Bowe’s Release: The Truth Exposed…Part 1 of 4

Our past presidents have always stood strong in saying that America does NOT negotiate with terrorists…but now it seems that America under this president does indeed negotiate with terrorists for this past Saturday Bowe Bergdahl’s long-hoped for release from five years of captivity at the hands of the Taliban was secured by doing just that.

Bowe’s release (to American Special Operations forces inside Afghanistan near the Pakistan border) was attained in exchange for five GITMO detainees who will now be free to rejoin their comrades in the killing of Americans…five enemy combatants exchanged for this one American who will now come home NOT only to parents who love and cherish him, but to a nation who while celebrating his release questions NOT only the circumstances of that release, but who questions the circumstances of his very capture.

And Bowe also comes home to a question of timing for was his release timed as a PR stunt by this administration’s media machine to divert attention away from the scandals Barack HUSSEIN Obama is awash in…timed for yet another photo-op and self-gratifying pat on the back…timed to make Obama the hero in Bowe’s release in the same vein that he made himself the hero in the ‘supposed’ take down of Osama bin-Laden.

But that is one question I think we all know the answer to.

trade 1Once again, our Dictator has bowed to our enemies. Once again, he has violated the laws of our nation. Once again, Obama has placed Americans in uniform and even those who DON’T wear our uniform in harm’s way.

Once again…Obama has bypassed congress and given the finger to one of our most basic tenants in the process.

Bowe Bergdahl is coming home and the door for the kidnapping of any American anywhere has been flung wide open. This regime will negotiate with terrorists and pay the ransoms.

Late last year, a law was passed by congress and signed by Obama that was aimed, specifically, at the possibility of violating the basic tenant that we, as a nation, do NOT negotiate with terrorists. It’s not a slippery slope to do so…it’s a free fall.

The law made it possible to trade Gitmo terrorists for Bowe Bergdahl but it came with one very important caveat…NO trade could be made without 30 days for congress to weigh the ramifications of it.

On Saturday, Obama traded five Gitmo terrorists for one Bowe Bergdahl and nobody in congress was notified. Not 30 days prior, not 30 hours prior, not 30 minutes prior. In fact, congress wasn’t notified until AFTER the deal was done.

And why, exactly did Obama choose to trample on the law? Why exactly does he believe this law doesn’t apply to him?

According to some high level administration mouthpiece… “Due to a near-term opportunity to save Sergeant Bergdahl’s life, we moved as quickly as possible. The administration determined that given these unique and exigent circumstances, such a transfer should go forward notwithstanding the notice requirement.”

And so Barack HUSSEIN Obama went against NOT only long-standing U.S. policy NEVER to negotiate with terrorists but as Craig explained in Part 2 of our expose, Obama circumnavigated set law and Congress to do so. Now defending his decision to have secret and indirect negotiationsrelease 1 with the Taliban, and hoping that the Bergdahl deal would set an example for cooperation between the Taliban and the secular government, Obama unilaterally decided that the five now released terrorists were well-worth the trade for Bowe Bergdahl, and did so by using the excuse that the deal was part of America’s “iron-clad commitment to bringing our prisoners home.”

An ‘ironclad commitment’ that Obama ignored for five long years until he needed it for his own political expediency…as in to divert attention off the ever expanding Benghazi and VA scandals and investigations.

Also saying that “The Qatari government has given us assurances that it will put in place measures to protect our national security” what we want to know is who does Obama think he is to leave the protecting of our national security to a foreign government…even a foreign government that acted as the go-between in the Bergdahl release…especially a foreign government that has NOT always been friendly to the U.S.

It’s time to connect the dots and the picture is not a pretty one especially for those who have, over the past five years, invested their time, energy and emotions into keeping Bowe Bergdahl top of mind. Truth be told, these good people, with their hearts squarely in the right place, were  supporting a deserter and quite possibly a traitor because, the TRUTH of Bowe Bergdahl was being hidden FROM them by a regime who knew full well Bergdahl’s situation but intended to use him to further its own agenda at a time most expedient to its own well-being.

And why didn’t we learn ANY of this from those in the military who DID know the truth?

Because of military code. You don’t say what you know about a brother in arms while that brother is being held by the enemy…even if he’s a deserter but once Bergdahl was set free, the flood gates opened.

First of all…Bowe Bergdahl. How exactly was he…”captured” by the Taliban on June 30th, 2009 leading to his five years of…”captivity?”

According to those who served with PRIVATE Bergdahl at the time, he was “a little out there” and not at all fond of the military. As reported by Rolling Stone back in 2010, Bergdahl had sent a number of emails to his parents during his short time in Afghanistan and they printed excerpts:

“The US army is the biggest joke the world has to laugh at. It is the army of liars, backstabbers, fools, and bullies. The few good SGTs are getting out as soon as they can, and they are telling us privates to do the same.”

“I am sorry for everything here. These people need help, yet what they get is the most conceited country in the world telling them that they are nothing and that they are stupid, that they have no idea how to live.”

And apparently, in his last email before being “captured” Bergdahl wrote that he had sent home his uniforms and books telling his parents…

Benghazi: The Truth Exposed – Part 1

TRUTH 1For the next two days, My Right Side Patriot’s radio partner, Diane Sori and I have combined our efforts to bring you the latest and most stunning coverage of the Benghazi cover up you will read anywhere.

Today, we have written separate articles with mine outlining what transpired before the attacks and Diane’s, regarding what transpired DURING those attacks.

If you think you already know the whole story…You don’t and, what you DON’T know is likely to light your hair on fire.

On January 15th, 2014, the Senate Select Committee on intelligence review of the Terrorist Attacks on U.S. Facilities in Benghazi was released to the public.

Naturally, you read that report.

You didn’t?

Well, surely you heard all the details of it on the news.

You heard that the Benghazi attacks could have been prevented. That’s what you heard on the news. In fact, that’s about ALL you heard on the news because, mainstream media and, in this case, even Fox news didn’t give the report the coverage they should have.

There’s a lot more, a WHOLE lot more in that report than, “It could have been prevented.”

Benghazi: The Truth Exposed…Part 3 of 3

After the attacks in Benghazi many questions remained that needed answers even after the Johnny-come-lately FBI investigation said all hadbenghazi 1 been answered, and those who wanted to protect the Obama regime by refusing to answer them was in full operational mode. The Rose Garden speech blaming the video…Obama jetting off to Vegas for a fund raiser…Susan Rice spreading the video nonsense on five Sunday shows…Hillary and Obama blaming the video at the memorial service as the caskets of Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods, and Glen Doherty arrived…and more of Obama’s blathering on about the video ruse at the U(seless) N(ations). We do NOT need to go into details with which everyone is already all too familiar. What we must do however, is connect the most disturbing of dots. Let’s begin with the ‘stand down’ orders.

Issuing a ‘stand down’ order does follow a specific chain of command, and the one relating to Benghazi would go like this, in order from top to bottom…President, Secretary of Defense, Secretary’s of the various armed services (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines), Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the various Chiefs of Staff for each military service, the Commanding General for AFRICOM, and the local command structure under AFRICOM.

All in the command chain below Obama have denied giving such an order, including then Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta and Army Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, then chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (remember, Dempsey testified that orders were given to assist in Tripoli but NOT to assist in Benghazi but NEVER telling who gave that order but we know it was NOT him). And all the military branch Chiefs have also said they gave NO such order. And while AFRICOM Commander General Carter Ham did give testimony in a closed door hearing before the House Armed Services Committee investigating Benghazi, we still do NOT know his testimony, but know that if he had given such an order it would have been made public for all to hear for it would have cleared Obama, especially important because everything possible is being done to try and distance him from this event, especially after his nonsense about a YouTube video.

But NO such announcement assuming responsibility for that ‘stand down’ order has been made by General Ham so logic would dictate he gave NO such order. And remember, Panetta announced back in October 2012, that General Ham would be retiring for refusing to obey orders NOT to assist the US personnel in Benghazi on that fateful night, and that on Saturday, October 27th, Panetta confirmed that General Ham had indeed been ‘relieved’ of his AFRICOM command.

Now here is something interesting about the official command chain…neither the Vice-President nor the Secretary of State is in that chain. But, the Vice-President and the Secretary of State do have the authority through the President to countermand any one below the President. And while the National Security Council and the Department of Homeland Security Secretary influence military decisions (to some degree) through the National Security Act and through their advisory positions to the President, they do NOT have the authority to issue an actual ‘stand down’ order on their own as that can ONLY be done by those in the direct chain of command.

Yet according to whistleblower Gregory Hicks (the Deputy Chief of Mission in Libya at the time of Benghazi), who when testifying before Congress said that after the first attack a security team left Tripoli for Benghazi with two military personnel, and that four members of a special forces team in Tripoli wanted to go in a second wave but were ordered to ‘stand down’ (but he did NOT know who gave that order).

For instance…

Were you aware that the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence spoke with General Petraeus not once, not twice but, 3 times and one of those times was when the General was still the head of the CIA?

That is a fact that will become more important when you see how it ties in with the rest of this series later on.

 The committee also spoke with the CIA Chief of Base Benghazi who was there on the night of the attacks, a fact made even more important given last week’s testimony from Michael Morrell, the then Deputy Director of the CIA who admitted that the unnamed Chief of Base Benghazi emailed him, just 4 days after the attacks to tell Morrell, in no uncertain terms that the attacks were NOT part of some protest over a You Tube video but were, in fact, a TERRORIST attack.

Benghazi: The Truth Exposed…Part 2

My RIGHT SIDE PATRIOT partner and owner of The National Patriot, Craig Andresen, and I have teamed up to expose the truth about Benghazi…the truth the media…including FOX News…will NOT tell you. And as they say, ‘the devil is in the details’…and those details can be found buried within the entirety of ‘The U.S. Senate Select Committee on INTELLIGENCE REVIEW of the Terrorist Attacks on U.S. Facilities in Benghazi’ and NOT within the abbreviated version the media ‘sold’ to the public.

These details are so critical and so ignored that Craig and I are doing a three-part series running today and tomorrow in our respective blogs and on Facebook leading up to our RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS radio show this Wednesday at 2pm. Comprising our full second hour starting at 3pm, Craig and I will break down our finds into even more details…details and facts Obama and Hillary need to be kept hidden for fear that both a Constitutional crisis and their respective arrests might be in the making. And now I will pick-up where Craig’s article leaves off…

When foreign diplomats sense their lives are in danger they try to send paper ‘classified documents’ to ‘safe’ places or they destroy those documents which could fall into enemy hands. And if choosing to smuggle documents out they do NOT send them to just one person…they send copies of said documents to many…either couriering them out via a trusted person or most likely in Stevens’ case sending the computer files through the internet and e-mails to those they trust.  I would safely guess that’s what Stevens did, for being the consummate professional he was known to be, he probably documented everything (I believe) he suspected about Obama’s involvement in the guns and weapons running operation, and sent it to those he trusted as the events in Benghazi and around the area started to heat up. And most likely Stevens’ actions and his suppositions were discovered by Obama’s and Hillary’s people, and thus he was marked for a ‘targeted kill’ to silence him, because the presidential election was coming up and Obama could NOT afford any bad press.Sadly, Smith, Woods, and Doherty were mere collateral damage.

Obama’s SOTU – Doin’ the American Hustle!!!

Obama was the star of his own show and a legend in his own mind.

Last night’s State of Dismay speech clearly put a fine point on THAT bit of narcissism wrapped in union, butt-kissing flattery.

With nods to manufacturing, education and job training, Obama laid out yet another agenda to keep that tingle running up the union leg.

He announced that, with a stroke of his mighty pen, he has increased SOME federal contract worker’s minimum wages to $10.10 per hour.

Whoopty-doo.

Do you have ANY idea how many people will benefit from THAT???

In a world where the government contracts out more than $700 MILLION TAXPAYER DOLLARS for a website that doesn’t work…Neither do I but…If can get me the line item on the number of illegals “hired” to replace the toilet paper in the little nerds room…WE’LL BOTH KNOW!!!

He announced, with arrogance, that under his guidance the economy is getting better.

If by “better” he meant at a stagnant growth rate of 2.2%…

Naturally, the applause from the left side of my SOTU surround sound speakers was…

Sickening.

Applauding 2.2% as a growing economy is akin to giving a gold medal to whoever comes in last during the upcoming  4 man Olympics bobsled run.

The truth of the economy is that it sucks and it’s not getting any better.

Unemployment down to 6.7%???

Anyway…

As it turns out…If she wrote down THAT version of the Wendy Davis story…YOU WOULD FIND IT IN THE FICTION SECTION!!!

Having been caught fabricating her past…The overjoyed-at-the-notion-of-on-demand-abortion Davis, tried to calm the waters that are pulling her political career down the toilet by EXPLAINING that she might have…STRETCHED the truth a little.

That’s like saying CHRIS CHRISTIE STRETCHED THE WAISTBAND OF…

Weekend Edition: NY Times – Covering (UP) Benghazi – Pt.2

In yesterday’s Weekend Edition, I outlined the desperation of last week’s New York Times attempt to provide cover by reintroducing that lame and false You Tube fabrication for the Benghazi attacks.

I also kicked down the door as to who would have HAD to be involved, why and to what ends.

I went so far as to expose the preemptive nature behind the cover story AND the actions of 8 Democrats in the house.

If you missed it…Have a look at the truly disgusting nature of those who would conspire, collude, commit and cover up acts of TREASON.

But, I said there was more and, there is.

To truly delve into the desperate nature of liberals, Obama, his administration, Hillary and the New York Times…One must fully realize how far the Times is willing to go and why.

Last week, The NY Times released an editorial regarding Benghazi and that You Tube video ass covering story stating: “Months of investigation by The New York Times, centered on extensive interviews with Libyans in Benghazi who had direct knowledge of the attack there and its context, turned up no evidence that Al Qaeda or other international terrorist groups had any role in the assault. The attack was led, instead, by fighters who had benefited directly from NATO’s extensive air power and logistics support during the uprising against Colonel Qaddafi. And contrary to claims by some members of Congress, it was fueled in large part by anger at an American-made video denigrating Islam.”

The Times didn’t stop there.

Oh…SOMEBODY is TRULY desperate…

Last Thursday, they actually made a claim SO outrageous, SO absurd, that it defies common sense and DEFINES desperation.

As their latest effort at providing some sort of “reasonable” doubt for any upcoming trial of either Hillary, Obama or BOTH was falling apart due to REAL FACTS garnered from SWORN TESTIMONY provided by CIA BENGHAZI SURVIVORS behind the closed doors of the house oversight committee…
