I’m fuming.

We have an URGENT update on the “MISSING” Malaysian Flight 370!!!!

Yes, I KNOW this has been covered ad nauseum …hell I’m ad NAUSEATED by it MYSELF but THIS is important and I feel COMPELLED to bring it to you.

Dear whoever built the thing that looks for things that are lost and make noise so you can find them…

You had ONE job…

I’m talking to the nerd or team of nerds who, no doubt, acquired taxpayer dollars to fund their research to build something called a…”Towed Pinger Locator”…It’s a thingy that gets towed behind a ship to listen for and locate the black boxes of flying machines that may well have become submersibles.

Within days of Flight 370 going missing…EVERYBODY just KNEW it went into the Indian Ocean so…they go and get the ”Towed Pinger Locator” and start dragging it around and VIOLA…they started hearing “PINGS!!!”

That was 2 ½ months ago but the “PINGS” faded away and they’ve been looking around in the same area ever since but…on WEDNESDAY…we learned THIS…it seems the “PINGS” they were hearing either came from…THE SHIP they were using or…

Obama’s Aid and Comfort for the Enemy but Not for Vets

How many times does this regime think they can rehash the same old, dog-tired, worn out crap and get away with it?

I have a little advice for the Dictator…rewrite the code book…the only people still buying it are those Kool Aid drunk socialists who will believe whatever is spoon fed them by the lapdog media and even some of THEM are beginning to question the validity of the propaganda sewage your spewing.

According to the Dictator’s minion, Denis McDonough who is either one “N” short of Dennis or an “E” short of Denise…Obama is, “madder than hell” over the VA delay scandal and…“At the same time that we’re looking at accountability we want to continue to perform to provide our veterans the services that they have earned. The President will continue to demand that he and all of us who work for him continue to fix these things until they are functioning the way that our veterans, believe they should and the way that, so that they get the, the services and the benefits that they have earned.”

One can be sure there will be a puppy treat for any lapdog who runs with that hackneyed false Frisbee of sincerity and a steak bone for Denise or…Dennis or…Whatever his name is.

We’ve heard it all before, just before the deck chairs on the sinking Titanic get rearranged. The Dictator is mad. Mad as heck…”MADDER THAN HELL” over a breaking scandal. He vows, promises and declares that he will get to the bottom of it, whatever it is this week and he will bring to justice those responsible.

2016 – The West, Cruz and Rubio Conservative Conundrum

issues 1It’s high time to set the record straight about a few conservatives whose names are now in the 2016 mix as I have seen more and more anti-social media posts regarding them popping up, deriding them as either ineligible or being against liberty.

Allen West…Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio.

Such posts are utter nonsense and are being spread by those who simply haven’t done their homework or, in order to appear less radical to the left, they are trying to prove they’ll be as hard line against Republican candidates as they were on Obama regarding eligibility.

Let’s first take the eligibility concerns regarding Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz.

First of all, Rubio was born IN the United States much to the consternation of some who are posting otherwise on Facebook. Further, according to the 14th Amendment, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” While not ‘citizens” YET at the time of Marco Rubio’s birth, his parents paperwork WAS in the que and they DID BECOME citizens and WERE, at the time of his birth, ‘RESIDENT ALIENS’ of the United States meaning that they WERE “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” and thus considered citizens. Marco Rubio therefore, at birth, was considered a Natural Born Citizen like it or not.

Now then…Ted Cruz who, as we know, was born in Canada but IS eligible under the ONLY definition of Natural Born EVER provided by our founders and framers…the Naturalization act of 1790 which stated, “the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens”. (Act to establish a uniform Rule of Naturalization, 1st Congress, 2nd session, March 26, 1790, 1 Stat.L. 103 at 104, 2 Laws of the U.S., ed. Bioren & Duane (1815) 82 at 83.)

Cruz’s Canadian citizenship came as the simple result of being born on Canadian soil and was a citizenship he was unaware of until last year. Upon the revelation OF it, Cruz quickly renounced his Canadian citizenship thus removing any dual citizenship from his record.

Okay…as for the stuff that some are posting regarding the definition of Natural Born being changed by the Naturalization Act of 1795…

STILL a Gun Free Zone- Ft. Hood ATTACKED AGAIN

FT 1When will it finally dawn on this administration that gun free zones are prime targets for those who don’t give a damn about other people’s lives?

Ft. Hood 2009.

A number of schools.

A movie theater.

The DC Navy yard.

The Navy Yard again.

And yesterday…Another shooting at Ft. Hood Texas.

Early reports regarding yesterday’s shooting had 3 dead soldiers, 1 dead shooter, Ivan Lopez, a U.S. Army Specialist who shot himself and some 16 wounded.

Those numbers may change but the key to those early reports was the manner in which the shooter was taken down.

By his own hand.

At Ft. Hood nearly 5 years ago, the terrorist Hassan was cut down by a civilian contractor Security Officer.

At the DC Navy Yard in 2013, Arron Alexis was killed by the DC Police.

That is because, on all MILITARY installations…Those on them are NOT allowed to carry weapons.

This is NOT a new regulation by any means and those blaming this on Obama need to step back. The regulation banning guns from our military basses is some 20 years old…

Shifting Focus From Malaysia Back to Obama’s Malaise

pitch 1With the world focused on a missing Malaysian airliner and the dire consequences associated with its possible use…Nobody can be happier than Obama.

The news cycle, all 24 hours of it for the past 9 days, has centered on what happened to flight 370 and NONE of those 24 hours have been used to shine the light of truth on Obama.

It’s high time we use that particular spotlight.

While Russia and Putin were busy holding a mock referendum regarding the fate of Crimea and preparing their plans to take Ukraine into the old Soviet fold…

What exactly was Obama doing?

He was whining to Ryan Seacrest that he has been unfairly maligned for…

Wearing mom jeans.

Yes…You read that correctly.

Tuesday evening, the Dictator delivered his State of Future Mandates speech to a 60% ungrateful nation.

Don’t they realize what the remaining 40% who approve of his highness have embraced?

BIG GOVERNMENT is WORKING in their minds.

There are now more people collecting welfare than ever before.

Big government works.

There are more Americans than ever utilizing food stamps.

Big government works.

More and more Americans have applied for and received disability compensation than ever before and, it doesn’t even matter whether or not they actually need it.

Big government works.

More Americans have been thrown off the health insurance plans they had and, would have liked to have kept, than have signed up for the propagandized, “BETTER” and more “AFFORDABLE” Obamacare and, of those who have signed up, the overwhelming majority are those signing up for expanded Medicaid along with those Americans who are older and more in need of healthcare than those who are young, healthy and NECESSARY to carry the financial burden.

Obama Promised Transparency – Robert Gates Delivers!!

Well, now…Retired Secretary of Defense Robert Gates has written a book, “Duty” which will be released within days and IN that book, he lets loose on several things but, the one that is raising the most eye brows, is the revelation regarding both Hillary and Obama and their opposition to the 2007 surge in Iraq.

Let’s get a few things straight here before we delve into the ramifications and the meaning of that bombshell.

First…Robert Gates has served this country through various administrations. He was the Deputy CIA Director for Reagan…The Deputy National Security Advisor and later, the CIA Director for Bush 41…And, the Secretary of Defense for Bush 43…A position he was asked to continue, by Obama.

Gates became the only career CIA OFFICER ever to rise to the level of CIA DIRECTOR and the only questionable activity in his record was due to the Iran/Contra affair but…

In the final report from the Independent Counsel for Iran-Contra Scandal, Gates was deemed, “close to many figures who played significant roles in the Iran/contra affair and was in a position to have known of their activities. The evidence developed by Independent Counsel did not warrant indictment…”

Gates’ service clearly, was driven by patriotism rather than partisanism.

There are those who claim he is doing nothing in this book except grinding an old axe but…

Camouflage and Christmas Lights

Every year, it seems, somebody asks me what I want for Christmas.

Over the years, the list has changed.

As a boy, my list included toys, maybe a new bike or a sled and maybe, just maybe, a puppy.

Such a list, I believe, is still the norm for kids today.

As I grew older, the list included more, substantial items.

A calculator, a new stereo, hiking boots and maybe, just maybe, a puppy.

By the time I was in college, my Christmas list had evolved to include a new camera lens, something for my first car…a 1977 Chevy Chevette,  money for spring break and maybe, just maybe…

Morally Bankrupt Budget Screws Our Veterans

In what may well be THE most hideous, shameful action taken by the 113th congress…

A budget bill PASSED in the senate yesterday that KEEPS INTACT, an IRS credit of $4.2 BILLION DOLLARS for ILLEGAL ALIENS while it CUTS pension benefits to RETIRED, WOUNDED MEMBERS OF OUR MILITARY!!!

Livid doesn’t begin to cut it.

For the next 20 years, the retirement cost of living benefits of those who have voluntarily worn the uniform of our nation and were forced into retirement due to the grievous injuries they received while defending OUR freedoms…OUR liberties and those of others in places half a world away are being CUT and, in some cases, those cuts could amount to a total of up to $124 THOUSAND dollars over the 20 years in question.

How in the world those who voted FOR this budget can look themselves in the mirror…Sleep at night or, better yet…FACE A WOUNDED WARRIOR…Is beyond comprehension.

These courageous heroes, men and women, were promised these benefits.

They knew the dangers going in. They faced their duty with the sort of steadfast courage most of us will never know or understand and far, far too many came home with the scars, seen and unseen to now discover that the very government that vowed their duty would be rewarded…LIED to them.

This is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!

Veterans Day: Thanks is Not Enough

On the eleventh hour or the eleventh day of the eleventh month…

That was when, in 1918, the fighting ceased in WWI.

It started as Armistice Day…The recognition of WWI Veterans at the time the war to end all wars…Ended.

Over the years and the decades, the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month came to be a day of recognition for all veterans of the United States military.

Today is that day.

There are those, thankfully few and far between, who can’t for the lives of them bring themselves to honor our veterans, and shame on them.

They are the most ignorant of fools and the most foolish of the ignorant.

They are of the ilk bent on burning the flag to make their statements and far, far too knot-headed to realize that those for whom they display their disdain are the very reason they have the right to do so.

To hell with the fools and the ignorant.
