“We’re not withdrawing, we’re staying, our embassy’s staying.” That’s what Secretary of State Anthony Blinken told us in June, but that wasn’t all he told us. He also said, “If there is a significant deterioration in security, I don’t think it’s going to be something that happens from a Friday to a Monday.”

Anthony Blinken is a bleepin’ idiot.

Our Embassy IS gone, we DID withdraw and the collapse of Afghanistan DID happen between a Friday and a Monday.

What Biden did in pulling out of Afghanistan the way he did was to create an epic cluster-you-know-what and the entire world was watching it happen.

I am not a military strategist, nor am I part of the diplomatic corps, but even I know there is a right way to do something like this, and then there is the absolute moronic way to do it and Biden, being an abject moron who has been on the wrong end of every foreign policy decision for the better part of the last half a century created a craptastrophy with this one.

To be clear, when leaving a war in a place that is about to fall to our enemies, one should always get our people, those who assisted our people, and our classified material out first, and the last people out, those who should shut off the lights and close the door is our military.

Biden did it ass backwards.

Biden yanked our military out FIRST, and everybody else was left hanging. That’s how you get people, good people killed. But it was actually worse than what it seemed. When our military got yanked out, they weren’t even provided the time or resources to get our military hardware out of that particular buttcrackistan. That’s right, we left military hardware, guns, ammo, sensitive materials like the software that’s used to fly our drones, helicopters and God only knows what else behind.

That stuff is now the property of our enemies. Finders keepers, right?

Between Friday, August 13^th, and Monday, August 16^th, we were told that our evacuation of our Afghanistan Embassy was orderly and successful, but that was just a flat out lie. While we were being lied to about that, our Embassy staff was under orders to burn all classified documents and destroy hard drives before they fled the compound for the airport in Kabul.

Again, not being part of the diplomatic corps, I am somewhat unfamiliar with protocol regarding abandoning an Embassy, but I think I know enough about it to know that arson and the destruction of computer drives do not fall under the definition of “orderly and successful.”

So, where was Biden when Afghanistan collapsed?

He was on vacation. He was eating his pudding and trying to remember his own name at Camp Dementia. The optics of that weren’t just bad, they were hideous. People were dying, people were running for their very lives and the Taliban was rounding up our allies while Biden was on vacation.

There were questions that needed to be answered in the midst of the chaos, but Circle Back Psaki was also on vacation. Nobody at the wheel, and nobody make up stupid answers or lie to us while it all went to hell in a handbag.

Oh, it gets better.

On Monday, August 16^th, Biden returned to the White House while Afghan citizens were being run over by a C-17 at the airport in Kabul and others who tried to cling to the outside of that plane fell to their deaths in a desperate effort to get out of Afghanistan. Biden came out of his hole, got medicated and spoke to the nation, at 4pm eastern time, because his handlers wanted to get it over with before too many people were able to watch the mess on live TV.

About ten minutes into his twenty minute blatherfest, the meds started wearing off and Joe started stumbling over the words in his teleprompter before breaking into that creepy half whisper thing that he does.

As soon as he was done, and before he became  gelatinous, Biden fled the room and went back to vacationing at Camp Dementia.

On Tuesday, August 17^th, we were entertained with a press conference from the Pentagon in which nothing of consequence was said other than that we had secured the Kabul airport so that we could continue to fly people out of there. What nobody at that press conference would answer is whether or not we had a way to get people from their homes in Kabul, or for that matter from other places in Afghanistan TO that airport so that we could fly them out of there. They didn’t want to answer that question because the answer was a resounding NO.

But wait, there’s more.

Pentagon Press Secretary, John Kirby did tell us that there is a PROCESS available for those who wish to leave Afghanistan. A PROCESS. FORMS that they have to fill out to APPLY for a VISA that would allow them to leave Afghanistan.

Are you seeing the irony? Can you feel the hypocrisy?

Draconian Islamic law and the brutality of the Taliban has descended on Afghanistan, and those bastards are going to KILL anybody they suspect of assisting the U.S. for the past 20 years and those dead people walking have to go through the PROCESS. They have to APPLY for a VISA before they can leave that craphole while at our southern border, no paperwork, no applications and no VISA’s are necessary.

So, what happened in Afghanistan? Why did it collapse? What went wrong?

Well, for starters, we went there 20 years ago because the Taliban was hiding bin Laden and helping to stage terrorist attacks but once we ran bin Laden out of there we should have given chase and left Afghanistan be, but we just couldn’t do that, could we?

Nope, we had to engage in social re-engineering and who would have guessed that a bunch of 6^th century goat herding illiterates wouldn’t appreciate a social re-engineering experiment that included trying to convince them that there are 57 different genders, that men can have menstrual  cycles and that it should be generally accepted when boys want to pretend to be girls.

The Afghanis apparently didn’t want solar powered goats or wind powered chickens. As it turned out, the Afghanis were perfectly content with letting boys be boys, girls be girls and with inter-species dating.

Sure, we were told that we had trained their army of 300,000 to fight for and protect their freedoms, but that too was a lie. Without us, and without our air power, they were just going through the most basic of motions and at the end of the day which lasted roughly 20 years, everybody involved got a participation trophy just for showing up and playing army.

More importantly, their own government abandoned them. Who was left to supply them? Who was left to support and command them? Honestly, they had no choice but to head for the hills.

20 years seems like plenty of time to train a fighting force and make them strong enough to hold off a bunch of terrorists whose idea of a military transport is a Toyota pickup truck, but that doesn’t take into account overcoming centuries of cultural stagnation. They never did anything to gain the freedoms they had with us being there, so why on earth would they take it upon themselves to fight for them?

Make no mistake, it wasn’t our troops that let us down over there. It wasn’t the rank and file soldiers and Marines who screwed this up. Our leaders did that. Our leaders and their leaders. We had commanders in the field and more importantly, at the Pentagon that told us things that weren’t true, that told congress things that weren’t true, and we had members of congress that went over there and came back after being shown only what those leading the parade of lies wanted them to see.

Was being there worth the cost, and I don’t mean financially, I mean the cost to those who wore the uniform. Yes. They ran al Qaeda out of there and they provided a stability there that would have never been possible which allowed us to continue the fight against terrorism. The men and women of the U.S. military did exactly what was asked of them and then some but were they truly allowed to do what they were ultimately trained to do, which was win that war…no…and that wasn’t their fault.

We needed to get out of there, and to be honest we were about 18 years too late in doing so, but the final debacle, the collapse and the crap show that went with it is all on Obama bin Biden and if you think it was a mistake of epic proportions, you need to think again.

This all went according to plan. Not Biden’s plan. Obama’s plan. Obama spent 8 years creating one vacuum of power after the next in that part of the world for the purpose of having each such vacuum filled by some islamist regime. His goal then, and now is to build the caliphate. Yanking our military out first and leaving Americans and our allies to their own desperate devices wasn’t Biden’s plan. That was Obama’s plan. He did it before you know. Think back to the vacuum of power he created in Libya after which our Embassy was overrun and our Ambassador murdered while Hillary ordered a stand down.

A year before that, in 2011, Obama left U.S. personnel in Tripoli to be evacuated by ferry.

At that Pentagon press conference last Tuesday, all U.S. Army Major General William Taylor would say was that we were in contact with Taliban leaders. He would NOT say WHO was in such contact and neither would Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby. They were both asked time and again whether or not we had some sort of a DEAL with the Taliban leaders to not engage in military action until we could safely evacuate everybody that needs to be evacuated, but they wouldn’t answer that either. Why? I suspect it’s because Obama is in contact with his Taliban pals, and Obama is making the deals while his puppet, Obama bin Biden mutters incoherently to himself at Camp Dementia.

And finally, it came out late last Tuesday afternoon that since the collapse of Afghanistan and the Taliban takeover there, Obama bin Biden had not spoken with a single world leader. That could be because A) All the phones have been removed from Camp Dementia because Obama bin Biden kept calling 31 Flavors to ask them how many flavors of ice cream they have, B) Because all the world leaders have blocked his number because they’re sick and tired of being asked to buy Hunter’s paintings or C) Because Obama is making those calls.

I’m going with D) All of the above.
