If it’s good for the goose, shouldn’t it too be good for the gander?

That’s my question in the wake of the Justice Brett Kavanaugh, liberal led and liberal fueled rush to final judgement.

While my friend and RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS partner Diane Sori has done a great job of questioning the validity of the #MeToo movement in her op-ed, #MeToo…A Misguided Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing, my focus today is on the #what’snext question.

If we, as a society and as a nation are, as liberals are demanding, to accept every baseless, evidence-free allegation made against a Conservative…shouldn’t we also be believing, without question, every accusation made against any liberal?

Further…

If all it takes to find a person’s guilt is a baseless and evidence-free allegation…shouldn’t we at the very least have the common decency to take the accused down to the lake and dunk them into the water to see whether or not they float before we announce that person’s guilt to the whole world?

I mean, if we’re going to do away with the rule of law and the “presumption of innocence”…do away with the notion that one is innocent until proven guilty…and do as was done in the days of the Salem witch trials…pronounce them guilty unless they can prove their innocence…can’t we replace the court room with a body of water?

Remember, according to the Salem witch trials…if you float, you’re guilty, while should you sink and drown…you were innocent after all.

Here’s a question for liberals demanding a fresh take on old Salem…

How many of you screaming mad liberals would be willing to give up YOUR right to the “presumption of innocence” to be found guilty on the mere mention of an allegation for which no corroborative evidence can be found?

How many of you screaming mad liberals would simply give up your entire life and slink away into the deep, dark shadows if someone made a 36 year old allegation against YOU without any evidence or corroboration to back it up?

Liberals, before you answer…let me just point out a few things and I’ll use your own logic in doing so.

You have accused President Trump of collusion with the Russians, and you want him impeached…thrown out of office over the accusations, even though in now more than two years of investigation, neither the FBI nor the Mueller team have found a shred of evidence to back up the allegations. On the other hand…we know, as evidence does exist, that Diane Feinstein employed a Chinese spy for the better part of 20 years.

Should Feinstein be tossed from the Senate?

Liberals…you’ve made your accusations against Justice Kavanaugh very well-known although you haven’t been able to produce a shadow of evidence in support of those allegations, and yet you now claim that should you win enough seats this November, you will have Kavanaugh impeached and thrown from the Supreme Court. On the other hand, Cory Booker has actually ADMITTED to doing what you have baselessly accused Kavanaugh of doing. Should Booker be tossed from the Senate?

You say Kavanaugh, due to baseless allegations, isn’t fit to serve as a Supreme Court Justice. On the other hand, Richard Blumenthal has admitted that his CLAIM to have SERVED in Vietnam was false. Is Blumenthal fit to play a part in deciding who is fit to serve on the Supreme Court?

Liberals…the accusations against Justice Kavanaugh are not only baseless, but 36 years old and according to you, he needed to be ditched as a nominee or thrown from the high court now that he’s been confirmed. On the other hand…26 years ago, Kamala Harris had a fling with a former Mayor of San Francisco, and although allegations that it was that fling, with a man 30 years her senior that was the springboard for her political career don’t add up…should Harris be flung from the Senate based on the baseless allegations against her?

You have claimed throughout the entire Kavanaugh debacle that REPUBLICANS are disrespecting women…on the other hand, in 2009, after boarding a flight from New York to Washington DC, Chuck Schumer called a flight attendant a “bitch” after she asked him to end his call and turn off his cell phone so that the plane could proceed to take off. Initially, Senator Kristen Gillibrand provided Schumer with cover, claiming that Shumer was polite…until other people on board the flight backed up the “bitch” story…after which Schumer issued an apology.

Given Shumer’s lack of respect for a woman, and Gillibrand’s false cover story on his behalf…should both of them be booted from the Senate?

Keith Ellison allegedly beat the hell out of his girlfriend. Liberals…should he be jettisoned from his position? Is Ellison guilty based only on the accusation?

And Bill Clinton…liberals, you certainly didn’t believe his accusers going back 35 plus years. You certainly didn’t want him booted from office, even after he admitted to an illicit affair with an intern. By the way, Bill Clinton was never investigated for any of the allegations against him, including Monica Lewinski’s allegations. Clinton was impeached, although not thrown from office for lying to the investigators under oath…which he admitted to doing.

Should we now, all of these years later, boot Bill Clinton’s two Supreme Court appointees from the highest bench in the land because, according to liberal logic and the new liberal standard, he wasn’t fit to nominate anyone…based on uninvestigated, unproven allegations?

All of these questions must be asked in the wake of liberal outrage over Kavanaugh, and based upon what liberals want to be the standard of guilt going forward…but I’m not finished…

Liberals…for years now you have championed the “Black Lives Matter” movement…you call into question every cop who shoots a black person and allege that the cops are racially motivated. You have condemned law enforcement every time but…those police officers allege that those shootings are justifiable.

Do those black people who get shot by the police get a pass with regard to your logic and your new standard of guilt based solely on the color of their skin…and would that be racist in and of itself? Given your liberal logic, and your liberal standard of guilt…should somebody have to PROVE that those black people shot by police officers were innocent?

Valid questions all.

As to those liberals who are now, in desperation trying to save their party from another midterm shellacking, and are accusing Republicans and Conservatives who supported the rule of law and the “presumption of innocence” that we are essentially telling all women to “sit down and shut up,” but reality of it is quite the opposite. What we’re telling women is to stand up and speak up immediately if they are true victims of a sexual assault. We’re telling them to go directly to the police, file an official report, get a medical check-up and do it right away so an official law enforcement investigation can begin.

What liberals are telling women is that it’s okay to sit down, and shut up for 36 years and then make your allegations…to have no supporting evidence, no corroboration, no police report and not a shred of evidence and to expect their allegations to be immediately believed…no questions asked.

So, come on liberals…who gets a pass on your new standard of justice, and who doesn’t? Who’s guilty until they can prove their innocence? Whose allegations, even in the light of no evidence or corroboration are we to believe, and whose baseless allegations should be viewed as bogus?

These are not hard questions for most people, but neither the liberal political elite nor the bought and paid for fringe angry mob liberals will provide any sort of honest answers to them lest the double standard of which they advocate be exposed.

Liberals want mere allegations treated as fact, and they want those whom they accuse to suffer the same penalty as those convicted by a jury in a criminal court…but only when it expediently benefits their own agenda.

To such liberals, the investigation is nothing but a dog and pony show as they have proven with the seventh FBI background investigation into Justice Kavanaugh. That investigation, just like the six previous and the investigation done by the Senate Judiciary found no corroboration, or evidence to support the allegations, and yet, not a single liberal mind was altered.

The only “crimes” committed by Kavanaugh are being a Conservative, a Constitutionalist, and an Originalist…and for liberals, that makes him guilty of any and all baseless allegations leveled against him. The guilty verdict reached by liberals requires only serious allegations, and ignores the lack of evidence. As long as the only trial a man such as Kavanaugh, or anyone else in their crosshairs is subjected to is a trial in the court of public opinion, and even then, only in THEIR public opinion, that’s all that is necessary.

Obama said of the Constitution, “It’s just a piece of parchment. It has no power on its own. We the people give it power.”

Nothing could be further from the truth. It is the Constitution which gives we the people power, not the other way around. Obama also once said that the Constitution exposes deep flaws in American culture. The liberal elite, and their angry street mobs seized upon such statements and to them, the Constitution, all that comes with it and the decisions of the Supreme Court should be subject to the political whims of the day as per the court of public opinion.

Liberals such as these don’t want a Constitutional Republic, they want mob rule. They don’t want a judicial system based on the principle of “presumed innocence” as per an 1895 Supreme Court decision…what they want…is “social justice,” but again, only when it is politically expedient for them, and benefits them.

If the tables were turned, one could bet that liberals would rush to demand their due process, their presumption of innocence and demand that the burden of proof be on the accuser.

So, I’ll ask again…liberals…if it were your son, your father, your daughter, your mother or yourself who became the target of accusations that carry no corroboration, and have no evidence behind them…would you, or they be guilty unless you, or they could somehow prove a negative…prove your or their innocence?

If it were your son, your father, your daughter, your mother or yourself…should we extend to you and yours the “presumption of innocence” or should we just haul you and yours to the nearest lake to see who sinks, and who floats?
