Recruit Woke, Go Broke

So, according to the woke geniuses over at the pointy building with five corners, military recruits just aren’t smart enough to join our armed forces because they are having a tough time adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing.

The Pentagon (that’s the building with one more corner than a standard building for the benefit of future military recruits) says that in order to assist potential future military personal in passing the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery, or ASVAB test, they will, in the near future be allowed to use a calculator.

According to somebody with a pointy head in the five cornered building, “The department is carefully considering the use of calculators for the ASVAB. We are taking a systematic approach, which will assess the impact of calculator use, and we are developing a way forward for calculator inclusion based on best practices in test development and psychometric theory.”

A Broken Debate and How To Fix It

What transpired in Milwaukee on Wednesday night wasn’t a serious political debate, it was an exercise in futility and  I’m about to tell you why in a 10 point recap.

First off, when the criteria to qualify for the debate was how much money a candidate has rasied, the entire premise for the debate is bogus. While poling this far out is suspect at best, a criteria for debate qualification should be weighted on how candidates are faring in straw polls, or what each candidate brings to the table based on statements made to the press or during previous runs for office. Money raised?

That’s the weakest reason to be taken seriously and is therefore bogus in my opinion.

The Fulton County Liberal Hissy-Fit

Asking people for phone numbers – Reserving rooms in a Capitol building – Telling people to watch TV – and getting people to attend legislative hearings are all illegal now, so whatever you do, don’t do those things.

Holding meetings – Calling people – Asking people to call special sessions of legislatures – and setting up phone calls are also illegal. Add those things to the list of things you should never, ever do again.

Getting contact information for people – Sending emails – Observing signature match audits on mail in ballots – Asking people to speed up signature match audits – Telling people that there may have been voter fraud – Telling people to watch RSBN – Discussing the election on a phone call – and offering to provide election worker Ruby Freeman with protection…all illegal.

As you go about your day to day activities, whether at work or at home, keep that list handy and before you do ANYTHING, check that list and then just go sit in a corner because, at least for now, sitting in a corner is still legal, unless Donald Trump once sat in a corner.

Biden’s Balloon-a-Palooza

According to China last week, they intend to “take measures against U.S. entities related to the downing of a suspected Chinese spy balloon off the American East Coast.” The Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin gave no details and did not identify the targets of the measures.

For their part, China has said that the balloon in question was NOT a spy balloon, but a WEATHER balloon that got blown off course. They have NOT said what government department or company was responsible for it which is a pretty clear indication that it was not a weather balloon.

China also wants their “weather balloon” which clearly was not a weather balloon back and while that probably won’t happen, with Biden in charge…who knows?

The Art of Grand Distraction

What happened to the Joe Biden classified document scandal? It was there, it was heating up, new information was coming out and then, all of a sudden…poof. The story went from daily breaking news to…nothing.

Abject silence.

What happened?

Distractions happened.

There was perhaps the biggest breaking news yet regarding Joe Biden’s classified documents on January 25th. It was a bombshell revelation that should have been THE top news story for at least the next two weeks but…it vanished.

Also on the 25th of January came the news that the Paul Pelosi attack body cam footage was about to be released after three months of keeping it under wraps and away from the public. On January, 26th, the DA in San Francisco said anyone who wanted the Paul Pelosi footage would have to come to San Francisco to get it and the media, including Fox News started drooling like Pavlov’s dogs.

Ukraine vs Russia…The Bigger Picture

Like it or not, we’re involved in the war between Ukraine and Russia. Right now, we’re supplying Ukraine with arms and cash to the point we’re actually supporting Ukraine’s national budget, and while arguments can certainly be made that we have our own financial issues to deal with aside from propping up another country, we believe that may be a bit short-sighted.

There are those out there who don’t like Ukraine, and think Zelinsky isn’t worth the effort. They think Ukraine is corrupt. It was, and maybe to some extent still is, but when looking at the bigger picture, we don’t believe that should be the top priority when it comes to our involvement in their war against Russia. Before the war, Zelinsky had been taking positive steps towards ending his country’s corruption, and he was making progress in that direction. He was elected by the people of Ukraine to change the direction of his country, and as we well know from our recent history, draining the swamp is not an easy task.

The Land of Oz – A Cautionary Tale

Let’s be honest, you would have an easier time finding Atlantis, or whatever happened to the bits and pieces of whatever crashed near Roswell in 1947 than you would have finding the Land of Oz.

“The Wonderful Wizard of Oz” by Frank Baum, was a tale of the downfall of the populist movement of the late 1800s. It was a satire regarding the political, economic, and social situation that existed in this country at the dawn of a new century. Oz is the abbreviation for an ounce, which happens to be how we measure gold. The yellow brick road was the gold you followed to get whatever you desired.

To Frank Baum, “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz” wasn’t a children’s fairy tale, it was political satire, and that becomes more than evident when you read from the stage production penned by Baum himself in 1902, in which the Tin Woodsman wonders about his fate should he run out of oil, to which the scarecrow responds, “You wouldn’t be as badly off as John D. Rockefeller. He’d lose six thousand dollars a minute if that happened.”

Gaslighting America – Part 2

Gaslighting is the practice of manipulating an individual or group, by psychological means, into questioning their own sanity. Another commonly known term is, “projecting” which is the tactic of attributing one’s own unacceptable urges or behavior to another.

Projecting or gaslighting as described is the first line of defense for your average 3 year old who has just broken a vase by throwing a ball in the house, and it’s the last resort of a political party under the leadership of a daft old coot who knows that he and his party are about to lose an election because they’ve done everything wrong, and even their own once solid voting base is crumbling away.

Little Joey didn’t break the vase…little Donny did it.

Gaslighting America – Part 1

Trump supporters have been called lots of things by liberals since the opening of the 2016 presidential campaign. The problem for liberals is, all of the labels they’ve attached to Conservatives have everything to do with the actions and behaviors OF liberals…and NOTHING to do with the actions or behaviors of Conservatives.

Hillary Clinton called Trump supporters a “basket of deplorables.”

Hillary went on to say, “The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic — you name it. And unfortunately there are people like that. And he has lifted them up.”

Naturally, the mainstream propaganda media latched onto to all of those absurd labels and became the label-calling parrots of the DNC in an effort to gaslight American voters but it didn’t stop there.

The Biden DOJ has labeled parents who want a say in their children’s education and show up at local school board meetings as “domestic terrorists.”

Democrat Voters Exit Stage Right

The party of liberal Marxism is hemorrhaging voters over their liberal Marxist policies and their response, their solution to stop the bleeding is to pile on more liberal Marxist policies.

It’s a lose, lose scenario and apparently, the liberal Marxists aren’t tired of losing yet.

The party of liberal Marxism won’t be happy until everybody is equal…equally poor that is…and for the very lives of them, they can’t figure out why their voters are beyond mad. To be honest, a good many liberal Marxist voters aren’t too happy with themselves either, and are feeling the pangs of buyer’s remorse.

For decades, actually for better than half a century, democrat voters believed everything they were told by their party’s power elite. They believed that it was the democrat party that cared about them, that only the democrat party could help them, and that the democrat party and the democrat party alone was the party of the children.

It was all a lie, but they had been warned.
