Let us be clear here. Neither of us are attorneys. While the legalities of the latest Biden scandal will be argued by legal experts, with opinions differing between them, our approach to this is more common sense than common law, but that said, there are absolutes involved in the Biden autopen scandal which are clearly addressed by the Constitution.

RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS doesn’t know at this point what the outcome of all of this will be, but we can say without hesitation that the ramifications of this scandal have the potential to be unlike anything this country has ever experienced.

From the moment Joe Biden announced he was running in 2020, we knew something was very wrong. Sure, the liberal media tried to cover it all up by claiming COVID was preventing Biden from hitting the campaign trail, but when we did see Joe Biden, it was most always on video from his Delaware basement bunker.

Last week, in my commentary, “The Danger Of The Liberal Psyche Exposed Part 1,” I focused on President Trump’s State of the Union speech and the abhorrent behavior of those sitting on the left side of the House Chamber.

In that commentary, I said that we have all been mislabeling such behavior as TDS, or Trump Derangement Syndrome. While that has more or less become the catch phrase, it ignore a much deeper, much darker reality.

That sort of behavior has a clinical name…sociopathy…and some of the red flags shown by those whose psyche is so disposed include “a lack of empathy, impulsiveness, and manipulation. A sociopath is indifferent to the suffering of others, and may not care about the consequences of their actions on others. Sociopaths also employ deceit and controlling behavior to steer the opinions of others. Sociopathy is a mental disorder, and sociopaths become upset when they feel slighted, offended, or when they don’t get what they want. They may also be triggered when they lose control of others or when they are seen for who they are.”

Technically, it was billed as a speech to a joint session of congress, because State of the Union speeches traditionally aren’t delivered in the first few weeks of a presidential term. To be quite honest…last Tuesday’s event was, without a doubt, a State of the Union speech by President Donald Trump.

President Trump has accomplished more in the first six weeks of his second term, than most Presidents accomplish in four years, and Trump’s vision for the future is clear. That speech was the longest ever, and why not? Just to get through the tip of the accomplishment iceberg, and outline his agenda took better than an hour and a half.

Trump made it crystal clear, from his opening line, “AMERICA IS BACK,” that the free world, for the first time in the past four years, has a true leader. While Trump’s first six weeks have been bold, his agenda for America’s future is bolder still. Trump left no grey areas, no wiggle room, and no doubt that America will be leaner, meaner and stronger than ever before. He wants economic stability, stability on the world stage, the end of the status quo, a return to greatness, and common sense and an end to policies and programs meant to rob Americans blind.

A Fundamentally Different Transformation

“We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.”

That’s what Obama said in the final days of the 2008 campaign. “Fundamentally transforming the United States of America” into what…he didn’t say, but we found out. Obama wanted a Marxist America. He wanted an America that took a back seat on the world stage, and an America that employed a divide and conquer strategy from within to separate Americans into niche groups.

It was the dawn of identity politics to create turmoil within the nation.

It started with race-baiting and instituted a false sense of systemic racism where one no longer existed, and included a world tour where Obama himself went from country to country to “apologize” for American exceptionalism, strength and leadership. Race vs. race led to gender vs. gender, and class vs. class. The liberal media went all-in, Hollywood went all-in, and so too did the liberal elite and their cash cow George Soros.

Welcome to the 2^nd American Revolution. While liberals scream obscenities from the streets over what President Trump is doing, and while the liberal elite issue talking points memos to their propagandist media instructing them to claim we’re in a “constitutional crisis,” there is actual historical precedence for what DOGE, under the watchful eyes of Elon Musk is doing.

Liberals, of course, don’t want you to know this, and since nobody else is talking about it, I’ll be happy to be the source of leaking to you.

Remember how our 1^st American Revolution started? I’m asking rhetorically for those who were educated rather than indoctrinated because the former group knows what was never taught to the latter group, but to be clear, it all started with the Pine Tree Riot in 1772. 50 years prior, the British Crown made it illegal to cut down white pine trees larger than 12 inches in diameter in New Hampshire in order to reserve them for use as Royal Navy masts.

DOGE Like The Wind

“DOGE was in the building. We started — we took down our Pride flags, we took down- I took out any books I felt would be incriminating, No one was talking. We heard they started taking transcripts automatically of all of our Google Meets. They unplugged the news in the little kitchen galleys. It didn’t feel good. And then Saturday, all of the websites went down. And then I lost complete access to my computer.” – Kristina Drye, a speechwriter for USAID

That’s correct. The USAID “worker” said it out loud. She (if that is indeed her chosen pronoun) said that when DOGE came-a-knockin’, USAID staff hid the pride flags and started removing anything that was…INCRIMINATING.

To be clear, USAID is a government agency, and they dole out money to supposedly worthy causes. Putting a finer point on it, they dole out U.S. taxpayer dollars to supposedly worthy causes. That’s our money. The government, and thus government agencies have no money of their own. They earn nothing. The ONLY money they have to spend on ANYTHING is the money they TAKE from hard working American taxpayers.

So, it’s been three months since President Trump won the 2024 election is a fashion that simply boggles the minds of liberals. They were incredulous during the campaign when nothing they tried seemed to work, beside themselves when Joe Biden’s trolley came off the tracks during the debate, and completely gobsmacked when Kamala Harris went down in flames on election night.

One would think that with now better than 90 days to reflect on their own nincompoopery, liberals would have employed a little bit of self-examination and party agenda introspection in the attempt at arriving at an a-ha moment regarding what they did wrong.

But these are liberals we’re talking about here…garden variety liberals, elected liberals and liberal propagandists in the mainstream media.

It’s been two weeks since the latest round of L.A. fires started burning and homes, businesses and the LA Gay Men’s Choir are still flaming.

Indeed, there are many questions that require answers like, why were fire hydrants not working, why was the Palisades Reservoir dry for nearly a full year, and why in THE hell…before the fires, were 1 out of every 6 fire trucks in Los Angeles not operational, sitting in some holding yard broken down?

Why was the Mayor of L.A. out of the country when the fires started after she campaigned on the promise that if elected Mayor, she would NOT be making international trips? By the way, her trip to Ghana for an inauguration and cocktail party was either the 5^th, or 6^th international trip she’s taken as Mayor…on the dime of the L.A. taxpayers.

The song, Hotel California is said to be “all about American decadence and burnout, too much money, corruption, drugs and arrogance; too little humility and heart.” Those lyrics by Don Henley seem now to be strikingly haunting in light of what began on January 7^th, 2025 in the hills surrounding Los Angeles.

First one fire, the Eaton Fire, then another, the Palisades fire, followed by another, and another and so on and so forth. The Santa Ana winds at over or near 100mph on the first day and night of the inferno drove those fires like never before, and it rapidly became obvious that neither L.A. nor California had a clue as to what to do.

The Catastrophic Consequences of DEI

FBI Special Agent Alethea Duncan, the first FBI face to step to a microphone after the Bourbon Street massacre on New Year’s morning in New Orleans, stated solidly, “This was not a terrorist event.”

Roughly an hour later, the same FBI Special Agent Alethea Duncan, came back to the microphone to state, just as solidly, that is WAS a terrorist event.

Let me be very clear about this. BEFORE FBI Special Agent Alethea Duncan declared “This was not a terrorist event,” we already knew that the Ford Lightning pickup truck being driven by the attacker, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, a 42-year-old U.S.-born citizen and U.S. Army veteran from Texas, had an ISIS flag attached to its trailer hitch, and IED’s had been found inside the truck. Call me crazy, but I believe that a truck with a bunch of IED’s in it and sporting a black ISIS flag should have been a giant RED flag to even a garden variety FBI Agent, not to mention what it should have meant to FBI Special Agent Alethea Duncan, but FBI Special Agent Alethea Duncan said is was NOT a terrorist event.
