Amnesty.

Just as these willfully knot-headed smarter-then-their-voter-base elitists have changed the name of “global warming” to “climate change” counting on liberals and socialists to be too stupid to realize all they’re talking about is THE WEATHER…they have also decided to call ILLEGAL ALIENS…”undocumented workers” and AMNESTY…”immigration reform.”

What should we expect from regressives who call THEMSELVES…”PROgressives?”

After the red tide rolled in on election night and blue became the decided MINORITY in both houses of our governmental body, the Lame Ducktator has had to ramp up his efforts regarding the rewarding of ILLEGALS for the breaking of our laws.

Yesterday, Obama’s insipid 10 point plan to bolster his voting base of stupid sheeple was made public and the rush by both elected and anointed lame brains to support the Executive Orders was amusing…amusing if one such as a Conservative, smart enough to employ the liberal bullcrap decoder ring came along to translate.

Liberals…Stupid to the Core Voter

Nope.

Not only did you not listen…you said we were some

sort of special kind of terrorists for even bringing it up.

You called us every name in the book and even after all of that…we told you again.

Now we have the proof that we were right then and right now…the only way you could support Obamacare was if you were either a socialist or just plain stupid…we’ll leave the option up to you but…you’re one of the two.

For the proof of this we can now turn directly to one of the Obamacare architects…one Jonathan Gruber who, at a conference almost a month ago made the marketing plan of Obamacare clear to everyone.

What he said came as no surprise at all to Conservatives who had this all figured out way ahead of the game but should come as a slap upside the head to those who, to this day, continue to applaud Obamacare as the greatest thing ever.

YOU…are STUPID and the architects OF Obamacare, those who WROTE the damn thing…were COUNTING on it.

This is What Happens When Judges READ the Bill

ka 1One of the key selling points employed by Obamacare snake oil salesmen was SUBSIDIES!!!

“STEP RIGHT UP…GET YOUR SUBSIDIES HERE!!! THIS WILL CURE WHATEVER AILS YOU…OBAMACARE…THE MIRACLE ELIXIR WITH A SECRET INGREDIENT…SUBSIDIES!!!”

To liberals, that meant something for nothing.

To those with a working brain cell…it meant $1 TRILLION DOLLARS of AMERICAN TAXPAYER MONEY as part of THE largest tax increase in American history.

Yesterday, 2 federal courts offered up two opposite opinions on that spoon full of sugar-coated crap in the Kool Aid pitcher.

Let’s take the second opinion first.

The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, hearing a case challenging the subsidies related to those who somehow managed to sign up for socialism on that malfunctioning Obamacare federal website and THEY found that the subsidies were A-ok and upheld the federal government’s ability to give your tax dollars to the something for nothing crowd.

Now…the first court decision from yesterday…

A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia ruled 2-1 that those subsidies, to be paid to the something for nothings who signed up on the federal site are null and void.

Oh my, what are we gonna do NOW?

Well, according to the lone dissenter from the DC Court of appeals…“This case is about Appellants’ not-so-veiled attempt to gut the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (‘ACA’).”

Hmmmmm…

Liberals Need to Lobby for a New Hobby

hobby 1Man oh MAN…Monday’s Supreme Court decision on the Hobby Lobby case has left liberals, already barely hanging on by the last threads of one screw, completely unhinged.

Not at all surprisingly, the decision went 5-4 but liberals and their ideology that ALL of us should pay for what a FEW want, was struck down and more to the point, it was struck down because of Obamacare and Obama himself were not allowed to force ‘freedom FROM religion’ down We the People’s throats.

Five of the nine Justices agreed that a corporation, owned by those with deeply held religious beliefs could not be forced, upon mandate of government, to abandon those beliefs once they walked outside their doors or the doors of their chosen church.

For once, the Founders and Framers were smiling.

As the Founders and Framers set up our Constitution and specifically, the Bill of Rights, the 1st Amendment guarantees every American Freedom OF Religion. “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;” and this has today’s liberals all tied up in knots.

Government Land Grabs: The Truth Exposed – Part 1

It’s a word one doesn’t hear often, and more often than not, it’s associated with some medical terminology. Acute nasal drip. Acute arthritis… something along those lines but the word acute has a specific definition.

Acute – adjective: acute; comparative adjective: acute; superlative adjective: acutest

I want you to keep that definition front and center as you read what’s coming next and it will light your hair on fire. In fact, keep it in mind throughout this shocking 4 part series of articles regarding government land grabs as it becomes more than obvious the “problem” isn’t at all what the government wants you to believe.

The Obama regime, his DOI (Dept. of the Interior) and the BLM (Bureau of Land Management) are plotting behind closed doors to grab even more land in the western United States because, they are convinced there is an…“acute” problem of private landholdings in BLM administered areas to the sum of 412,675 acres, and no, we’re not talking about Bunkerville here but, we might as well be.

So…of all the vast expanse of land out there, what’s a measly little 412,675 acres? In the great scheme of things, it’s only an inch on the scale.

Give em an inch…they’ll take a mile…right?

Case in point…On the heels of the Bunkerville debacle, the BLM is now threatening to seize land in Texas along the Red River…the boundary between Texas and Oklahoma. Back in 1986, the BLM was successful in stealing 140 acres there. That’s the inch. Now, they say THAT little land grab sets precedent for them to steal another…90,000 acres. There’s the mile.

Well guess what? Utah congressman Rob Bishop has recently uncovered documents…inter-agency documents circulating between the DOI and the BLM that not only show the power and land grab is being engineered behind the closed doors of the most transparent administration in history and documents which would indicate Obama either has or is being encouraged to sign an executive order to bypass congress yet again for the specific purpose of eradicating their “acute” problem…NOT to the tune of 412,675 acres. Oh, no…no, no…TO THE STAGGERING ORCHESTRAL DIRGE OF SOME…13 MILLION ACRES!!!

What congressman Bishop discovered were 14 pages of such documents that the DOI and BLM have been stalling him on for months, and according to Bishop…

More restrictive gun control laws will fix it.

Mass shootings on a military post?

Yep. You guessed it. More and more and MORE restrictive gun laws and you can just about bet your bottom dollar that, after last weekend’s Bundy Ranch standoff where armed federal agents were intimidated into retreat by equally armed citizens, we’re going to be hearing about the need to restrict We the People from our right to keep and bear arms…again.

It is abjectly absurd what liberals and socialists want you to believe regarding our right to keep and bear arms.

 “I, like most Americans, believe that the Second Amendment guarantees an individual the right to bear arms. And we recognize the traditions of gun ownership that passed on from generation to generation—THAT HUNTING AND SHOOTING are part of a cherished national heritage.”

That, from one Barack Hussein Obama who claims to have been a Constitutional professor and wants you to believe that the 2nd Amendment was, of all things, about hunting.

HUNTING???

It is an oft parroted lie by liberals desperately trying to restrict the 2nd Amendment.

Battle of Bunkerville – The New Patriot Revolution Begins

blm 1Don’t let the liberals lie and claim there was a “DEAL” struck at the Bundy Ranch last Sunday whereby the BLM agreed to release the cattle they had illegally rounded up.

Don’t buy into the mainstream media soft sell of how the “deal” was something akin to a stand down to allow the courts to further assess the situation because the BLM didn’t want to put anyone in harm’s way either.

Neither is the truth and what the BLM…the Obama regime and the mainstream media doesn’t want you to know is that, in fact, it was what they claim to be the “all talk and no go” Conservatives…Patriots and militia groups that FORCED the feds to cut and run for the time being.

There have been numerous reports regarding what went down and, with so many people claiming this and that, we turn to a source which cannot be impugned.

The unbiased eye of today’s NEW media…

After attempts by Clark County Sheriff, Doug Gillespie, to bluff the militia Patriot groups into leaving while the BLM and federal agents kept the rustled cattle, the Patriots declined to stand down. In fact, those Patriots made a bold move to exert the power of We the People in a most provoking manner.

Rather than stand their ground…Patriots on foot and horseback approached the barricades erected by the BLM and heavily armed federal agents all the while being ordered by bull horned voices to stop, not approach and back away from those barricades.

The Patriots refused and shouted back their own demands that the BLM and those pointing their weapons directly at advancing Patriots be the ones to leave.

Upon reaching the barricade, something of a confrontation between the Patriot militia groups and an armed federal agent took place face to face with the patriots abjectly refusing to be intimidated in any way.

Tuesday evening, the Dictator delivered his State of Future Mandates speech to a 60% ungrateful nation.

Don’t they realize what the remaining 40% who approve of his highness have embraced?

BIG GOVERNMENT is WORKING in their minds.

There are now more people collecting welfare than ever before.

Big government works.

There are more Americans than ever utilizing food stamps.

Big government works.

More and more Americans have applied for and received disability compensation than ever before and, it doesn’t even matter whether or not they actually need it.

Big government works.

More Americans have been thrown off the health insurance plans they had and, would have liked to have kept, than have signed up for the propagandized, “BETTER” and more “AFFORDABLE” Obamacare and, of those who have signed up, the overwhelming majority are those signing up for expanded Medicaid along with those Americans who are older and more in need of healthcare than those who are young, healthy and NECESSARY to carry the financial burden.

Obama Supporters – Dry Humping the Leg of Socialism

THAT is, essentially, Obama’s definition of “leadership.”

He feels safe in this respect because, over the years, liberals have loaded as many socialist/activist judges into the federal court system as possible and, on the off chance Obama finds his agenda being aired before a judge NOT of that ilk…He has the element of threats on his side.

This is exactly how the Dictator, Barack Hussein Obama manages to issue his unilateral decrees without the interference of congress.

I have another definition for you too:

Obama has had…His Illinois State Senate schedule sealed…His Illinois State Senate RECORDS sealed and any record of his BAPTISM sealed.

Barack Hussein Obama, if that is his real name…Has had any notion of seeing his long form birth certificate sealed and has provided what has been proven to be a bad forgery of a birth certificate posted on the white house website with the claim that it is real.

HE…refuses to allow US…To see ANY of these things and yet…

URGENT!!! PATRIOT CALL TO ARMS!!!

Yesterday, the Dictator issued a series of 23 Imperial Orders AND ADDITIONAL PROPOSALS including the outright ban of “assault rifles” in what can only be rightfully determined as an outright deconstruction of the Bill of Rights and the 2nd Amendment.

His proposed actions are unconstitutional.

It is also quite likely that he, as a Dictator, is in collusion with several entities including retailers and banks in this objective.

This is THE most egregious act of contempt for the Constitution and the American people I have ever seen a occupant of the oval office enact.

There can be no doubt, by anyone with an IQ of double digit proportions, of the Dictator’s agenda.

He means to disarm America.

Clearly he understands that as he moves “FORWARD” in his quest to “FUNDAMENTALLY TRANSFORM” America, God Fearing, Red Blooded Patriots will NOT stand for his SOCIALIST to COMMUNIST shift where GOVERNMENT controls the PEOPLE rather than the system set in place by our founders and framers in which the PEOPLE control the GOVERNMENT.

By disarming the people, this penny-ante Dictator is protecting his OWN hide and cares not a whip regarding the “children” whom he, in a brazen move of political expediency, presented to the public yesterday.
