Humpty Dumpty is about to fall.
All the king’s horses and all the king’s men
Can never put Humpty together again.

Humpty in this case is Obamacare and at the end of next month, the United States Supreme Court will render a decision that could well leave Humpty Dumpty shattered into 8 million pieces.

At stake are the subsidies. Should the Supreme Court hold that the subsidies are allowed only as the law was written…that ONLY the STATE exchanges are allowed to extend subsidies and NOT the FEDERAL exchange…8 million people who received subsidies from the federal exchange per the king’s executive order and not via an act of the congress…would LOSE those taxpayer subsidies thus making the “AFFORDABLE” Care Act UNaffordable to them.

If they can’t afford the cost of full-on socialism…they will drop OUT of the socialist healthcare program leaving the pool of other people’s money too shallow to draw from for the rest. Oh, there are options…everybody ELSE’S premium costs, deductibles and prescription costs could be jacked up into outer space to cover the shortfall but that will render socialismcare unaffordable even to those who can, but just barely, afford it now and they TOO will beat a hasty exit.

I believe the Supreme Court will indeed rule against the king on this one and here’s why…

Obamacare…

You remember Obamacare, don’t you?

It hasn’t written a book and there’s no bridge attached to it but…It’s a “BIG F***ING DEAL” according to Joe Biden.

Yeah…THAT Obamacare.

The numbers are starting to trickle in and, if you happen to be an Obamacareocrat, it sucks to be you today.

We, as Conservatives, hate to say “we told you so” but…

We did…You know it and….We were spot on again.

Guess who’s been signing up for socialism?

Here’s a hint…It’s not the Red Bull and Resume set.

Nope…

It’s more the Depends and Dinner at 4pm set.

You know exactly who we’re talking about here. It’s the older and, not so finely fettled Americans, that are flocking to Obamacare with all their collective aches, pains, ills and, in some cases, anal leakage for which, it is suggested by big pharma, that they seek the advice of a doctor…

The Year That Was is The Year That Will Be

Of all the stories of 2013, the IRS and NSA scandals…Benghazi…the 2nd term…Obamacare…Ed Snowden…

Feel free to add to the list as it was long indeed but, perhaps THE most important issue of 2013 was…

2014…

The midterm elections now just 11 short months away.

There are 3 primary, overriding issues from 2013 that will shape 2014 and they are…

Benghazi, Obamacare and…

I’ll get to that 3rd one later but first…

 Obamacare and what is yet to come.

In a few months, Obamacare will slam headlong into the employer provided health insurance market just as it did a few months ago, derailing the private insurance market and this time, in 2014, it will effect up to 170 million Americans…

Very few in a positive way.

Employers, PLANING FOR THE RECENTLY DELAYED UNTIL 2015 MANDATE, will begin planning and informing employees regarding the dumping of the plans they have been providing thus dumping millions upon millions of American workers into the Obamacare abyss resulting in higher and higher premiums and deductibles FOR those workers.

Other employers will be cutting their workforce, laying off employees and/or, cutting others to part-time hours.

And, those employers who had plans of expansion will put those plans on hold or, drop them altogether resulting in fewer new job creations thus slowing the economy.

Sticker shock will become reality and individuals will weigh the consequences of opting out completely to pay the end of the year fines with the knowledge that should something happen, an illness, an accident…

Obamacare: A Thief in the Night

A REALITY FOR MORE AND MORE Americans these days is the fact that they must live from paycheck to paycheck.

As more and more Americans see their jobs disappear or cut to part-time hours because of Obamacare, they struggle to make ends meet and do something very foreign to the government that rules over them.

They budget.

TIGHTLY.

Americans don’t have the luxury of simply raising their debt limit every time the wind blows. What they bring in is all they have and, they must…THEY MUST…make it to the next paycheck on that amount.

Now, we have word that Obamacare, after screwing Americans, upon the lies told by Obama, out of the insurance they had, liked and COULD afford, for HIGHER insurance premiums and HIGHER deductibles, has started screwing them once again.

For the past 2 ½ months, we have all been regaled by glowing anecdotes from this lying administration regarding how the STATE exchanges ARE working and working so much better than the federal Obamacare website.

Ask the Bruner’s in the state of Washington how well their Washington Healthplanfinder is working for THEM.

In October, the Bruner’s, in the midst of starting their own business, logged on to Washington Healthplanfinder, selected a plan and, as the website allowed, chose their payment date.

They chose December 24th but…

Obama’s Desperate Lie: “Obamacare is Working”

“The bottom line is, this law is working and will work into the future.”

Those were the words of Barack Hussein Obama, a pathological and compulsive liar on the first day of his 21 Days of Obamacare tour just 2 days ago.

“The bottom line is, this law is working and will work into the future.”

Keep that quote in mind…Not that I’m about to allow you to forget it.

6.2 MILLION Americans have had their existing insurance plans cancelled…SO FAR…because of Obamacare and this horse’s ass has the unmitigated GALL to stand before the American people and tell them…Tell THEM…that:

“The bottom line is, this law is working and will work into the future.”

There is no security…NONE…written into the Obamacare website system and YOU are MANDATED to turn all of YOUR private personal information including your social security number, your email address, your phone number, your tax information, your employment information, your income information and so very much more over TO that website and there is the liar in chief telling you that: “The bottom line is, this law is working and will work into the future.”

There have been THOUSANDS of “Navigators” hired to “ASSIST THE AMERICAN PEOPLE IN THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS” AND THIS ADMINISTRATION HAS ADMITTED THAT…BECAUSE THERE WAS NO BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENT FOR THOSE “NAVIGATOR” HIRES…THEY MAY WELL HAVE HIRED…CONVICTED FELONS…TO HANDLE ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL, PRIVATE INFORMATION!!!

We now know that 1/3 of those who THINK they have “enrolled in Obamacare HAVEN’T because, the system has garbled or lost ALL THAT PRIVATE, PERSONAL information before it ever made it to the insurance carriers and yet, the swine stands at the podium and states…

Friday Fume

Keeping track of the behavior of liberals is a little like herding cats but, week in and week out, we designate Friday’s as the day to laugh at em.

This week is no different than the rest.

We finally have a number for the crush of people who enrolled for Obamacare on the very 1st day.

SIX!!!

MY HIGH SCHOOL SHOP TEACHER COULD COUNT THAT HIGH AND STILL HAVE 2 FINGERS LEFT OVER!!!

An Italian magazine claims that Obama’s NSA was…SPYING ON THE CONCLAVE THAT ELECTED POPE FRANCIS!!!!!

Well, that explains the sudden downturn in the over/under line on Cardinal DOLAN.

And…

According to a report…Back in 2011…Kathleen Sebelius’ HHS Department paid out…$23 MILLION DOLLARS in MEDICAID to…DEAD PEOPLE!!!

Ummmmm…Liberals…AFTER THEY’RE DEAD…YOU DON’T NEED TO KEEP PAYING THEM TO VOTE FOR YOU!!!!!

Good grief…
