Birds, Barbecues and Other Racist Nonsense

Snark is defined as, “an attitude or expression of mocking irreverence and sarcasm,” but I believe there is more to it than just that.

Snark, as so defined, is my default setting. I tend to see the world through snark goggles and my view of the world has been this way since I was a kid, and although the definition covers most of my attitude towards so many things I see, it doesn’t quite go far enough.

I have, over decades of practice, honed my snark into what I consider to be the literary, and literal equivalent of Newton’s Third Law. “For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.” While sarcasm and irreverence certainly cover the basics, I also believe that every absurdity must be met with equal and opposite absurdity.

Fauci’s Future and the Fall of Liberalism

For the moment, Dr. Anthony Fauci, or as I like to call him, Dr. Tony Baloney, is the only anointed liberal Marxist saint without an arrest record and who hasn’t defied the commands of police while in the commission of a crime.

Oh, like Mike Brown, Rayshard Brooks, Brianna Taylor and George Floyd, who all expired due to their involvement in criminal activities, Tony Baloney will probably have schools and streets named after him, but he’s about to leave a very different legacy in his wake.

He won’t be with us much longer.

Antonio Brown. There’s a name you probably won’t recognize unless you live in Atlanta, but you do need to know something about him. He’s a dumbass liberal Marxist who is running for Mayor.

Antonio Brown has made a big part of his campaign center around, “re-imagining public safety.”

Luckily for you, I have a super, double top secret liberal Marxist decoder ring I found at the bottom of a box of Cocoa Puffs. What “re-imagining public safety” means, in plain English, is “Defund the Police.”

In fact, liberal dumbass extraordinaire, Antonio Brown, has advocated cutting $73 million dollars from the Atlanta police budget. Wannabe Atlanta Mayor,  Dumbass Brown doesn’t think Atlanta needs the police. He thinks Atlanta would be better off, more safe, and less violent without the men and women in blue guarding that thin line.

Well, at least he used to think that way.

The Great Reparation Revelation

Lately, there has been a good deal of talk amongst the liberal Marxist crowd of paying reparations to the descendants of slaves. I used to think the notion was rubbish, but I’ve changed my mind.

By all appearances, I’m a white guy…except…

I’m not.

There has also been a lot of prattle in liberal Marxist circles regarding how one identifies one’s self. Some men identify as women. Some women identify as men. Bruce Jenner identifies as a woman who wants to date women so I suppose he identifies as a man who likes to make believe he’s a woman who is a lesbian.

Like most people, a good deal of what I have ever known regarding the CIA comes from how they’re depicted in movies and on television. Unlike a good number of people, I know there’s lots more to it that what we see on screen.

The CIA has always been this great country’s most dangerous covert weapon in real life. They have always operated in the shadows of some of the seediest places on earth, and in some of the most glamorous places one can imagine.

Let’s be honest here and admit that nobody really knows what goes on between the inner sanctum of Langley, and those places both seedy and glamorous, and that’s probably for the best but we do have certain expectations of those who work for the agency.

Tin Lizzie, The Big Lie and Bigger Liars

Liz Cheney, the Chair of the GOP Conference needs to pull her head out of where it’s been, and bury her hatchet in it’s place. Either way, sitting down has got to be rather uncomfortable for Tin Lizzie.

Last week, Tin Lizzie wrote, “We Republicans need to stand for genuinely conservative principles, and steer away from the dangerous and anti-democratic Trump cult of personality.”

She went on to write that the Republican Party is at a “turning point” and must decide “whether we will join Trump’s crusade to delegitimize and undo the legal outcome of the 2020 election, with all the consequences that might have.”

Also last week, Trump took to his new communication’s platform, From the Desk of Donald J. Trump, and wrote that, “the Fraudulent Presidential Election of 2020 will be, from this day forth, known as THE BIG LIE!”

Obama’s Third Reich and Other Things I Believe

In 1989, the U.N. told us all that entire nations would be wiped from the globe due to rising sea levels if the global warming trend was not reversed by the year 2000. It’s now 2021 and not a single nation has gone missing.

That, of course, was 14 years after University of California at Davis professor Kenneth Watt, and British science writer Nigel Calder issued their dire warning that global cooling, by as much as 11 degrees would put us in an ice age by the year 2000.

In case you missed it…that didn’t happen either.

Back to the U.N. idiot in 1989 who also said back then that, “the most conservative scientific estimate [is] that the Earth’s temperature will rise 1 to 7 degrees in the next 30 years.”

It didn’t.

Liberals Are Idiots…Can I Get an AMEN?

Amen is commonly used after a prayer, creed, or other formal statement. … It means “it is so” or “so it be.” Amen is derived from the Hebrew āmēn, which means “certainty,” “truth,” and “verily.” In English, the word has two primary pronunciations: ah-men or ay-men.

The word is not now, nor has it ever been a matter of gender but don’t tell that to “woke” liberals because they won’t believe you.

Last week, during the opening prayer in the House, a “woke” obviously liberal idiot Congressman Emanuel Cleaver from Missouri ended the prayer by saying, “Amen, or Awoman.”

Clearly, this was a glaring sign of two things.

The First Christmas…Rebooted

If you happen to be of the Christian faith, there can be no doubt that you know the story of the first Christmas by heart. It’s a story that’s been around for two millennium, being told, retold, embellished, condensed, written down, edited and made into an epic tale.

History tells us that not everything in that story is true, or accurate, and indeed the Bible itself offers not only clues but as near to tangible evidence for how it’s been condensed and altered over the past couple of thousand years to fit a narrative palatable and easy to follow by people in centuries past.

I won’t get into those clues, or into the condensing and altering of the story here, but I did write a piece on that topic in 2017, entitled Politics and The First Christmas which you can read here.

Thanksgiving With COVID Stuffing

Ahhh…Thanksgiving. That magical holiday where family and friends gather for the feast of thanks.

Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, gravy, that green bean casserole, dinner rolls and pumpkin pie.

Just the thought of it makes one’s mouth water, and belt loosen.

Every year, Thanksgiving is that one day we all look forward to with reckless abandon. Not just for the food, but for the time we get to spend with loved ones we so often don’t get to see but once or twice a year.

Hold on…in fact…hold everything.
