Biden’s Autopen…Truths, Questions and Ramifications

Let us be clear here. Neither of us are attorneys. While the legalities of the latest Biden scandal will be argued by legal experts, with opinions differing between them, our approach to this is more common sense than common law, but that said, there are absolutes involved in the Biden autopen scandal which are clearly addressed by the Constitution.

RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS doesn’t know at this point what the outcome of all of this will be, but we can say without hesitation that the ramifications of this scandal have the potential to be unlike anything this country has ever experienced.

From the moment Joe Biden announced he was running in 2020, we knew something was very wrong. Sure, the liberal media tried to cover it all up by claiming COVID was preventing Biden from hitting the campaign trail, but when we did see Joe Biden, it was most always on video from his Delaware basement bunker.

Puddin’ Head and Virtue-Signaling Fools

There are a few things that have been stuck in my mind over the past couple of weeks which I believe I need to address, foremost of which was the report from Biden’s DOJ which stated in plain English that Biden is an old, doddering, forgetful man who is so far gone that he can’t stand trial.

That report states, “Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen.”

Right there, Special Counsel, Robert Hur makes it perfectly clear that Joe Biden is guilty of both illegally retaining, and willfully disclosing CLASSIFIED MATERIALS after leaving the office of Vice President and while a private citizen. Those are FEDERAL crimes. According to attorney Jonathan Turley, “They could have easily, on these facts, charged the president with mishandling of classified material, willfully retaining classified material, showing that material to others.”

The FBI and DOJ – A Crisis of Credibility

Within days of the FBI raid on President Trump’s home in South Florida, Mar-a-Lago, members of the liberal mainstream media, elected liberals and members of Biden’s cabinet began to lash out at Republicans, Conservatives and Trump voters over the latter group’s response to said raid.

The FBI had invaded and occupied the Trump estate for better than nine hours on Monday, August 7th, 2022 in an unprecedented raid.

The first thing out of the mouths of liberal mainstream media knot-heads was the notion that the raid wasn’t a raid. That from the political party that can’t even identify what a woman is, doesn’t know which bathroom to use, and claims that despite emperical evidence, we are not in a recession.

ObamaGate’s Liars, Spiers and Deniers – Part 2

In no particular order…James Comey, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Andrew McCabe, Joe Biden, John Brennan, Susan Rice, Samantha Power, Hillary Clinton, James Clapper, and Sally Yates. It’s a long list to be sure, and there were others as well, but those names in the overall scheme of the attempted coup are very important.

Also important to this whole scandal are the following names, and while you have already just been made aware of some them, this list is more specific in its need to be set apart from the previous list…

ObamaGate’s Liars, Spiers and Deniers – Part 1

Last week, on the heels of the announcement that all charges against General Michael Flynn had been dropped and that the DOJ would no longer pursue the case, Barack Hussein Obama said, “The news over the last 24 hours I think has been somewhat downplayed — about the Justice Department dropping charges against Michael Flynn. And the fact that there is no precedent that anybody can find for someone who has been charged with perjury just getting off scot-free. That’s the kind of stuff where you begin to get worried that basic — not just institutional norms — but our basic understanding of rule of law is at risk.”

Allow me to translate that into plain English from the language of the Liberal Elite…

What Obama is saying there is that 1) the liberal mainstream media hasn’t been tripping all over themselves to beat the Russian Collusion drum the way they did for two years at his direction between 2017 and 2019…2 ) there’s not a time he can think of when an accusation from himself and the liberal elite wasn’t all the proof necessary to end a person’s life and career in its tracks…and 3) that HIS basic understanding that one is guilty until proven innocent that liberals have clung to since the 2016 election is at risk.

Documents Released, Liberal Lies Exposed

So, as the COVID COUP begins to die away and the country, at least the red parts of it begin to reopen for both business and greatness, and as Murder Hornets are released from the bowels of the D.C. swamp to strike fear into the hearts of snowflakes everywhere, a couple of very important things are about to happen.

First, with the reopening of red states and cities, and President Trump’s first foray into the land that time forgot, massive Trump rallies can’t be far behind.

And second, with massive Trump rallies at massive venues drawing what are sure to be massive crowds, a key topic that will draw massive cheers from the red hat wearing throngs is sure to be resurgence of what liberals and the DNC had hoped would be long forgotten at this point in the campaign…

The release of the official Mueller team documents pertaining to the long debunked, and transparent fraud known as Russian Collusion.

Liberals Propose a New Way to End America

The New Way Forward Act is THE most dangerous piece of proposed legislation I have ever seen. I guarantee it is the most dangerous YOU’VE ever heard of, and if this proposed pile of crap were ever to become law, the United States would be turned into a third world country.

But it is actually worse than that.

The bill is better than 4,000 words that are meant to erase our sovereignty as a nation, and designed to unleash upon law abiding citizens a tsunami of illegal alien criminals that wreak havoc on our streets, in our cities, and across whatever would be left of this once great nation.

The bill was introduced by Jesus Garcia, a liberal from Illinois, and is co-sponsored by the ilk of Ilhan Omar, AOC and 42 other liberals who see this as a way to fast-track a new voting bloc.

Rosenstein and the Rosetta Stone Documents

Right about now, Rod Rosenstein should be sweating like a Kardashian on Jeopardy, but he is far from the only one who should be feeling the extreme heat.

Last Friday, the NY Times published a piece stating that Rosenstein had suggested wearing a wire to secretly record President Trump, as well as suggesting employing cabinet members to do the same, and then use the 25th Amendment to deem President Trump unfit to hold the office, and remove him from office.

Make no mistake…that is a coup attempt…a plan to overthrow a sitting, duly elected President of the United States.

Kabuki at the Kavanaugh Hearing

“We welcome you to the confirmation hearing of…”

That is as far as Chairman Chuck Grassley got in opening the Senate hearing for the confirmation of Judge Kavanaugh before liberals Kamala Harris and Cory Booker started the disruptions aimed at delaying, or shutting down the hearings.

Grassley didn’t even get Kavanaugh’s name out of his mouth before liberals began to open their collective pie holes. It was an orchestrated attempt to stop what they have no hope of stopping, and a ploy for media coverage of which the liberal mainstream media is always happy to supply.

According to Harris, and then liberal Cory Booker, the Senate Committee did not have access to some 42,000 documents regarding Kavanaugh’s history until the night before the hearings opened, and they demanded that the hearings be shut down because they hadn’t had the time to go through those documents.

The Deal is Dead…Now, Arrest John Kerry

On Monday, Sarah Huckabee Sanders was asked by some short bus riding liberal member of the mainstream media about whether or not the Trump administration would be taking any advice from former Secretary of State John Kerry on the Iran nuclear deal.

Her response was epic…

“I don’t think that we would take advice from somebody who created what the president sees to be one of the worst deals ever made. I’m not sure why we would start listening to him now.”
