It’s time to take a stand for…TEXAS!!!

The only way I can seem to conjure up is to beat them about the head and shoulders with their own egregiously inane game.

Let’s pick a day. How about next Monday?

Next Monday, we, all across this great nation, from sea to shining sea, across the fruited plain, purple mountains….

Here is how we do it.

Step 1

We go places, and we do things. Sounds simple and, by golly, it IS.

Every time someone asks for it, refuse to give it to them. Your photo ID. Refuse to hand it over…Refuse to show it.

At the bank, when they ask to see your ID. NO.

At the store, when you pay for a loaf of bread with your debit card and they ask to see your ID…NO.

Go to the 7-11 or Beer World or wherever fine wine, beer or Boone’s Farm is sold and buy some. They’ll ask to see your ID. NO WAY!!!

If you happen to be traveling next Monday and you need a room for the night…ID?? NO!!!

Even if you don’t smoke, by a pack. They should ask for your ID and you KNOW what to tell them. NO WAY, AIN’T GONNA HAPPEN.

Whatever you can think of to do where an ID would be required…go there…do whatever it takes to be asked to show your ID and then REFUSE!!!

If you happen to be in Washington DC…swing by the Department of Justice and try to get in. They WILL want to see your ID.

NO WAY IN HELL.

Step 2

Every time you are asked for, and of course refuse, to show your ID…write it down.

Write down the date, the exact time, the name and address of the business and the name, if you can get it, of the fool who asked to see your ID.

Be meticulous.

Be as detailed as is humanly possible.

Carry with you a voice recorder or have your cell phone video rolling.

Document each and every incident of being asked for your ID.

Step 3

On Tuesday morning next…

Contact the ACLU.

Roll tape…Record your call.

Explain to them that you are a victim of…

RACISM!!!!

Tell them you want to file…MULTIPLE LAWSUITS!!!

Huh? What’s that? You’re not a minority? Not black? Not Hispanic?

You’re not a MUSLIM??? No matter…Muslim isn’t a race, it’s an ideology, but liberals don’t know the difference.

Clearly, regardless of the color of your skin, you ARE a member of a race…SOME race…so go with whatever race to which you belong.

Step 4

Explain to the ACLU buffoon that asking for your ID was CLEARLY racist because Attorney General Holder SAYS it’s racist.

Explain how you were refused service BECAUSE you would not bow down to the business’s CLEARLY RACIAL POLICY.

If the idiot on the other end of the line dares to ask what YOUR race might be…

CALL THE DOLT A RACIST AND DEMAND TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR AT ONCE!!!

Step 5

If the ACLU refuses to take your case…And they probably will…

Call a press conference.

Alert Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton.

Alert CAIR.

Alert LaRaza.

Hell…While you’re at it…alert the nearest Norwegian Embassy. They represent the nearly transparent race which, had he not died, Michael Jackson would be a member of today.

Call your local newspaper, TV and radio stations and tell them that you are about to expose MASS RACISM IN YOUR COMMUNITY!!!!

Step 6

Name names.

Name the times and addresses of each and every offense.

Name the ACLU clod who refused to take your case.

Point out that you contacted LaRaza, the NAACP, the Reverends Jackson and Sharpton, the Muslim activists and the Norwegians and NONE OF THEM seem to give a HOOT IN HELL about racism.

Step 7 – Counter Arguments

Somewhere along the line, SOMEONE is going to tell you that your claim of racism is invalid.

Response: My claim of racism is every BIT as valid as is Eric Holder’s claim that voter ID laws are racist. In fact, MY claims are DIRECTLY based ON Holder’s claims.

At some point, someone will ask you to PROVE that the entities you have named are racist in their policies regarding asking for your ID.

Response: Oh no, no, no…As per the blocking of the Texas voter ID law, it is not MY burden to prove. It’s the entities which I have named who must prove their policy of asking for my ID is NOT racist.

Somebody is going to try to tell you that voting is a constitutional right but buying things isn’t and therefore, your claims of racism do not apply.

Response: Really? I don’t have the constitutional right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness? I don’t have a constitutional right to buy a pack of Marlboros? I have no constitutional right to buying beer, or buying groceries or cashing a check? Doing the things I describe are my choice, true enough, but so too is voting a choice. If I am not required to show a photo ID for one choice because it is deemed racist, why then should I be required to show a racist ID for any other choice?

Someone WILL tell you that by making such obviously false charges, YOU are demeaning REAL racism.

Response: Really? Am I being THAT obvious? By using the exact same reasoning employed by Eric Holder against the Texas and South Carolina voter ID laws, perhaps you could be more specific. Am I demeaning the sort of racism which would include placing a “Whites Only” sign in a restaurant window or a “Colored folk use back door” sign on a hotel? Am I demeaning the sort of racism which requires negros to ride in the back of the bus or doesn’t allow Chinks to ride on the railroad they built? Am I demeaning the sort of racism which didn’t allow Spics or Wops to get jobs on the police force? Am I being demeaning to the sort of racism that, before the civil war, referred to African-Americans as niggers and regarded than as nothing more than property to be owned by white folks? Or…Am I demeaning the type of racism which would protect our elections from fraud by adopting a voter ID law which is applied evenly without regard to skin color thus adding such horrid terms as illegal aliens and felons and identity thieves to the historical perspective listed above?

Eventually, people will want to know what you hope to get out of the legal action you propose to bring against the companies and entities you name.

Response: I expect $250,000.00 in reparations from each entity I have named as just payment regarding successful outcomes of my lawsuits or a settlement out of court for $150,000.00 apiece. I expect the racist practice of demanding me to show my photo ID at ANY business or entity in the future to be outlawed immediately as it is a violation of my civil rights. I expect each of my cases to be handled pro bono by the ACLU as they have done as much in the past regarding issues of racism.

Finally, some fool is BOUND to tell you, in a very dismissive tone, that your actions are a frivolous waste of time.

Response: May I remind you once again, that MY actions are ENTIRELY based upon Attorney General Eric Holder’s definition of RACISM regarding the voter ID laws proposed in Texas, South Carolina and several other states. I feel the need to ALSO remind you that according to Eric Holder, any questioning of either HIS policies or the policies of Barack Obama are, in and of themselves, RACIST. That you would be dismissive of, or question MY motives, is directly equal to being dismissive of or questioning Eric Holder’s and/or Barack Obama’s motives and therefore, by the very definition of Eric Holder, YOU would be a racist. MY motive is to ERASE one of the most WIDESPREAD and apparently most DESTRUCTIVE forms of racism in America today…The act of asking, nay…DEMANDING that I, or ANY American, show a valid photo ID. If asking for a photo ID for one of the MOST IMPORTANT things we as Americans can do…VOTING FOR THOSE WHO WOULD LEAD OUR COMMUNITIES, OUR STATES AND OUR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT is racist, then clearly, asking for or demanding to be shown that SAME ID for any lesser a transaction is just as racist.

Friends, there is no reason whatsoever that we should be playing Go Fish while engaged in a high stakes game of Texas Hold Em where the race card’s wild.

It’s time to ante up and call their bluff!!!
