Obama’s Latest Foreign Policy FAIL

“Seal Target Geronimo” is the name of a new book by Chuch Pfarrer. Geronimo, as you will remember, was the code name for bin Laden during the raid in Pakistan which killed him. In this book, Pfarrer describes, among other things, how this raid likely went down.

Pfarrer should know what he’s talking about too.

Chuck Pfarrer is a former Navy Seal, but that’s not the end of it. While not personally involved in the bin Laden raid, Pfarrer used to be with Seal Tem Six as an Assault Element Commander and I suspect, he has some pretty spot on contacts.

According to the author, it is most likely that the shot that took bin Laden out came within 2 minutes of the time those Seals broke through the front door of that compound.

That’s not what caught my eye.

Obama Job Approval at 45.4% and That Begs a Question…

Today is November 6th, 2011. One year from today will be November 6th, 2012, and that is “take out the garbage” day in America. On November 6th, 2012, we head to the polls and cast out ballots and if history is any indicator, that will be the day we give Obama notice that he is out of a job.

In our history, no individual has won reelection as President when, one year out from that election, the incumbent has an approval rating of 47% or lower.

Today, according to Real Clear Politics, Obama is at 45. 4% and that seriously makes me scratch my head.

45.4% approve of the job Obama has done up to now.

Who ARE these people??

13 Words Obama Admin Does NOT Want on WWII Memorial

“With thy blessing we shall prevail over the unholy forces of our enemy.”

Those 13 words, spoken 67 years ago meant something. Those words meant a lot. They were words of comfort and of hope spoken to the nation 67 years ago.

With those 13 words, spoken to the nation by President Roosevelt 67 years ago, the United States launched, on June 6th, 1944, the D-Day invasion and sent thousands of our troops into the most dangerous situation of their lives and our history.

That decision by Roosevelt was not, could not have been easy; and he, as well as the nation, knew that many of those being sent to those fateful beaches would never return.

Those in uniform knew that too.

Roosevelt also knew the beaches would just be the beginning and that of those who made it off those beaches, many more would be lost before the end of that war.

He knew it, we knew it and they knew it.

I’m fuming.

Over at the liberal asylum, perhaps better known as the United Nations, it’s been a banner week. The white coat and blue beret crowd has finally let it slip that the vast majority of their CLIMATE CHANGE or GLOBAL WARMING or STUCK ON STUPID…whatever they’re calling it this week… reports HAVE BEEN WRITTEN BY GRAD STUDENTS!!!

Ummm…These aren’t your high level genius in the making grad students…THESE ARE GARDEN VARIETY GRADUATE STUDENTS WITH LITTLE OR NO EXPERIENCE IN THEIR FIELD OF STUDY!!!

Oh yeah, we’ve all been led to believe that the “CLIMATE BIBLE”…THAT PIECE OF JUNK SCIENCE WHICH IS CALLED “THE PANEL OF CLIMATE CHANGE REPORT”…RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WORLD AGENDA AND TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN WASTED SPENDING…Is not written by some PHD or weather guru of great renown, NOT penned by the greatest mind in global rectal temperature taking…not authored by GOD on stone tablets… Continue reading →

I Do, and We as a Nation Should, Stand With Israel

On Wednesday, November 2nd, Israel test fired a missile, said to be ballistic, which is also reported to have the range to reach Iran. This comes after a weekend leak of growing support for a preemptive strike against Iran’s nuclear facilities.

While such an attack by Israel against Iran has always been on the table, the news, or at least the reports of an eminent strike have been ramped up.

Iran, for their part, promises that Israel would be punished for such an attack.

To understand why this is much more a hot issue today than, say, a week ago, one must understand what has led to this – and then, what the implications would be should it happen.

New Voter ID Laws Have Liberals Walking Funny

Liberals are getting their collective panties all wadded up – but what else is new? This round of bloomer bunching is all about new voter ID laws and liberals are nearly beside themselves.

Right now, at least 34 states have instituted new voter ID laws which require, among other things, that when voters show up at the polls, they have ID and in some cases…OH THE HUMANITY…They will need a PHOTO ID!!

Why…According to many liberals…the Republicans are intentionally disenfranchising 30 million voters!

Ummm…Huh?

Wendy Weiser who was the co-author of the Brannan Center Report stated, “When you have millions potentially unable to vote, it will undoubtedly have political consequences.”

Really? Unable to vote?

Congressman John Lewis (Dem. – GA) is calling these new voter ID laws a “Poll tax.”

Seriously? A tax?

Coming Soon to a Supreme Court Near You – Obamacare

In less than 2 weeks, we will know whether or not the Supreme Court will hear the case against Obamacare. As it now stands, more than half the states are engaged in that action and it is widely believed that the fate of Obamacare will rest in the hands of the Court.

Before we get to that, a refresher in the issues at hand might be a good thing.

At the heart of the lawsuits regarding Obamacare is the “individual mandate.” That is, of course, the part of Obamacare which makes it mandatory for people to purchase their healthcare from a government approved…government…healthcare provider.

For those who don’t, a fine disguised as a tax will be levied against them at a rate of $750.00 or 2% of income.

I say “disguised” because this is neither an income nor an excise tax – but a punishment or a means of enforcement and while Obama and his administration can call it whatever they want to call it; the fact remains, it is a punishment…Not a tax. Proof of this lies in the fact that the tax…er…Mandate is $750.00 or 2% of income…Whichever constitutes the higher amount.

Holder Sues for Right to Continue Immigration Failures

Yet another state, this time, South Carolina, has been added to the list of states now being sued by this administration over their laws aimed at stemming the tide of illegal immigration. According to the Obama administration, individual states have no right to protect their citizens from, try to stop the wild out-of-control spending related to or stop employers from hiring illegal aliens.

As a state, just try and do something about it, and you will be sued.

On the other hand, make your state or your city a sanctuary for illegal aliens and what exactly will this administration do?

Nothing.

A DECLARATION TO RESTORE THE CONSTITUTIONAL

REPUBLIC NATIONAL CALL FOR UNITED ACTION

A call to action has been issued! Will or can you attend?

Patriots Union.org and Veteran Defenders.org have issued  the call to action.

“When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.”

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.” – from the U.S. Declaration of Independence

An undisclosed number of American Veterans and former service members have come together to prepare and present this Call-to-Action on behalf of the U.S. Constitution, the Republic, the Rule of Law and equal justice for all freedom loving citizens of the United States of America. U.S. Slaps Israel in the Face!!!

In a strange turn of events, though not an unexpected turn, the U.S. has cut 60 million dollars worth of funding to the U.N. – but this situation is far from over and  the ramifications are very interesting.

Today, the U.N. Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization voted 107-14 with 52 abstentions thus admitting the Palestinians as full U.N. Members.

According to our State Department spokeswoman, Victoria Nuland, “Palestinian membership as a state in UNESCO triggers longstanding legislative restrictions which will compel the United States to refrain from making contributions to UNESCO.”

Actually, Palestinian Membership granted by ANY U.N. committee or group would trigger such a move and I’ll get back to that.

Of the UNESCO budget, we, the United States is responsible for about $80 million per year or roughly 22% of that total budget and in November, we were scheduled to make a $60 million payment…That is now NOT going to happen…

Or WILL it?
