The close associate and pimp of under aged girls of the now dead Jeffery Epstein was arrested last week, and is now being housed in a federal prison in Brooklyn New York.
If anyone knows the inside story behind Epstein, it’s Maxwell.
If anyone knows or has the list of high-powered clients that frequented Epstein’s private island, it’s Ghislaine Maxwell.
If there is anyone who knows the lurid details of what went on with regard to Epstein’s private island, his various other estates and/or on his private plane…all host to the political, industry, social and royal elite, it’s Maxwell, and if there are bodies buried anywhere…
Reportedly, she’s ready to sing like a sex trafficking canary in a cage, which is what we all thought about Jeffery Epstein before he didn’t kill himself by committing suicide in his prison cell after a string of mere coincidences that left him with the tell-tale signs of being strangled rather than simply leaning forward from a kneeling position with a bed sheet around his neck.
The charges against Ghislaine Maxwell are as follows, a six-count indictment of enticing three underage girls to meet Epstein at his various properties in New York, New Mexico and in London, and two counts of perjury for allegedly lying during a deposition.
It’s enough to keep Maxwell locked up in a federal prison for the rest of her life as there is no parole from the federal prison system.
Federal prosecutors have left open the possibility of adding more charges.
That means that Ghislaine Maxwell has not only the opportunity, but the motivation to sing so as to possibly reduce her sentence and spend her declining years in freedom.
It also means that there are some very high-level elites whose names, and faces appear in both ledgers and on video engaging with underage girls that have motivation to silence Maxwell before she can begin that concert.
To that end, the MDC in Brooklyn is supposedly taking every precaution to prevent the same string of unfortunate coincidences that led to Epstein’s non-suicide by shadowing Maxwell every time she leaves her cell for any reason, guarding her cell with the prison’s highest security available, and aiming surveillance video cameras on her cell 24/7.
Epstein was on suicide watch…until he wasn’t. Epstein was under surveillance video monitoring…until he wasn’t, and Epstein was consistently checked by prison guards…until they fell asleep…and he wasn’t.
You know…an unfortunate string of mere coincidences.
So, if everything goes as planned, and Maxwell doesn’t also not kill herself, will high-level elites end up paying a price?
That’s questionable.
To examine the questions that surround the fallout from her arrest, the place to start would be the circumstances of Maxwell’s arrest.
She was taken into federal custody by the FBI in a sprawling multi-million dollar mansion situated on a 156 acre estate in New Hampshire. Consider this…why would someone wanted by the FBI, and apparently high on the FBI’s list of people to arrest be “hiding out” in such an ostentatious and abode from where she could not hide from even the short arm of the law. Ghislaine Maxwell obviously had the ability, and the financial means to have gone anywhere on the planet, and most obviously to some place from which she could not be extradited to face charges in the U.S. had she feared prison time.
But there she was, living the life on the money she had accumulated as a sex trafficking associate for a known serial pervert….in New Hampshire…seemingly without a care in the world.
Why?
Maybe it’s because she had nothing to fear. According to Conchita Sarnoff, an investigative reporter who has risked her own life to expose several sex trafficking operations over the years, Ghislaine Maxwell is immune from prosecution. Sarnoff told the BBC last week that Maxwell is covered by the blanket deal given to Jeffery Epstein all the way back in 2008, and that the statute of limitations has run out where Maxwell’s crimes are concerned.
I’ll get back to that in a bit.
That was a federal deal, and while it could have been rescinded two years ago…it wasn’t…and therefore, the deal which covered Epstein, and extended to Maxwell remains in place. So, does Ghislaine Maxwell have anything to fear, or doesn’t she? That too is questionable as such a previous deal would cover her for the vast bulk of her misdeeds, but possibly not all of them.
If the FBI and federal prosecutors advanced new cases that weren’t part of that deal, as in cases regarding human trafficking involving Maxwell since that deal in 2008, those likely would NOT be covered by the deal and therefore COULD lead to fresh and potentially life in prison charges.
At this point, not enough is known about the current charges against Maxwell, or their relationship to previously covered cases by the deal to know for sure.
The next part of this to be looking into is how did the FBI find Ghislaine Maxwell last week?
Good question, as she was pretty much hiding in plain sight. It could well be that the FBI has known for some time exactly where Maxwell was, and it could also be that federal prosecutors were engaged in talks with Maxwell long before her arrest last week. That would indicate a possible deal in the works had new charges, not covered by the previous Epstein deal been in the offing, in which case the arrest was more of a dog and pony show than a bust of a wanted fugitive from justice.
Is that the case, or was it something else? Well, according to one of Maxwell’s neighbors, it was something else. Apparently, surveillance drones had been buzzing the area for a couple of days, and that neighbor said, “They were a nuisance. We began calling each other to find out what the noise was about. Finally one snapped and drove down to where the vehicles were lined up.” The neighbor demanded to know what was going on and who they were. The FBI told the angry neighbor that they were from the “New England Aerial Map Society,” which would have probably satisfied just about anybody but that particular neighbor.
THAT neighbor was, in fact, an expert in both geology and mapping which is what he did for a living, and after calling the “New England Aerial Map Society” out and being denied a look inside their van, the neighbor told his wife, and she called the cops…on the FBI.
At that point, The FBI reportedly swooped in with the assistance of New York police, local police and New Hampshire’s gang task force (?) to effect the arrest of Ghislaine Maxwell.
Again, that leads to more questions than answers. If the FBI had been surveilling Maxwell for some time, as they claim they had, and especially with drones, wouldn’t they have known that Maxwell was alone in the luxury mansion? Why would they need the help of New York cops, local law enforcement and a gang unit to stroll onto the property to take one person into custody?
Also, I don’t know about New Hampshire, but in most rural parts of the country, your neighbors, regardless of how secluded your place might be, know what you’re doing before you do, and it’s very difficult to believe that given Maxwell’s high profile, her neighbors didn’t know who they were living next to. If THEY were upset with the drone activity, it means they were AWARE of the drone activity. If THEY were aware of it…why wasn’t Ghislaine Maxwell aware of it and if she was, and had something to hide, why didn’t she take off?
Apparently, Maxwell had been living in various New England locations over the past year since the Epstein arrest while differing reports had placed her in Paris, or Israel, or London, but she bought the estate in Bradford New Hampshire last December, and paid for it in cash. According to William Sweeney, assistant director in charge of the FBI’s New York Field Office, the FBI had knowledge of Maxwell’s movements as they worked up a case against her.
It’s difficult, if not impossible to believe that acting Southern District of New York (SDNY) US attorney Audrey Strauss would sign an indictment against someone covered by a previous immunity deal, and Strauss said, “As alleged, Ghislaine Maxwell facilitated, aided, and participated in acts of sexual abuse of minors. Maxwell enticed minor girls, got them to trust her, and then delivered them into the trap that she and Jeffrey Epstein had set. She pretended to be a woman they could trust. All the while, she was setting them up to be abused sexually by Epstein and, in some cases, Maxwell herself.”
There’s a key word in that statement…did you catch it? “Participated.” It could be that while Ghislaine Maxwell was covered for “facilitating” and possibly “aiding” Epstein in his pedophilia, she was NOT covered by his deal for “participating.”
If that’s the case, Epstein’s deal would not extend to those situations, but what of the statute of limitations regarding sex crimes now more than 20 years past?
Most federal crimes have a 5 year statute of limitations but there is a notable exception here. Sex crimes involving children under the age of 18 are different. According to 18 U.S.C. § 3283, “No statute of limitations that would otherwise preclude prosecution for an offense involving the sexual or physical abuse, or kidnaping, of a child under the age of 18 years shall preclude such prosecution during the life of the child, or for ten years after the offense, whichever is longer.”
Well, guess what? The 3 former minors who are the victims in the indictments against Ghislaine Maxwell are still alive, and therefore, Maxwell can be prosecuted for those crimes.
That takes us back to the beginning. Facing a 35 year sentence if convicted on all counts against her, Maxwell has the motivation to sing like a demented, pedophilic canary, but a disturbing tune on its own will not be enough to cut years off such a sentence. Ghislaine Maxwell is now 58 years old, and she wouldn’t be out until she’s 93. Most people don’t live that long behind bars, and pedophiles don’t have much of a shelf-life in prison.
Maxwell, if she’s going to cut a deal, will have to have iron-clad evidence against lots of people including well-known elites if she’s got any hope of getting out while she’s still able to fog a mirror. Federal prosecutors need a win…a big win…and they aren’t going to cut a deal if they don’t think the evidence provided by Maxwell will convict the who’s who of Epstein Island.
Time is important here, and the sooner federal prosecutors can get the details on Epstein’s frequent flyers, the better. The trick is keeping Maxwell alive long enough to do the deep dive and collect the evidence.
Jeffery Epstein was motivated to sing like a canary, and he got his neck wrung before he could render a single note.
Maxwell’s key to a continued life above ground is to start chirping, and don’t stop until the last note is sung.
Sing canary…sing.

Well done Craig and Diane. Karma sure has a LOT of time, eh? I can’t wait to see your take when H Clinton and Oblama get theirs. Karma may be slow, but is surely waiting for those two!!
I’m not going to hold my breath, but I don’t think she will live long enough now to clear her throat for that first note!!!!! That canary will die before singing!!! 🙁 Bill Clinton had a two year affair with her……..that explains why she won’t sing!!!!
