FBI Special Agent Alethea Duncan, the first FBI face to step to a microphone after the Bourbon Street massacre on New Year’s morning in New Orleans, stated solidly, “This was not a terrorist event.”

Roughly an hour later, the same FBI Special Agent Alethea Duncan, came back to the microphone to state, just as solidly, that is WAS a terrorist event.

Let me be very clear about this. BEFORE FBI Special Agent Alethea Duncan declared “This was not a terrorist event,” we already knew that the Ford Lightning pickup truck being driven by the attacker, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, a 42-year-old U.S.-born citizen and U.S. Army veteran from Texas, had an ISIS flag attached to its trailer hitch, and IED’s had been found inside the truck. Call me crazy, but I believe that a truck with a bunch of IED’s in it and sporting a black ISIS flag should have been a giant RED flag to even a garden variety FBI Agent, not to mention what it should have meant to FBI Special Agent Alethea Duncan, but FBI Special Agent Alethea Duncan said is was NOT a terrorist event.

Why?

Perhaps it failed to meet the FBI’s criteria for being a terrorist event. I mean, it happened on Bourbon Street in New Orleans and not at a school board meeting. The perp was named Shamsud-Din Jabbar and was a follower of islam rather than being named Michael O’Mally on his way to a Catholic Mass. The Flag in the back of the truck was a black and white ISIS flag…not a red, white and blue American flag and there was no Trump 2024 bumper sticker on the truck.

And…oh, by the way, Jabbar wasn’t a “white guy.”

Then Anne Kirkpatrick, the Superintendent of the New Orleans Police Department stepped up to the mic and told the world that they had a safety plan in place before the attack, but it didn’t work because the bollards meant to prevent vehicles from driving down Bourbon Street were not working. New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell said at a news conference Wednesday afternoon, “Bollards were not up because they are near completion, with the expectation of being completed before the Super Bowl.”

Those bollards, which raise and lower into the street on hydraulics had been malfunctioning since November. Did New Orleans officials honestly believe that the only time people needed to be safe on Bourbon Street was…during the Super Bowl? Thanksgiving? Oh, they’ll be fine. Christmas? No problem. New Year’s Eve? The Sugar Bowl? Oh hell…just have the damned things ready in time for the Super Bowl, and don’t worry, we’ll park a police cruiser across the intersection in the mean time.

Yep, a police cruiser. Kirkpatrick went on to state that they had “hardened” security measures by placing a few wooden street barricades on the street, and parking a police vehicle in the intersection BUT, according to Kirkpatrick, the attacker, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, “DEFEATED” the security measures.

By “defeated” she apparently meant that the terrorist simply drove AROUND the police vehicle and onto the sidewalk, which to be clear, took about one second by turning the steering wheel and stepping on the gas. If you ask me, I’d say the “security measures” in place were SELF-defeating.

So, in the aftermath of the massacre, what dod Anne Kirkpatrick do? Well, she did what she SHOULD have done BEFORE the massacre.

She had heavy trucks rather than police cruisers blocking the intersection, and she had yellow “archers” placed on the sidewalks. A “yellow archer” is actually the Archer 1200 and is a 700 pound steel “L” shaped barricades certified by Homeland Security to prevent exactly what happened on Bourbon Street. In fact, those same devices actually DID prevent such an attack at last year’s Rose Bowl Parade in California.

Furthermore, the Archer 1200 will stop a 5 ton vehicle traveling at 60mph dead in it’s tracks. Here’s how they work.

To be perfectly clear, New Orleans has HAD the Archer 1200 barrier system since 2017. SINCE 2017. Anne Kirkpatrick, the Superintendent of the New Orleans Police Department casually mentioned, when asked where the “yellow archers” came from, that, oh, we had them, but I didn’t know about them. Let me get this straight, the DEI Superintendent of the New Orleans Police Department, their top cop who’s job it is to protect the people of her city and all who visit her city…a city that has any number of mass crowd events every year and a street internationally known as party central…had no idea they have had Archer 1200 barriers available since 2017?

Anne Kirkpatrick, the Superintendent of the New Orleans Police Department, was previously the Chief of Police in Memphis, Chicago Oakland and Spokane during her nearly 40 years in law enforcement. While in Oakland, she implemented significant “cultural changes” within that department including…”EQUITY BASED DECISION MAKING.”

That’s DEI in case you didn’t know.

Between DEI Police Chief gigs, Anne Kirkpatrick also had a stint as a DEI Leadership Instructor for…the FBI.

Anne Kirkpatrick put into place the exact security system AFTER the terrorist attack that should have been in place BEFORE the terrorist attack, and then had the gall to hold a press conference to BRAG about how safe Bourbon Street was?

That’s a day late, 14 lives and more than three dozen injuries late if you ask me.

All day on New Year’s Day, the FBI and the New Orleans Police Department continued to announce that aside from Jabbar, three men and a woman were seen on security video placing IED’s in the French Quarter on Bourbon Street. We were told that law enforcement was actively trying to identify, and searching for Jabbar’s accomplices.

Then, on Thursday morning, the FBI came out and stated that Jabbar was “a lone wolf,” and nobody else was involved. It turned out that the three men and a woman were just plain old partiers who were NOT planting IED’s on Bourbon Street…they were just disposing of trash. Those IED’s discovered by law enforcement, the FBI now says, were actually placed by Jabbar himself, and he was caught on security video planting them.

Excuse me? They had video of three men and a woman stashing something along Bourbon Street…and they found IED’s stashed along Bourbon Street, but nobody bothered in the first few hours of the investigation to confirm if any of the IED’s were discovered in the exact places where the three men and a woman were stashing things? If persons of interest, A, B, C and D were on video dropping stuff at points A, B, C and D but the IED’s were found at points E, F, and G…seriously, what the hell?

So, the attack on Bourbon Street was either not a terrorist attack, or it was. It was either perpetrated by several people, or by a “lone wolf.” Jabbar was either extremely clever in “defeating” security measure, or he just simply drove around them, and either the FBI and the local Superintendent of Police was telling us the truth…or they weren’t.

Here’s a question needing an answer…why wasn’t the non-terrorist terrorist Jabbar in the FBI’s radar? , an  Associated Press investigation published less than a year ago says “radicalization among both veterans and active duty service members is on the rise and that hundreds of people with military backgrounds had been arrested for extremist crimes since 2017.” That report also states that more than 100 people have died as a result of such acts of terrorism. In fact, on Friday, January 3^rd  2025,  the Justice Department has indicted a former US Army soldier for allegedly making false statements to the FBI and traveling overseas to join Hezbollah, an Iran-backed terrorist organization.

According to the indictment, Jack Danaher Molloy, a dual U.S.-Irish citizen, traveled to Lebanon and Syria in 2024 to connect with the terrorist group to become an operative and resided in areas close to Hezbollah’s headquarters while looking for opportunities to join up with the group. The indictment cites an unidentified female told Malloy that “it’s very hard for someone to apply because there are no bootcamps or recruiting aspects” of joining Hezbollah. Apparently, she went on to say that the terrorist group would “conduct extensive background checks and surveillance to ensure he was the real deal. Your every movement will be monitored, your every action will be monitored…to make sure that you are truly decent.”

Isn’t it comforting to know that an international terrorist organization backed by the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism has a better vetting process than does our own “woke” and DEI indoctrinated military or the FBI?

With that said, let me now turn my attention to the Cyber Truck bombing of the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas.

There, Master Sgt. Matthew Alan Livelsberger, on leave from active duty in Germany, rented a Cyber Truck in Colorado on December 28^th using the Turo app, the same app used by Jabbar to rent an electric Ford Lightning in Texas, and drove that Cyber Truck to Vegas where he packed it full of gas containers, camp stove gas and firework mortars. He then cased the Hotel, driving passed it and an hour later, drove up to the front doors under the awning…waiting roughly 15 seconds before shooting himself in the head…and detonating his load.

Livelsberger wrote in his manifesto shortly before his Cyber Truck suicide and car-b-que, “Americans, TIME TO WAKE UP! We are being led by weak and feckless leadership who only serve to enrich themselves,” and “We are the United States of America, the best country people to ever exist! But Right now we are terminally ill and headed toward collapse.”

He went on to write, “This was not a terrorist attack it was a wake up call. Americans only pay attention to spectacles and violence. What better way to get my point across than a stunt with fireworks and explosives?

So…according to the guy who claims the best way to garner attention is via a spectacle involving violence, explosives and a celebratory fireworks display while parked in front of a high profile public venue which ended up injuring seven people, was not an act of terrorism? Clearly it WAS an act of terrorism, albeit not driven by the same ideology as what happened the same day on Bourbon Street, but an act of terrorism nonetheless…but not according to the “woke” and DEI indoctrinated FBI…it was just a suicide. Livelsberger was just another military vet, troubled, suffering from PTSD after a traumatic brain injury in 2019 who happened to harbor some pretty dark opinions of our government and who, like so many others just slipped through the cracks.

You know who else is infamous for using fireworks during acts of violence? ANTIFA. But the 2020 “Summer of Love” attacks were “mostly peaceful protests,” and clearly didn’t rise to the level of a school board meeting full of concerned parents just wanting to speak their minds.

Here’s an idea…let’s get Trump’s cabinet appointments confirmed including Tom Homan, Kash Patel and Pete Hegseth  so that starting in the early afternoon hours of January 20^th, we can begin sealing the border against any more sleeper cell terrorists coming across on the Biden/Harris travel system to hatch plans for mass causality events, and seal the cracks that allow for the non-vetting of military personnel and get those who need it proper mental healthcare that doesn’t come out of a bottle with a child-proof cap on it.

When it comes to the catastrophic consequences of DEI…enough is enough, and that’s the bottom line.
