An American Patriot from Great Britain Takes a Stand!

The expression “Boots on the ground” is a military one, meaning troops are in evidence; and they are there to do a job, be it keeping the peace or fighting insurgents, etc.
America is in a dire situation where she has a leader who doesn’t lead and an administration that is hell bent on removing the rights of her patriotic citizens. Those in charge are intent by one political move or another in destroying the great Constitution of the Founding Fathers.
If America is to win back her freedom – her liberty – and IF she is to retain her incomparable Constitution and the Bill of Rights, then she needs “BOOTS ON THE GROUND.”  She needs Patriots to fight for her. She cannot win the battle alone!

20 Questions with Congressman Allen West

We cannot thank the Congressman enough for taking the time from his always busy schedule to speak with us regarding a wide range of issues. We would also like to thank Communications Director, Angela Sachitano,  in Congressman West’s office for all her help in arranging this exclusive interview.

In part 2, I ask Congressman West about the National Defense Authorization Act and, as always, Congressman West answers in a straight forward manner and quotes from the bill itself. This has become one of the most contentious issues of the last several weeks and one on which many have been misinformed.

Is 2012 Shaping Up to be the Year of NObama?

While 2008 was clearly the year of Obama, 2012 may well go down in history as the year of NObama. Not only are his polling numbers sliding lower day by day with less than a year to go before election day but in March of 2012, the Supreme Court will hear the case against Obamacare.

Now we have word that also in 2012, the Supreme Court will hear the case Obama’s DOJ has brought against Arizona (and other states) regarding illegal immigration.

Obama has, for the last 3 years, tried to make a living off these two issues and now it looks as if things might not go his way in the highest court of the land.

With Obamacare, it is the individual mandate portion of his bill which is at issue and the Commerce Clause which could well, and should doom it. Never before has the Commerce Clause been used so broadly as to force American citizens to buy a good or service. It is doubtful that the Supreme Court will grant to the government such powers as it would clearly open the doors for any administration to follow suit regarding any good or service they so choose.

UC Davis Pepper Spraying…The Unintended Truth

Sometimes, video evidence isn’t what it seems to be. Sometimes, it can be very misleading if all you see is an excerpt, taken out of context, from the whole of the event. That now appears to be exactly the case with a widely circulated video clip from last week.

I am sure most people, by now, have seen the clip of police pepper spraying OWS morons at U.C. Davis. There they were, looking all peaceful, sitting on the ground, arms linked when along came the big bad police, those establishment, law enforcement officers who, out of the blue and for no reason at all, let loose with cans of pepper spray.

Oh the humanity, the horror. Doing such a thing to those who were simply exercising their 1st amendment right to gather, why, it’s just unthinkable.

UC Davis Chancellor, Linda Katehi, has, with tears in her eyes, apologized to students for the actions of the police.

Two officers and the campus police chief have been placed on leave.

UC President Mark Yudof has denounced the police for the pepper spraying of those students.

Students at UC Davis are demanding the Chancellor resign and they want the cops fired.

It’s a mess at UC Davis and all because of this piece of irrefutable video evidence.

That video clip CLEARLY show police pepper spraying those students FOR NO GOOD REASON WHATSOEVER!

Whoa…Hang on there…Not so fast.

Money isn’t what you think it is….

First off, I am not dead. I didn’t just do drive-by postings to the National Patriot. I have been busy here at my base. We recently had an exercise at my base, and I have been busy with getting other military-related tasks complete. Also, I am taking a class that I think I will rather enjoy…US History. At any rate…here I go:

What is money? Most would either say or have you believe it is the cash in your pocket or the silver in your safe. I am here to tell you it is neither. And when I tell you what money really is, you will be amazed. First thing I need to tell you is this: Please read all the way through with an open mind. Second thing I want to tell you is: This is really simple once you read it with an open mind.

You may be surprised to know that money isn’t what you may think it is. It isn’t dollars, silver or gold. It isn’t rupee’s, rubles or pesos. So, instead of classifying all of that as “money”, let’s call them all by their one proper name: currency. Currency is what allows you to buy whatever it is you want. Currency is property, something you own. You take that property and trade it for other property, or amass it in order to purchase more expensive pieces of property later on. You can even lend that property to someone else on the condition they repay you that property plus a little extra. But just how did you come to own the currency in the first place?

“Occupiers” Inhabiting a Failing Agenda

“Whose Park?…OUR Park!”

That was the chant starting around midnight in Zuccotti Park in New York as NYPD officers started clearing out the protesters. “YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO THIS!” was another chant being belted out through a chorus of Occu-Pie-Holes.

Zuccotti Park is being clear out, at least for a few hours to clean up and remove the filth from 2 months of squatters. It’s become a health hazard, the people who live around the park are sick of it and businesses in the area have had enough. Mayor Bloomberg issued the order to clear the park and about 400 police officers started the process around midnight.

Once the park is cleaned, protesters WILL be allowed to return but they will NOT be allowed to bring their tents, tarps, shanty town kitchens or sleeping bags and winter is forthcoming. It is folly to believe the “Occupiers” are cut from the same cloth which wrapped the frozen feet of Washington’s men at Valley Forge as those men were fighting for ideals while the “Occupiers” are clinging to ideology.

That “Whose Park…OUR Park” chant couldn’t be more wrong.

Obamacare ON the Docket

We knew the decision was forthcoming and now, it has been announced. The Supreme Court WILL hear the case, being brought by 26 states, on Obamacare!

The High Court will hear arguments regarding the Individual Mandate as well as Severability.

Arguments will most likely be made in March of 2012, which would indicate a decision by the Court will be forthcoming in June of 2012.

By hearing arguments regarding Severability, the court will decide whether the Obamacare law would stand sans the Individual Mandate. Should they find the Mandate could be severed from the rest of the law, the rest would remain on the books and that could very well be the case but, should that happen, the Individual Mandate struck as unconstitutional while the rest kept intact, the problem for the Obama administration would be finding a way to fund the rest.

It is widely seen as the Mandate being the funding engine for the rest of Obamacare – and should that Mandate be removed from the bill, it would be on life support but not killed.

U.S. Supreme Court Has Ruled on Obama’s Eligibility!!

According to the United States Supreme Court, Obama is ineligible to be the President. That’s right, you read that correctly. The United States Supreme Court has ruled that Obama is ineligible to serve as President.

It’s not that you haven’t been paying attention lately and yes, you can be excused for missing the ruling as it came down, not in the last few days but back in 1875.

This is the argument currently being made by the Liberty Legal Foundation but it is, as far as I can tell, a bad case. What follows is the case they are trying to make and what we should REALLY be looking at if we want to prove Obama’s ineligibility to hold the office.

The Liberty Legal Foundation has filed not 1 but 2 lawsuits, one in Arizona and the other in Tennessee neither of which have one single thing to do with Obama’s birth certificate OR challenging whether or not Obama was born in the United States.

There is no need for either in regard to these lawsuits.

Ah but it is finally Friday – and as we all know, on Friday, I get to let off a good deal of steam. This Friday is no different and you can bet, if liberals are out there…

I’m fuming.

Over at the liberal asylum, perhaps better known as the United Nations, it’s been a banner week. The white coat and blue beret crowd has finally let it slip that the vast majority of their CLIMATE CHANGE or GLOBAL WARMING or STUCK ON STUPID…whatever they’re calling it this week… reports HAVE BEEN WRITTEN BY GRAD STUDENTS!!!

Ummm…These aren’t your high level genius in the making grad students…THESE ARE GARDEN VARIETY GRADUATE STUDENTS WITH LITTLE OR NO EXPERIENCE IN THEIR FIELD OF STUDY!!!

Oh yeah, we’ve all been led to believe that the “CLIMATE BIBLE”…THAT PIECE OF JUNK SCIENCE WHICH IS CALLED “THE PANEL OF CLIMATE CHANGE REPORT”…RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WORLD AGENDA AND TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN WASTED SPENDING…Is not written by some PHD or weather guru of great renown, NOT penned by the greatest mind in global rectal temperature taking…not authored by GOD on stone tablets… Continue reading →

Coming Soon to a Supreme Court Near You – Obamacare

In less than 2 weeks, we will know whether or not the Supreme Court will hear the case against Obamacare. As it now stands, more than half the states are engaged in that action and it is widely believed that the fate of Obamacare will rest in the hands of the Court.

Before we get to that, a refresher in the issues at hand might be a good thing.

At the heart of the lawsuits regarding Obamacare is the “individual mandate.” That is, of course, the part of Obamacare which makes it mandatory for people to purchase their healthcare from a government approved…government…healthcare provider.

For those who don’t, a fine disguised as a tax will be levied against them at a rate of $750.00 or 2% of income.

I say “disguised” because this is neither an income nor an excise tax – but a punishment or a means of enforcement and while Obama and his administration can call it whatever they want to call it; the fact remains, it is a punishment…Not a tax. Proof of this lies in the fact that the tax…er…Mandate is $750.00 or 2% of income…Whichever constitutes the higher amount.
