernam from the police department about an hour or so after the shooting of Trayvon Martin.

It was astounding for several reasons.

Zimmerman, the man who had called the cops and identified himself in the minutes BEFORE the shooting was giving HIS side of the story. He told the police in that 1st interview that Trayvon Martin was on top of HIM, beating him and HE…ZIMMERMAN…Was calling out for help.

At the time of the interview, Zimmerman was NOT lawyered up and now that THAT interview along with the video of a still UNREPRESENTED George Zimmerman, with bandages on the back of his head, walking a police detective through the scene the next day have been shown to the jury…Zimmerman has given that jury HIS side of the events of the night of February 26th, 2012 and he can NOT be cross examined by the prosecution on either of those statements.

As we continue to watch and to an extent, be distracted by the George Zimmerman case, perhaps we should look at it from another angle.

What is happening, day by day in that Florida courtroom, is startling to say the least.

I am not an attorney nor do I claim to play one in the blogosphere but…

Good grief.

One need not BE an attorney to express disbelief at the proceedings.

One by one…The PROSECUTION brings to the witness stand cops, witnesses, experts and the like and…

Obama/Shabazz – Allies in a New Race War

“We’re going in soon within a few weeks and we’re going to train the community and community patrols and community self-defense in Sanford. We’re not going to allow some Neo-Nazis to drive around and intimidate black people and we know what we know and are trained how we’re trained.

We have to raise up an army in Florida of black me[n] and black people who will patrol and defend the community and we have to have a ministry of defense in Florida.

If, as the result of Malik Zulu Shabazz’s call to violence, a black person dies in or near Sanford Florida…the drum beat of racial war will be deafening.

If a white person dies in or near Sanford Florida because of Malik Zulu Shabazz’s call to violence…the SILENCE will be deafening.

ZIMMERMAN CHARGED! TRAVESTY IN THE MAKING?

BREAKING!!!

CHARGES HAVE BEEN MADE BY THE FLORIDA PROSECUTOR AGAINST GEORGE ZIMMERMAN IN THE TRAYVON MARTIN SHOOTING.

ZIMMERMAN HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH 2ND DEGREE MURDER IN THE DEATH OF TRAYVON MARTIN.

Now that charges have been made there are new questions which must be considered and primary among them is the question of where this trial will take place.

Can Zimmerman get a fair trial in Sanford or, for that matter, in the state of Florida?

I suggest this question now has two parts which must be considered.

First, George Zimmerman. Can HE get a fair trial in Florida?

Zimmerman has been tried in the media and by the public. The New BlacKKK Panthers put a bounty, dead or alive, on his head. A Congressman wore a hoodie on the floor of the house while others have appeared with Martin’s parents and at rallies.

Calling Out The New BlacKKK Panthers

The New BlacKKK Panther Party is the militant arm of the Community Organizer in Chief’s administration. It’s just that simple.

Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are Obama’s liaisons to the New BlacKKK Panther Party.

The above names, from the Congressional Black Caucus comprise the New BlacKKK Panther Party’s legislative wing. Missing from that list is Allen West. West has been the ONLY Member of the Congressional Black Caucus to speak out stating, “To openly solicit for the death of an American citizen, with reward, is not in keeping with the laws of due process which governs this Constitutional Republic,” West wrote. “However, this is to be expected when irrational voices dominate our public dialogue and are fueled by an ideological driven media.”

Cos and Effect – Bill Hypocritical on Trayvon

To quote the words of Eddie Murphy as he was imitating Richard Prior, “Tell Bill I said have a coke and a smile and shut the &^@$ up.”

What that line was in reference to was a skit wherein Bill Cosby called Eddie Murphy to criticize his comedy style.  Eddie Murphy then recounts a conversation he had with Richard Prior about the subject.

However, the line is just as appropriate when you consider Bill Cosby’s latest comment regarding the Trayvon Martin shooting.  “When you carry a gun, you mean to harm somebody, kill somebody.”  Let that sink in for a moment.

I am a gun owner as are, I suspect, many of you reading this.  I can say first-hand that my carrying of a gun has never meant I mean to harm somebody or kill somebody.  What it has meant to me was self-defense.  The simple act of carrying a gun gives me peace of mind.  When deployed, I would carry a gun, as would all military members (and some civilians) around me.  Not one person has ever given me pause to think they are intending to kill someone or do someone harm.  In fact, the reason to carry is gun is to prevent harm, or should someone intend to do me or others around me harm, I can answer back with lethal force.

New Black Panthers Advocate Violence, Obama Silent

Obama has stepped into the fray before, will he step in now?

In Tucson after the Gabby Giffords shooting, Obama called for calmer heads and less rhetoric. In Tucson Obama stated that, “Terrible things happen for reasons that defy human understanding.” He continued with, “For the truth is that none of us can know exactly what triggered this vicious attack, no one can know what thoughts lurked in the inner recesses of a violent man’s mind.”

Obama later in that speech said that people should not use what happened as, “one more occasion to turn on one another.” Obama encouraged a sense of humility, empathy and especially reflection instead, urging people to consider whether they have, “shown enough kindness and generosity and compassion to the people in our lives.”

He was correct but transparently full of political expediency, seizing the moment for his own aggrandizement.

Will he step up NOW? In the wake of the Trayvon Martin shooting will he NOW step up?

No. I rather doubt that he will.
