Some of your tax dollars, some of those not destined for gender studies in Pakistan so that they can delude themselves into using the wrong bathrooms, and some of those not heading to the Palestinians so that they can continue their terroristic pursuits…some of your tax dollars are going to PBS.

Technically, that stands for the Public Broadcasting System, but more realistically it stands for Propaganda Bullshit.

Over there, at PBS, one would fine Yamiche Alcindor.

During closing arguments in the Derek Chauvin trial, Alcindor made THE most astonishing comment in a tweet that I believe I have EVER seen anyone make regarding a legal proceeding. Perhaps I should say that it WOULD have been the most astonishing comment regarding a legal proceeding I had ever seen were it not for the fact that Yamiche Alcindor is a flaming Marxist.

They have an agenda, and part of that agenda is to do away with our nation’s legal system as we know it.

We have recently heard Rashida Talib wants policing, the courts and incarceration done away with completely. That of course follows closely with the liberal Marxist notion that an accusation means that the accused is guilty unless they can prove themselves innocent.

If you doubt that, simply refer back to the Kavanaugh hearing or to the Trump impeachment hearings.

Okay, here’s what Yamiche Alcindor tweeted…and I quote…”Chauvin’s lawyer said it flies in the face of common sense to say Floyd’s death was not caused at least in part by his underlying conditions or drug use. This argument is in direct contradiction to the prosecution’s case which says believe your eyes, Chauvin’s knee killed Floyd.”

That’s correct. Alcindor was simply taken aback when the DEFENSE argument was in direct contradiction to the argument of the PROSECUTION.

What Yamiche Alcindor is saying is that the defense should have simply agreed with the prosecution, and how DARE the defense argue AGAINST the prosecution.

THAT is the system of INJUSTICE sought by the liberal Marxist agenda, although I’m sure there would be some exceptions.

For instance…

Let’s say that being an abject idiot was against the law. And let’s say that Yamiche Alcindor was arrested for being an abject idiot. While she would still be allowed a defense attorney, it most certainly would not be Alcindor’s wish that HER defense attorney simply agree with the prosecuting attorney, which would end with Alcindor getting a life sentence.

That wouldn’t do, and therefore, that would be an exception to the liberal Marxist system of injustice.

Let’s say, for the sake of argument, that Joe Biden was accused of quid pro quo with the Ukrainians, which by the way he has done and has bragged about doing on video. If Biden, the blathering fool were to face a hearing…should HIS defense simply be in agreement with the prosecution?

Clearly, Alcindor wouldn’t stand for that.

Of course, the absurd notion that a defense attorney would make a trial argument that contradicts the arguments of the prosecution in any given case isn’t the only bedrock principle of the American system of justice that outrages liberal Marxists in the mainstream media…so too do a couple of other such principles…the presumption of innocence, and what it takes for a jury to find someone guilty of any given accusation.

The presumption of innocence is in direct opposition to the liberal Marxist system of injustice that finds one guilty as charged unless the accused can somehow prove their innocence, while it take beyond a reasonable doubt for a jury to declare someone guilty.

Over at CNN, their senior legal analyst, Laura Coates tweeted, “Defense begins the closing by defining reasonable doubt, not with why #DerekChauvin is innocent. Think about that.”

Think about what…exactly? Think about the American system of justice that REQUIRES an understanding of “reasonable doubt” before deliberation and a verdict? I believe that, as a bedrock principle of our American system of justice that jurors have a deep and clear understanding of the legal term “reasonable doubt” before they head off to make their decision.

Obviously, the liberal Marxist SENIOR legal analyst, who is supposed to be the most knowledgable of ALL their legal analysts doesn’t think so because she is trying to replace the American system of justice with the liberal Marxist system of INJUSTICE.

Then there was a team of legal analysts, Glenn Kirschner and Barb McQuade, McQuade being a former a U.S. Attorney appointed by Barack Obama over at MSMBC who also were outraged by the bedrock principles of the American system of justice and said, “When you have NO compelling facts/evidence supporting your defense, you start with long-winded discussions of legal principles like presumption of innocence & proof beyond reasonable doubt. That’s how defense attorney Nelson started his closing argument.”

Liberal Marxists just can’t fathom why a defense attorney would want the jury to have a clear understanding of the bedrock principles of the American system of justice, and any defense attorney to makes an effort to educate a jury in those principles is somehow a scoundrel.

Liberal Marxists, like those in the mainstream media obviously do not want educated jurors, especially jurors who have an understanding of simple civics. Educated people don’t tend to be sheep, and will not simply follow the pack. Educated people tend to think for themselves, and that goes against the very core value of the liberal Marxist agenda.

While another core principle of our American system of justice requires that all 12 jurors be in complete agreement on any verdict, and as yet the liberal Marxists haven’t attacked that notion, I’m sure…given time…they will.

Here is what the liberal Marxists want the jury to know. Chauvin was a cop, and all cops are racist bastards who leave their homes every morning looking for the slightest excuse to kill black people, and George Floyd was a goddamned saint who never did anything wrong, never hurt a soul in his life, and despite the pharmacy of drugs in his system at the time of his death, the ONLY factor in his death was that racist cop bastard and therefore…he’s GUILTY.

That’s what the liberal Marxists all over the mainstream media have been telling us since the end of last May. That’s all the justification necessary for nationwide looting, arson, assaults, murders and general mayhem…you know…the stuff the mainstream media has deemed to be mostly peaceful.

Sure…the Chauvin trial was a big deal, and you can bet it will be appealed so it will continue to be a big deal, but it also makes be think back to another case that was a big deal.

I wonder how many of today’s mainstream media liberal Marxist propagandists believe somebody else got away with murder.

A jury of 12 people, who had a clear understanding of the presumption of innocence and the term “beyond a reasonable doubt” decided that the defense, which argued in direct opposition to the prosecution was right, and voted to acquit.

A black man, who had motive, had opportunity, had the means and the capability while lacking any verifiable alibi for his whereabouts at the time, and later tried to elude police by hiding in the back of a vehicle, wearing a disguise and carrying a bag of money stood accused of killing two white people.

There was blood evidence found at his home. He had injuries to his hand consistent with what would have happened to the perpetrator of the crime. There was a witness who saw someone matching his description sneaking back into his home at a time that would have been just minutes after the crime took place.

His defense, at the end of his trial, made sure that the jury understood the principles of “presumption of innocence” and “reasonable doubt.”

That jury deliberated, came to a unanimous decision, and OJ Simpson walked out of that courtroom a free man.

Given the liberal Marxist’s values, and given their demands for equity, reparations and social justice, would any of the mainstream media’s race-baiting warriors for the court of public opinion call it “mostly peaceful” if white people now went on the rampage burning, looting, assaulting and killing in the name of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman?

It didn’t happen then, and it won’t happen now because despite not agreeing with the verdict, America understood the reason for the verdict was the bedrock principles of our American system of justice. The prosecution failed to meet the standard, and had I been on that jury, I would have had no option but to have voted to acquit too.

Is our American system of justice perfect? No…but it is the best system anywhere. There are plenty of places in the world where the system of justice is for sale, and exactly what liberal Marxists want ours to become, and if they are truly as outraged by our system as they claim to be…they should feel free to pack up their crap and get out.

That’s the bottom line.
