In 2009, the above names were listed in a newsletter.

All of them were democrats serving in the 111th congress.

There were, at that time, 70 on the list.

11 of them, John Conyers, Tammy Baldwin, Jerrold Nadler, Luis Gutierrez, Melvin Watt, Maxine Waters, Hank Johnson, Steve Cohen, Barbara Lee, Robert Wexler and Linda Sanchez, sat on the House Judiciary Committee. Conyers, at the time, was the Chairman of that committee

Not only were the 70 listed in 2009, Members of congress and democrats, each one also belonged to the group from whom the emailed newsletter was issued.

The Socialist Party of America.

The emailed newsletter was sent in October 2009 and survived in their archives until it went public in August of 2010. At that point, it was scrubbed but not before someone grabbed it and posted it to Scribd. Chances are, they god blasted by Obama and his puppet master, George Soros for including the list in their email. They have not done so again.

I first published this list nearly a year ago.

I am more than happy to do it again.

How many of you have been ridiculed or dismissed for referring to democrats as socialists?

Now then…Who thinks Congressman West doesn’t know what he’s talking about when HE says there are 80 some Members of Congress who are communists?

Obama is No Beethoven

It has been said that, “A lie can travel halfway round the world while the truth is putting on its shoes.” It has also been said that the above quote came from Mark Twain. That, in and of itself, may well be a lie as it seems more probable that the quote came from Charles Haddon Spurgeon; but aside from this, what of Spurgeon do we know or, for that matter, care.

Regardless of the origin, the quote is true but only up to a point.

It describes but the beginning of the race. Truth, eventually, wins the day because the lie, eventually, stumbles.

As for Twain, a voluminous liar in practice, he did have something to say on the matter.

“The glory which is built upon a lie soon becomes a most unpleasant encumbrance. How easy it is to make people believe a lie, and how hard it is to undo that work again!”

“Almost all lies are acts, and speech has no part in them.”

“I am different from Washington; I have a higher, grander standard of principle. Washington could not lie. I can lie, but I won’t.”

Twain, indeed had a great deal to say regarding the practice or art of the lie, but perhaps my favorite is this:

BOOYAH…The FACTS Behind Obama’s Judicial Statement

It was a thing of beauty yesterday. A Judge, Jerry Smith, from the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, one of 3 Judges on that bench, had had enough. Judge Smith had had enough of Obama’s arrogance and his ideology.

Enough.

The Court had a federal Department of Justice in front of him while hearing a case related to Obamacare and to that attorney, Dana Lydia Kaersvang, Judge Smith let it be known that he indeed, had had quite enough.

“Does the Department of Justice recognize that federal courts have the authority in appropriate circumstances to strike federal statutes because of one or more constitutional infirmities?”

Kaersvang managed to utter a “yes” to the question but, Judge Smith wasn’t through.

“I am referring to statements by the president in the past few days to the effect … that it is somehow inappropriate for what he termed unelected judges to strike acts of Congress.” 

“That has troubled a number of people who have read it as somehow a challenge to the federal courts or to their authority. And that’s not a small matter.” 

It was Obama’s arrogant statement in the Rose Garden in front of his piers from Mexico and Canada on Monday which brought about Judge Smith’s ire.

Obama’s Eligibility…Tyranny in the Making

While the Obama administration fights for all they’re worth, and that ain’t much, to prevent individual states from enacting voter ID laws, and while at the same time more and more allegations of forgery regarding Obama’s own personal records surfaces due to Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case investigation, voter fraud has taken a front seat in Indiana.

Butch Morgan, Pam Brunette, Beverly Shelton and Dustin Blythe, pictured  from left to right, have been formally charged with election fraud.

These were democratic operatives.

They worked for the democratic party in St. Joseph County, Indiana.

They forged names on petitions to place both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton on the Indiana ballot in 2008.

They split up the job…2 forging names for Obama and the other 2 forging names for Clinton.

It looks now as if between the 4, enough name were forged to place both candidates on that ballot – and what’s even more stunning is the idea that, without their efforts, it now looks as though neither Obama nor Clinton would have made the ballot.

It is unlikely we would know anything about this today were it not for Lucas Burkett. He blew the whistle. From the start, he was in on the scheme. Burkett himself forged signatures and was there, at St. Joseph County Democratic strategy meetings, where the scheme was discussed and agreed upon.

Obama on Solyndra…Not Whisker of Truth

My, oh my, but aren’t liberals enlightened? Aren’t they intellectual?

The liberal’s new favorite adverb is…

Per se.

Liberals are SO enlightened and SO intellectual that they, at the drop of a hat, now speak Latin.

Joe Biden…an intellectual giant if ever one existed, stated last December that, “the Taliban per se is not our enemy.” Of course, that non, “per se” enemy is the very non “per se” enemy who have been raising all sorts of hell and has recently murdered 6 U.S. soldiers over burned Korans.

Now, as of yesterday, Obama jumped in.

“Obviously, we wish Solyndra hadn’t gone bankrupt. Part of the reason they did was because the Chinese were subsidizing their solar industry and flooding the market in ways that Solyndra couldn’t compete. But understand: This was not our program, per se. Congress — Democrats and Republicans — put together a loan guarantee program because they understood historically that when you get new industries, it’s easy to raise money for startups, but if you want to take them to scale, oftentimes there’s a lot of risk involved, and what the loan guarantee program was designed to do was to help start up companies get to scale.”

One can only suspect that the same reality of our “per se not” our enemy can easily be applied to “not our program, per se.”

Why Sheriff Joe’s Finding Are SO Important

This afternoon, the much awaited results of Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse were made known. Arpaio presented the evidence to a room full of reporters and used a multi-media presentation to show the process.

Without going into detail, the results were not all that surprising as we already suspected what we learned.

Regarding Obama’s birth certificate, the Cold Case Posse utilized forensic document experts to show HOW it was created. The document was indeed layered but, by showing a control document, the experts were able to explain how a computer scan will layer, in more than 100 layers, such a document.

Those layers are random. A computer scan will take portions of a given document randomly and layer them together until the full document is processed. A bit here, a parcel there, no rhyme no reason.

Obama’s birth certificate, on the other hand, contained only 9 layers. That, while not at all consistent with a computer scan of a document, was not the real surprise. In those 9 layers, each layer contained a perfectly logical order.

For instance, all the names were on one layer. All the dates were on one layer. All the information of any certain topic was contained in its own layer.

This simply never happens with a computer scan. In fact, according to forensic document experts, the ONLY way that happens if a human is controlling the creation of the document.

The conclusion regarding the birth certificate was that it is 100% fraudulent.

Much the same techniques and processes with a few differences created Obama’s Selective Service card. It simply did not match, in appearance or standard date stamps used in 1980 to a real, authentic Selective Service card.

The Card also was found to be 100% fraudulent.

Senator’s Aid Goes After Blogger Stacy Swimp?

We All know that liberals running for office in 2012 will do anything to advance their cause. They’re desperate and attacking their opponents with anything, is going to be par for the course.

A week or so ago, an ad by Senatorial Candidate Pete Hoekstra was deemed “Racist” by liberals because it featured an Asian actress, speaking in somewhat broken English, regarding our national debt and Stabenow’s reckless spending.

Naturally, liberals called it “racist” as they had no way of combating the ad with facts, merit or by pointing out any Obama policy which could prove it false.

To that end, conservative blogger and activist, Stacy M. Swimp, penned an article calling out liberals for once again, playing the race card where it doesn’t apply. He was right to do so.

Apparently, Swimp hit a nerve.

Friday Fume

Well, it’s Super Bowl weekend already and before I can get to the hot wings and BBQ, there are just a few things I’m gonna have to get off my mind.

It’s been another week full of nuttiness by the liberal left and while you’ve been busy with YOUR lives, I’ve been busy NOT HAVING ONE!!!

Why this stuff seems to wear on me week to week I don’t know but, here we go!

Monsanto…That BASTION of food monopolization, is at it again.

Monsanto has decided, apparently, that they and THEY only will not only CONTROL everything you eat…

THEY’RE GOING TO OWN EVERYTHING YOU EAT!!!

This will no doubt be something which our Jewish friends couldn’t give less of a Kosher pickle about but…

MONSANTO HAS APPLIED FOR A PATENT ON THE…

PIG!!!!

Yep, through a great amount of research, Monsanto has discovered that NOBODY has ever patented the PORKER and IF approved…PIGS will be the PROPERTY of Monsanto.

ALL OF THEM as far as we can tell.

Call me crazy but I always figured GOD created the pig and therefore, if there were royalties to be paid…

THAT’S WHAT THE COLLECTION PLATE WAS FOR!!!!!

Econ 101 for Useful Idiots

The middle class…we must do what we can for the middle class. That is the Obama mantra isn’t it? Build up the middle class.

Really, it’s class warfare. Liberals hate to hear that but that’s really what it is. That’s what so many conservatives say and we hear it often from almost all the GOP candidates.

In part it’s true. Class warfare. Pitting those who don’t have as much as other against those who have more.

That’s the basis for the whole “Occupy” movement.

At best, occupiers are useful idiots in the grand Obama scheme.

Why “At best?”

Because there is a lot more to the Obama scheme than class warfare. Let’s make this as simple as possible so even liberals can understand it.

What have been the clarion calls from Obama since 2008?

Share the wealth.

Hike taxes on the rich.

Both are meant to accomplish one thing. Take money from those who have more of it.

By saying “SHARE” Obama makes it seem as though those who have it should share it with those who don’t have as much. Sharing is good isn’t it? Aren’t we taught to share as children?

The problem is, Obama never says with whom those who have money should share it does he?

The Federal Government and King George

This article is an exploration on many of the charges listed in the Declaration of Independence against King George and how they apply to the Federal Government.  I had been thinking of this for quite some time, as had many others before me apparently.  There are a few decent articles written on this subject on the internet, from which I have gained some inspiration.  I purposefully tried to eliminate the idea that our current “President” has committed the same offenses and rather decided that the behemoth of our Federal Government is at fault.

The reason it is at fault can be summed up in the Declaration of Independence.  The condition of American society with regard to the power the Federal Government has on all of us shows “that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.”  This is just as true today as it was over 200 years ago.  It is not just the fault of the President, but of the government as a whole.  The checks and balances system is broken, and few have the moral compass to keep the nation pointed in the right direction even if it means they will not see another term.  We have become accustomed to Federal involvement in our daily lives.  Whereas the Constitution used to provide the guidepost to which all politicians used to face, it is now carved up, interpreted and reinterpreted to justify any and all actions against liberty.

With that, I give you the following charges against King George, and the actions of the Federal Government that mirror the justification of those charges (not inclusive of all charges, just the ones I could justify):
