Hillary’s Email Scandal Deepens

Posted on April 28, 2016 by Craig Andresen
By Craig Andresen Right Side Patriots http://www.americanpbn.com/

It’s time once again, to check in on Hillary’s email scandal because things have been guc 1happening, behind the scenes, that signal all is far from well in the Clinton camp, despite her words to the contrary.

Regarding the possibility of federal charges connected to her use of a private email account and the private server inside her home in Chappaqua, “I know that they live in that world of fantasy and hope because they’ve got a mess on their hands on the Republican side. That is not gonna happen. There is not even the remotest chance that it’s going to happen.”

Debbie Wasserman-Schultz has called the mere idea that Hillary could face charges… “ludicrous.”

Reality paints a vastly different picture.

Last month a Romanian hacker, Guccifer, was extradited to the United States, and that is significant as in most cases, a foreign hacker is not extradited anywhere, but in this case, Guccifer was extradited at the request of the FBI itself which has some 150 agents on the Hillary email case. Guccifer is not a particularly formidable hacker either, which makes his extradition even more noteworthy, and he has claimed to have hacked Hillary’s emails on several occasions.

Did this Guccifer hack directly into Hillary’s server?

guc 2No…not exactly…he claims he went in through Sidney Blumenthal’s system where he was able to read all of Hillary’s memos due to Blumenthal having direct access to Hillary Clinton’s email account.

According to Marcel Lehel Lazar…aka Guccifer…“I used to read (Clinton’s) memos . . . and then do the gardening.”

It is obvious that the FBI is getting information from this Romanian hacker as part of their investigation into Hillary’s email scandal and apparently, Guccifer may well not be the only hacker to have been inside Clinton’s private server as the Associated Press indicated, last fall, that a Serbian hacker, “scanned Clinton’s basement server in Chappaqua at least twice.”

And if that’s not enough, a former Russian agent has claimed that Russian foreign intelligence has also read through Hillary’s emails.

What all of this means is that while the Secretary of State, Hillary’s emails, her private guc 3account and her private server, were hacked over and over again as there was no security protocol in place to protect either, and while to this day, Hillary claims that she broke no laws because there wasn’t anything in her emails that was classified…again…reality paints a vastly different picture.

To date, there was some 2,100 emails on Hillary’s private server that were, at various levels, classified including some that were designated SAP, or above top secret, and hackers not only had access to all of them, apparently, they took advantage of that access and shared them with the Russian foreign intelligence services as well.

But there’s more…

Although details have not been made public, and may never be made public, according to Congressman Mike Pompeo of Kansas, federal officials, within the intel community, have guc 4been conducting risk-assessments regarding the 2,100 classified emails on Hillary’s private server. In Pompeo’s words, “This is the intelligence community doing its job, just like it does every day, to determine the risk of any breaches and minimize the damage as much as possible.”

Standard operating procedure?

Yes and no.

What we have here are 4 years worth of emails and documents, sent and received by one person, from and on that person’s private server and email account that apparently went through several people’s hands and before their eyes, many of whom lacked the security clearance to have seen them and that were hacked by Romanians, Serbians and shared with the Russians including some 2,100 classified and more than 20 SAP documents.

We also know that at least a few of those documents named names, thus putting members of our intel community at risk while others provided anyone looking with the guc 5whereabouts of Ambassador Stevens just prior to his murder in Benghazi.

When recently asked whether she would or could face charges related to her use of a private server and email account, Hillary laughed it off and told the questioner that all the FBI was doing was a “security review.”

She is either lying, she has no clue what the FBI does or a combination of the two.

Judge Napolitano, however, cleared it up nicely as he does know exactly what it is that the FBI does.

“This is about as serious an investigation as there could be. … The FBI does not do security assessments, the State Department does. The FBI does criminal investigations.”

The intel community only does such security assessments once a breach of security is revealed so, what this means is that, in Hillary’s case, the FBI has concluded that security was breached, due to Hillary’s handling of classified, top secret and above top secret documents, and the intel community is now in the process of damage assessment and control which has also become a part of this investigation as the damage incurred will become part of the evidence against her.

And exactly how is the State Department’s security assessment regarding Hillary’s emails going?

That depends on whether you want the truth or you want to cover up the truth. If the latter is your objective, it’s been going pretty well.

It turns out guc 6that the State Department actually withheld a particular email from a FOIA request by Judicial Watch in 2014 which, had it been included, would have tipped off the fact that Hillary was using a private email account long before it became known. And what did that email concern?

Benghazi.

More to the point, that particular email regarded the talking points for Susan Rice’s five Sunday show appearances with respect to Benghazi.

About a week ago, the State Department sent a letter to Judicial Watch stating that, “Upon further review, the Department has determined that one document previously withheld in full in our letter dated November 12, 2014 may now be released in part.”

For their part, the State Department is calling this, “an administrative error.”

According to Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton, “Now we know the Obama guc 7administration consciously refused to give up key information about Hillary Clinton’s email in 2014.  It covered up this email both from the court and Judicial Watch. This cover-up provided Hillary Clinton enough time to hide potentially thousands of government records.”

Because the investigation into Hillary’s emails and the separate investigation into Benghazi are both turning up evidence related to the other, right now, it is nearly impossible to say when either or both investigations will be completed. The email investigation was to have been wrapped up by January of this year, but as more and more classified emails were discovered, that timeline was pushed to May. Now it seems, there is yet more to investigate including the fact that the FBI is lining up questioning of Hillary’s top aides and of Hillary herself. As to Benghazi, Trey Gowdy has continued to uncover more witnesses, and more information from the email investigation related to Benghazi so that timeline is also up in the air.

It’s troubling because Hillary seems destined to become the liberal/socialist nominee in July, but will either of these investigations be done in time to prevent her from becoming the nominee? Right now…there is no way of knowing, and it could well be that neither investigation wguc 8ill release their results until late in the summer…so what happens then?

My guess is that Gowdy will release his committee’s findings before the email investigation releases theirs because the email investigation relies on the DOJ to file charges while Gowdy’s committee doesn’t, meaning that political interference won’t affect Gowdy’s conclusions. On the other hand, despite what is becoming a mountain of evidence against Hillary, should the DOJ refuse to indict her, the FBI will surely leak their findings to the public which will take longer.

Last fall, on 60 Minutes, Obama claimed that nothing in Hillary’s emails put our national security at risk, but that was before it was discovered that 2,100 emails on her private server were classified and before we knew the extent of the hacks. Earlier this month, Obama was more…constrained, telling Chris Wallace that there was, “carelessness” in her using a private server and email account.

“I continue to believe she has not jeopardized America’s national security. Now what I’ve also said — and she has acknowledged — is there is a carelessness in terms of maguc 9naging emails that she has owned and she recognizes.”

What came next, from the pathological liar in chief, is open to interpretation… “I guarantee that there is no political influence in any investigation conducted by the Justice Dept or the FBI, not just in this case but in any case.  Full stop, period.  Guaranteed, full stop.  Nobody gets treated differently when it comes to the Justice Dept. because nobody is above the law.”

Either Obama is lying and will use political influence, or…as I have stated time and time again, he, as the DNC puppet, wants Hillary out of contention for the oval office because getting rid of her aspirations will also remove Bill as the defacto head of the DNC so as to take that position for himself.

Here’s is what I expect…Hillary will name Julian Castro as her running mate soon, perhaps even ahead of the liberal/socialist convention this summer as she knows the end of her career is near and she will try to bolster her campaign as the walls start to close in around guc 10her. The DNC, which isn’t in her corner, really wants Castro to be their nominee which is why they are pushing for him on Hillary’s ticket. This way, when Hillary is forced out of the race, by the revealing of the various investigation’s findings, Castro, a confirmed socialist, bordering on a communist, will automatically become her proxy, the nominee and a puppet to the liberal/socialist machine.

I also expect that once Hillary is forced out of the 2016 race, Obama will do two things…he will issue her a pardon, and he will cover all her emails with Executive Privilege, as he did with Fast and Furious, to protect himself with regard to Benghazi and other matters that could lead to his prosecution.

And for Julian Castor to be at the top of the liberal/socialist ticket, both of those things will require Obama to stall an indictment until after the liberal/socialist convention this summer regardless of when the two investigations are completed.

While Hillary Clinton may be the presumptive nominee for the liberal/socialist party…make no mistake…Julian Castro is the liberal/socialist preferred nominee as they have their sights set on bigger things than the oval office, and what really hangs in the balance isn’t the next four to eight years…it’s the next 30-40 years…because the Supreme Court is up for grabs.

This is why, economy and foreign policy aside, it is more important now than ever before that we, as ConsCF 4ervatives, stop Donald Trump from becoming the GOP nominee. Trump would lose to Hillary and the spread would be even greater in Trump’s loss to Castro but the Supreme Court is in no better hands with Trump that it would be with either Hillary OR Castro.

Only Ted Cruz would nominate, to the Supreme Court, true Constitutional judges and if the Republic is to remain standing, nothing less will suffice.
