Within the next couple of weeks, the DOJ will release the Epstein Files. It’s time to lay in a supply of popcorn and settle in for the show.

Last week, the House voted 427-1 to release the files, and the Senate vote was unanimous. While liberals claimed that Trump would likely block said release, he didn’t, and signed the order straight away. That set into motion a 30 day window in which the Department of Justice must finish their end of the deal and release what they’ve got to the public.

It’s a bit of a conundrum for liberals. They’ve been clamoring for this for the past year, but to be honest, I don’t really think they wanted the Epstein files released at all. Let’s start with the government shutdown, which lasted a record 43 days. For the first 36 days, the liberals claimed that they had nothing whatsoever to do with shutting down the government. They blamed Republicans, and more specifically, President Trump. Never mind that they had 14 opportunities to reopen the government by simply voting for the clear continuing resolution which would have kept all aspects of the government up and running at the exact same levels as before the shutdown…they voted, very publicly against reopening the government.
