Cruz IS Eligible – The Facts…Part 1 of 2

Once again, now as their candidate, Donald Trump, faces not gathering enough delegates eli 1to secure the nomination on the 1st ballot at the convention, Trump’s low-information followers are screaming more birther propaganda

“Cruz is FINISHED,” they say…”HE’S NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN,” they post…”HE’S INELIGIBLE…THE CONSTITUTION…THE CONSTITUTION!!!”

I’m not trying to change the minds of Trump’s blind followers here. There is little point in that as their minds are made up with little to no care for the end result. In that way, they’re like lemmings…blindly following their chosen leader over a cliff. No…this article is for those whose eyes are still open, and have yet to make their 2016 choice who might be influenced by Trump’s low-information voter propaganda.

In order to not be fooled by Trump’s fools…real information is needed so…here it is.

Ted Cruz is eligible to run for, and hold the nation’s highest office, and he is a natural born citizen.

Without research and proof…those words would mean nothing more than the words of Trump’s blind followers harping and hawking the Cruz is ineligible propaganda so…allow me to give you the proof that he is eligible and a natural born citizen.

The Epic Meltdown Continues

It used to be that we had to wait for a debate to watch Donald Trump meltdown but now that the debates are over, we are being treated to a daily meltdown by his Trumpness and it shows no signs of letting up anytime soon.

News broke over the weekend that Ted Cruz, it seems, has secured more delegates in Louisiana, despite having finished second there, and due to Cruz’s ability to woo and win over unpledged delegates along with his ability to corral five of the top six delegates regarding Louisiana’s convention rules committee.

When his Trumpness became aware of this fact, on Easter Sunday, he tweeted his mixture of astonishment and anger and threatened a lawsuit over it.

It’s a lawsuit, should he even file it, that he will lose because there is nothing whatsoever illegal about it. It is simply a chess game and Cruz is better at it than is Trump. No changes were made to any rules and Cruz did nothing more than do what any candidate, including Trump should have done. He stayed engaged with the delegates, made his case on policy and substance and won those delegates over.

The same situation is happening in Georgia and now we learn it is happening also in Virginia because, unlike the narcissistic Trump, who thinks it all about him, Cruz knows it’s all about the delegates themselves and Cruz has taken the proper steps to make his case, post primary, while Trump has simply walked away, believing he had those delegates in the bag.

Trump’s Liberal/Progressive Tactics Exposed

txp 1“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”

And how do these words in the Constitution’s Bill of Rights relate to presidential candidate Donald J. Trump…simply it means that Trump’s right to free speech was in no way violated by the shutting down of his recent rally in Chicago even though Trump immediately spewed out words that, “thugs shut down our First Amendment rights.”

No they did not for while thugs did behave ever so badly it was not thugs per se who shut down Trump’s rally…Trump himself shut down his own rally with his year-long barge of disparaging remarks against minorities, his vile words against his fellow candidates, and with his mocking comments regarding the ‘intelligence’ of some of his own supporters. And these words of his said time and again are words not protected by the First txp 3Amendment, as they are ‘instigating’ words deliberately said to fuel anger…to fuel hate…and are what’s legally known as ‘fighting words’…’fighting words’ that could make the person to whom they are addressed…in this case minorities…commit an act of violence. And since Trump instigated the Chicago violence by his ‘fighting words’…as per Chaplinsky v New Hampshire, 315 U.S. 568 (1942)…Trump himself must take at least some responsibility for the violence that ensued because his entire campaign was a powder keg of thuggery waiting to explode.

Real Facts vs Transparent Diversions

Well, we knew this was going to become the latest attack mode to be employed by Donald tb 1Trump and we knew as well, that his substance-free appraisal would be echoed, far and wide, by the blind sheep who follow and support him.

Now that Marco Rubio has emerged as a serious contender to Trump’s coronation as Dictator in Chief…Trump is calling into question Rubio’s eligibility, and social media is abuzz with Trumpers sharing his latest blather.

Oh, you can scream “CONSTITUTION” and “NATURAL BORN” together in the same sentence all you care to but it doesn’t change one simple fact…that nowhere in the Constitution exists a definition OF Natural Born Citizen. It doesn’t. That’s a fact. Like it or not.

And you can scream that everybody back then knew what it meant and it meant that to be a Natural Born Citizen, one had to have TWO parents who were BOTH citizens but there is yet another nagging fact regarding that misguided assessment…

It isn’t true. More on that shortly.

Hillary and Benghazi – The Hole Gets Deeper

The Obama regime, including treasonous 2016 hopeful…then Secretary of State…Hillary knew 1Clinton knew that the attack on our mission in Benghazi, on September 11th, 2012 was indeed a planned terrorist attack…that it had been planned ten days in advance and that it had absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with a vague, little seen You Tube video when they, the Obama regime and Hillary Clinton told us all otherwise.

That has been the focus of analysis garnered from the documents obtained by Judicial Watch via a FOIA lawsuit that took two years to be answered but, I suggest there is much more to be learned from those pages of redacted documents that what we already knew.

For instance…

As stated in the report…“The attack was planned ten or more days prior on approximately 01 September 2012. The intention was to attack the consulate and to kill as many Americans as possible to seek revenge for U.S. killing of Aboyahiye ((ALALIBY)) in Pakistan and in memorial of the 11 September 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center buildings.”

So, it was no coincidence, as the Obama regime and Hillary claimed, that the attack took place on September 11th and it was not a “spontaneous” event drummed up by thugs in the street as a response to that now infamous You Tube video. But that is not the most startling piece of information to be discovered in the documents obtained by Judicial Watch.

There is this bit which should send chills down the spines of mainstream media…if indeed the invertebrates had spines at all…

Obama Supporters – Dry Humping the Leg of Socialism

THAT is, essentially, Obama’s definition of “leadership.”

He feels safe in this respect because, over the years, liberals have loaded as many socialist/activist judges into the federal court system as possible and, on the off chance Obama finds his agenda being aired before a judge NOT of that ilk…He has the element of threats on his side.

This is exactly how the Dictator, Barack Hussein Obama manages to issue his unilateral decrees without the interference of congress.

I have another definition for you too:

What we have here is an unknown entity, Obama, who has had his college records sealed, his thesis sealed, his selective service records sealed and hides them behind a forged selective service registration form.

Obama has had…His Illinois State Senate schedule sealed…His Illinois State Senate RECORDS sealed and any record of his BAPTISM sealed.

Barack Hussein Obama, if that is his real name…Has had any notion of seeing his long form birth certificate sealed and has provided what has been proven to be a bad forgery of a birth certificate posted on the white house website with the claim that it is real.

HE…refuses to allow US…To see ANY of these things and yet…

The Obamacare Website – 100% SECURITY FREE

The differences between the next 2 sentences are subtle but, distinctively important.

If you have already “enrolled” in Obamacare…You’ve been absolutely fooled.

If you’re planning to enroll in Obamacare…You’re an absolute fool.

Do not take either of those 2 sentences lightly and, take the latter of them extremely seriously because, your financial future depends on it.

As bad as the prices of Obamacare premiums are and, as the sticker shock of those premium rates spreads like the plague, it’s not the rates that pose the greatest threat to your financial security.

It’s the LACK of security…To be precise…It’s the lack of Obamacare website security.

It is, in fact, nonexistent.

Yes. You read that correctly.

Healthcare.gov has no end-to-end security.

None.

It’s not that, like so many OTHER parts of the site, it’s not working…IT’S THAT SECURITY FOR THE SYSTEM HAD NEVER EVEN BEEN WRITTEN FOR THE SYSTEM!!!

Were some individual parts of the broken Obamacare website security tested before that roll out?

Ground Zero Cross – Atheists Have No Prayer

You’re upset over the inclusion of the Ground Zero Cross in the Memorial Museum. You’re suing over it.

Really?

Well, too bad.

You claim the Cross is causing headaches and, “dyspepsia” among your non believers.

Get over it.

You claim that the Ground Zero Cross is nothing but “an ugly piece of wreckage that does not represent anything … but horror and death.”

I am sure, that to you, that is exactly what it does resemble because, you have no faith. However, the fact that YOU are devoid of faith does not mean others are equally devoid.

That cross, the Ground Zero Cross DOES mean something quite significant to others.

Holder Sues for Right to Continue Immigration Failures

Yet another state, this time, South Carolina, has been added to the list of states now being sued by this administration over their laws aimed at stemming the tide of illegal immigration. According to the Obama administration, individual states have no right to protect their citizens from, try to stop the wild out-of-control spending related to or stop employers from hiring illegal aliens.

As a state, just try and do something about it, and you will be sued.

On the other hand, make your state or your city a sanctuary for illegal aliens and what exactly will this administration do?

Nothing.
