tech-1I have said for years, that no single election, nor a single president can right what is wrong with our country, and I stand by that assessment.

The reason I have said it, and the reason I believe it, is because the situation in which we find ourselves has not occurred over night. It’s taken decades to arrive at the brink of the abyss and it will likewise take decades to turn the ship around and have it sailing in calm waters.

Over the years, I have outlined several key reasons regarding our slow, steady spiral into turmoil, which of course includes the liberal/socialist agenda, the entitlement mentality of the last couple of generations and, of course, a detached from the intent of the Founders and Framers populous who only seem to think the time to get involved is when an election cycle rolls around.

But there is more to it than that.

Sour Grapes, False Accusations and Dubious Endorsements

vote 1Well NOW, let’s take a few moments here to get a clear picture of the campaign for 2016…a snapshot…a moment in time, frozen so as to really take stock of the current situation.

Shall we?

Dr. Ben Carson is whining, Donald Trump is threatening law suits, Sanders is blubbering that Clinton isn’t enough of a socialist to deserve the liberal/socialist nomination, Clinton is doing her level best to ignore the mountains of evidence that will lead to her indictment, several candidates have dropped out of the race, others that should…haven’t and Jeb Bush’s donors…many of them…want their money back.

I’ve been to a three ring circus before and while this whole thing does bear some resemblance, I believe it comes closer to being a three ring FREAK show.

First of all…Dr. Ben Carson. Before the Ted Cruz campaign sent out an email, reporting exactly what had been delivered via CNN, you were polling in fourth place at 9% of the Iowa vote. WHILE that false report was out there…you were polling at 9% of the Iowa vote and AFTER it had been retracted but while the Cruz camp was still asking your supporters to caucus with Cruz…you FINISHED the night with 9.31% of the vote.

Please explain for everyone exactly how devastating the Cruz camp email was to your final tally.

Then there’s Donald Trump who is threatening to sue anybody he thinks is responsible for his second place finish in Iowa. He claims he’s going to sue Cruz because of the caucus night email. He’s going to sue Cruz for the prior week’s mailer. He’s going to sue Cruz for being born. Hell…I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if he threatens to sue Cruz because the rhyming campaign slogan…”Choose Cruz” comes across more positive than the rhyming slogan…”Dump Trump” does.

Obamacare – A Major Election Issue for 2016

As we settle into a new year, 2016, an election year, once again Obamacare rears its ugly soc 1and unaffordable head.

With more and more state Obamacare exchanges dropping like flies, those that remain are scrambling to alter their coverage plans and none of that scrambling is either good for the general populous nor is it making coverage any more affordable.

Both Blue Cross and Blue Shield along with Humana and others have removed more than 2 dozen of their previously offered Preferred Provider Organization products off the market and out of Obamacare over the last several months of 2015 as the cost to them of offering such services was unsustainable. And while this initially seems to make healthcare through those providers somewhat more affordable, the reality is that with less options for individuals, there becomes fewer places where the individuals can obtain care…fewer doctors providing care and longer wait times to receive care.

Another move touted by the Obama regime is the higher and stiffer penalties employed in 2016 for not signing up for socialism. This, they say, will force more people into the socialism system and thus lower rates for all however, at $625.00 or 2.5% of their annual income, the increased tax penalty may well not be enough of an incentive, especially for young, healthy Americans, to drag them into the pool. Even if they qualify for subsidies, paid for by other people’s money at rates of only $100.00 per month…it would still cost the young, healthy American $1200.00 per year for socialismcare as opposed to a one-time penalty of just $625.00.

Low-Info Voters vs High 2016 Expectations…Part 2 of 2

Low-information voters…the bane of us all as my Right Side Patriots partner and friend Craig Andresen pointed out in Part One of our two-part series ‘Low-Info Voters vs High 2016 Expectations.’  A brief recap for those who still do not see themselves for what they are…as in the aforementioned low-information voters…folks whose vote is cast either out of misdirected anger that their candidate of choice did not get the nomination; folks who cast their vote based upon media-generated misinformation about the candidate who did; folks who vote solely based upon where a candidate stands on the social issues, which by the way belong on the state not federal level; folks who think that Jesus is on the ballot never mind that He has never nor will ever be; or those folks who don’t vote at all simply because they are just too lazy to get to the polls. And this last group of low-information voters will be the most vocal group of complainers when, just like in 2012, things go horribly wrong.

But possibly the worst of all low-information voters are those who vote third party…misguided sorts who use the excuse that they’re voting their ‘conscious’…never mind that it’s a ‘conscious’ wasted on a fringe candidate who has absolutely no chance of winning anything, but then again they know that. And they also know the reality that most third party candidates are nothing more than avowed anarchists claiming to be ‘warriors for God’ or simple ‘facebook’ candidates who think if they can only get a million ‘likes’ on facebook it will propel them to the White House…in other words low-information candidates custom made for low-information voters.

Low-Info Voters vs High 2016 Expectations Part 1

li 1As we draw closer and closer to the first primary elections of 2016, now just a month away, there are some things which must be said. Things that will rile some, anger some and distress some who purport to be on our side of this election matter.

I really don’t care if I offend them as being politically correct has never been in my wheelhouse. I don’t pander…not even to those who are either on our side or to those who pretend to be on our side.

I’m talking about low information voters.

There are far, far too many who claim Conservatism as their political ideology who are being duped, led like sheep to a slaughter and it’s high time somebody said something.

They are being led by trolls…by plants whose goal it is to disrupt and destroy any chance of a Republican victory in 2016 and their intention is clear to see…they are trying to split the vote and in desperation, since their real agenda I suspect, lies with the liberals, they are expediting their wave of nonsense before the first primary votes have been cast.

Weather Weasels of the Apocalypse REJOICE!!!

Now that Obama has ISIS contained…Paris, San Bernardino, most of the Middle East, a good portion of North Africa and areas of Europe along with various other places within the geographical boundaries of earth notwithstanding…the collective heads of state have turned their collective heads to more pressing matters.

WEATHER WEASELS OF THE APOCALYPSE…REJOICE…AS THEY HAVE SAVED OUR ORB FROM ITSELF!!!

That’s correct…a CLIMATE CHANGE deal has been reached and thus, for the first time since the creation of the 3rd rock from the sun, our climate will not change!!!

There was a standing ovation as the 195 countries involved in utter nonsense announced that a deal had been reached by which the world’s temperature would not rise by more than 2 degrees Celsius and fossil fuels would become obsolete.

Remember Isis? You know…that merry band of 7th century barbarians with 21st century weapons that has been marauding their way across the Middle East and North Africa on their mission to form a caliphate?

How about Iran…the Islamic Republic headed up by the Ayatollah Ass-a-Hola that wants to wipe Israel from the map? You know…where they prance through the streets chanting DEATH TO AMERICA and WITH whom Obama capitulated so the ever-so-peaceful tribe could obtain nuclear weapons?

You DO remember THEM…don’t you?

Al-Qaeda…surely you remember al-Qaeda.

They didn’t REALLY go away the way Obama claimed in 2012 you know. They’re still out there, gaining strength.

Syria…THERE’S a little happy place for you what with their “rebels” armed with American weapons they got from Libyan “rebels” in Hillary Clinton and Obama’s Islamic version of Fast and Furious.

If Not Hillary Then Who: The Truth Exposed – Part 2

As my Right Side Patriot partner and friend Craig Andresen pointed out in Part 1 of this cas 1report, the DNC does not and will not support Hillary in 2016…so who will it be in the end after Hillary drops out of the race…and know that she eventually will as scandal after scandal envelops her. Obviously it will be someone who will dance to the liberal/socialist music and read whatever is put in front of them without getting delusions of grandeur in the process.

In other words a shiny new penny…socialist in leanings… young…dynamic…Latino…and above all else…controllable.

Julian Castro…we’ve been sounding the alarm about the former mayor of San Antonio TX…now HUD Secretary…a position awarded him to gain both a national profile and experience…ever since he burst upon the national stage in 2012, when as San Antonio’s mayor he delivered the keynote address at Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s Second Nominating Convention. Along with his twin brother, Texas Congressman Joaquin Castro, Julian Castro, co-chair of Obama’s re-election campaign, campaigned long and hard for Obama, allowing the lock-in of the much needed Latino vote that turned the red state blue to the tune of 71% of Hispanic voters voting for Obama in 2012. And his reward from the party hierarchy for his efforts some say will be the Vice-Presidential slot on Hillary’s ticket for they know that the Hispanic vote is crucial to Hillary’s winning. But…and this is critical…both Craig and I say NOT so fast as being number 2 is NOT the goal of Julian Castro…or the DNC for that matter…as this man covets the biggest prize of all…taking the nomination away from Hillary for Castro knows that Hillary is NOT now nor has she ever been the darling of the DNC…he is their ‘golden boy’ and has been for quite some time.

If Not Hillary Then Who: The Truth Exposed – Part 1

She’s a treasonous snake, a liar, an accessory to the murders of four Americans in Benghazi, prone to drinking, unethical, by many accounts a shrew, a carpet-bagger, a socialist, most likely a racketeer, a destroyer of evidence and documents and the list just goes on and on but one thing she is not, is presidential material.

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again…the DNC doesn’t want Hillary Clinton to get the nomination nor do we even believe they want her pant-suited ass in the 2016 race.

The DNC turned their collective backs on Hillary in 2008, leaving her campaign’s dried up carcass on the side of the road as they hitched their wagon to Barack Hussein Obama and the only time they looked back was when they gave her the consolation prize of being the Secretary of State, a position she was woefully unprepared for and the results have left egg on all their faces.

It doesn’t matter how deep one digs, there simply aren’t any liberals out there who can dredge up one single accomplishment upon which Hillary can hang her hat during her time leading the Department of State down the road to international disaster. In fact, when asked, not even Hillary herself can come up with anything more astounding than the amount of miles she flew during those years.

Weekend Edition: Can We PLEASE Focus???

tnp eagleI have to tell you that there are just some things I don’t give a rat’s ass about. Not in the least…not at all…because in the grand scheme of things and with the world in the shape it’s in right now…certain things just don’t really matter.

For instance…

I don’t give a crap who wore what to the Oscars. For that matter, I don’t give a crap who DIDN’T wear what to the Oscars and if you think there is some overwhelming reason to continue to post and share photos of Neil Patrick Harris in his tighty-whiteys…you are sadly mistaken.

I don’t care who sang what during halftime and I don’t care how Madonna’s dancers were dressed at a Brit Awards show. When people launch into that line of ‘THE WORLD IS ENDING…ILLUMINATI…SIGNS OF THE APOCOLYPSE AND THE DEVIL’S MUSIC’ crap…it makes reasonable people think you’re on the verge of organizing a book burning party on an overpass to prove that you are somehow more virtuous than the rest of humanity.

I don’t care who’s sleeping with whom or who is getting married to whom. If you don’t think that people of the same sex should sleep with each other or get married to one another than by all means…don’t sleep with or marry someone with the same parts as your own.

Problem solved.

Colorado and Washington made it legal to smoke pot for fun. Okay…since I don’t smoke pot or live in Washington or Colorado…why should I care. They both voted on it at the state level…it passed in both states…big deal.
