Majority of Americans new that Obama Care was not constitutional. Common sense alone tells you that our government cannot compel its citizens to purchase a product. Yet, it did not stop the progressive Congress from passing Health care Act (Obama Care) into law. Americans marched and their voices were not being heard. So the legal battles started. The states took to the federal courts requesting a ruling regarding the constitutionality of ObamaCare. The federal courts are even in their decisions, 2-2. One of those decisions is causing uproar in the Department of Justice in Washington. A multi-state lawsuit that was filed with the state of Florid in search of a ruling on the Constitutionality of Obama Care or some may refer it to Health Care Act. Judge Roger Vinson declared that the whole Obama Care was unconstitutional.6 Americans were elated. Finally some common sense was appearing. What happens now?

Second Amendment Rights

The last couple days there’s been a story on the news about an ‘intruder’ who broke into someone’s house to steal things, and then called 911 on himself. He was afraid the home owner might shoot him. I can only imagine the Liberal outrage if the home owner had shot the intruder – even though it would have been perfectly legal. The arguments would run something like this: Breaking and entering isn’t a capital crime, and neither is burglary.

And that is true. But when someone breaks into your house in the middle of the night you don’t know if they are a thief, a kidnapper, or a mass murderer. And if an unknown intruder is sneaking towards your baby’s nursery, or the room where your children are sleeping? What parent wouldn’t do anything necessary to protect their child(ren)? The Law understands this, and makes self defense legal.

Unions are one of the biggest problems in America. Why? For starters, consider this. No one ever got to be union president by assuring her rank-and-file that the glass is half full. Union leaders are always entirely about creating discontent among the rank-and-file, even when none would exist without their efforts. Why? Because if they don’t, they know they will be challenged for union leadership by even more militant cronies. Therefore, the inexorable trend within any union is to create (not recognize the existence of, but create) more and more discontented members.

WI Union Debate ENDS Without Dem Senators

The long and drawn out fight in Wisconsin over public sector union bargaining came to a swift and sudden this evening as WI republicans and Governor Walker separated the bargaining part of the bill from the finance section. The senate quickly voted 18-1 and collective bargaining in WI came to an end!

The 14 run away democrat senators were nowhere to be found. The move came one day after those missing 14 turned down an offer from the Governor to make some concessions. Not only did they turn it down flat, they were quite dismissive of the effort calling it simply out of the question, unhelpful and not serious.

Perhaps you heard the big brouhaha when a Liberal Gene was discovered by science and announced in October 2010. (See the Science Daily story here.)

I have also pondered the similarities between Jimmy Carter and Barak Obama in their “leadership” style and above average liberalism.

Well, after many hours of researching and cocktailing, I have had my EUREKA moment!

I shared my brilliant (yet slurred) insight with a family member and he found photographic proof of not only the evolution of the liberal gene – but of the evolution of those possessing it. It clearly began with the great apes – the ones who would steal a banana from one clan mate to give to another…

One of the big stories dominating the news is the crisis in Wisconsin and the problem a the public sector union. Public opinion is divided, and the liberal media is only telling part of the story.

Union members would tell you that they are protecting their own. Liberals will tell you that unions are good and true champions of the middle class. In fact, some of the latest assaults on on those opposing union rule are becoming more subtle and try to assure the reader of their “truth.”

As the violence in Libya moves into its third week with Gadiffi continuing to use his weapons of war against his own people, the Obama administration continues to duck its responsibility. The world wonders why? So do I.

There was a time when the world looked to Washington in times of trouble the likes of which we now see in Libya. They looked for leadership, for action and for the protection of those who reached out for freedom. The United States stood for and WITH freedom. Seemingly and sadly, that is no longer the case.

If there’s one thing I love, it is debating with liberals. In fact, this is a new revelation for me as I never argued politics until 2008.

Let’s face it, in the 2008 election, conservatives got stomped on. Were we wrong? No – clearly not. However, I believe we were not prepared for the radical war of words, actions and ideology we encountered.

Heck, even Hillary Clinton wasn’t prepared! She and her campaign were bullied out of arguably her right to run as the Democratic candidate for president by thugs invading her rallies.
