Just imagine having elected leaders standing in front of a bank of American flags telling the nation that they are opposed to protecting and defending not only our nation, but the American people.

You don’t have to imagine it…it happened.

Just six years ago, Nancy Pelosi supported the building of 700 miles of border wall, and she was not alone. Far from it in fact.

Back then, congressional democrats were nearly unanimous in their support of such a wall.

Six short years ago, while Hussein Obama occupied the Oval Office, no less than Chuckles Schumer and Dickie Durbin had THIS to say regarding 700 miles of border wall…“Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary [of Homeland Security] shall establish . . . the ‘Southern Border Fencing Strategy,’ to identify where 700 miles of fencing (including double-layer fencing) . . . should be deployed along the Southern border.”

Oh, my…

That was in relation to the Gang of 8 bill which also made something else quite clear…

“The Secretary may not adjust the status of aliens who have been granted registered provisional immigrant status . . . until 6 months after . . . [the Secretary submits] a written certification that . . . there is in place along the Southern Border no fewer than 700 miles of pedestrian fencing.”

Yep…under Hussein, liberals were in lock-step to build 700 miles of border wall…and to not allow a single illegal alien into our country until all 700 miles of border wall had been built.

What changed?

Hussein is out…Hillary lost…and Donald Trump is now President Trump.

That’s what changed.

Now, liberals…the same liberals who were for the wall before they were against the wall, are now saying that Trump has “manufactured” the crisis.

Let’s just see how true that really is…shall we?

Here’s part of President Trump’s reasoning for declaring a crisis at the border…”New Mexico has been devastated by the ravages and terror of human smuggling, drug smuggling, kidnapping, murder, destruction of property and the death of livestock. It is in an extreme state of disrepair and is inadequately funded or safeguarded to protect the lives and property of New Mexican citizens. The situation is out of hand.”

While that is certainly part of President Trump’s reasoning for declaring a National Emergency at the border…those are NOT President Trump’s words. THAT is a direct quote from former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson…a democrat…when HE declared a state of emergency along New Mexico’s border with Mexico back in 2005.

Here’s where things get even more interesting, and more hypocritical…

After last Friday’s announcement by President Trump regarding his declared National Emergency, CNN’s fake news antagonist, Jim Acosta, accused President Trump of manufacturing the crisis.

Well, guess what? That quote from former New Mexico Governor, Bill Richardson…who declared a crisis…the state level equivalent of a National Emergency……”New Mexico has been devastated by the ravages and terror of human smuggling, drug smuggling, kidnapping, murder, destruction of property and the death of livestock. It is in an extreme state of disrepair and is inadequately funded or safeguarded to protect the lives and property of New Mexican citizens. The situation is out of hand,” was, in fact, made on CNN’s Lou Dobbs Tonight in 2005.

That’s right…Acosta’s network in 2005 believed the situation on New Mexico’s border to be important enough, and dire enough, to bring it to their prime time lineup.

Okay…that was in 2005…14 years ago…and some of those other quotes came from 6 years ago…time passes, things change…so is there anything out there that’s a bit more current?

Yep, there sure is…

“I voted numerous times when I was a senator to spend money to build a barrier to try to prevent illegal immigrants from coming in, and I do think you have to control your borders.”

THAT quote came directly from the booze-soaked lips of none other than Hillary Clinton…on November 9^th…2015…at a campaign stop.

One of those votes Hillary mentions in that quote was the 2006 vote for a border wall. Yep…Hillary Clinton voted for a wall in 2006, and remained so proud of it that she brought it up at a campaign stop in 2015. Guess who else voted for that wall in 2006? Senator Barack Hussein Obama, who said back then, “We simply cannot allow people to pour into the United States undetected, undocumented, unchecked.”

Here’s a direct quote from Chuckles Schumer in 2009…“Illegal immigration is wrong, and a primary goal of comprehensive immigration reform must be to dramatically curtail future illegal immigration. Operational control of our borders – through significant additional increases in infrastructure, technology and border personnel – must be achieved…”

In fact, in 2013, just 6 years ago, Chuckles Schumer voted in favor of 350 miles of border wall. Now, he is trying to lecture us all about how immoral 235 miles of border wall would be.

How about another quote?

“When I see Mexican flags waved at proimmigration demonstrations, I sometimes feel a flush of patriotic resentment. When I’m forced to use a translator to communicate with the guy fixing my car, I feel a certain frustration.”

Good Lord…if Trump had said that, the screams of “RACISM” could be heard all the way to the moon…but Obama said that in 2005 so…

And how about liberals in the media back then? Where did they stand on the issue in 2005?

Uber liberal blogger, Glenn Greenwald wrote this in 2005…“Illegal immigration wreaks havoc economically, socially, and culturally; makes a mockery of the rule of law; and is disgraceful just on basic fairness grounds alone.”

Uber liberal columnist, Paul Krugman wrote THIS in 2006…“Immigration reduces the wages of domestic workers who compete with immigrants and the fiscal burden of low-wage immigrants is also pretty clear. We’ll need to reduce the inflow of low-skill immigrants.”

And then, there was this from the democrat national platform in 2008 while Obama was running…“We cannot continue to allow people to enter the United States undetected, undocumented, and unchecked. Those who enter our country’s borders illegally, and those who employ them, disrespect the rule of the law.”

Again…that’s several years old…is there anything out there, on the record, that’s a bit more fresh?

Sure…how about Bernie Sanders from July 2015, right after he started his run at the presidency. Sanders was asked about whether, in order to fight global poverty, the U.S. should consider “sharply raising the level of immigration we permit, even up to a level of open borders,” in an interview for Vox.

Sanders’ reply?

“That’s a Koch brothers proposal. Right-wing people in this country would love an open-border policy. Bring in all kinds of people, work for $2 or $3 an hour…that would be great for them. I don’t believe in that.”

To be fair, Sanders wanted to pay them $15 an hour, but also to be fair, “right-wing people” most certainly did NOT want an open border policy…then, or now….but the point is, just a couple of years ago, Bernie Sanders did NOT want an open border…but he sure as hell wants one now.

Obviously, President Trump is Constitutionally allowed to declare a National Emergency for the purpose of defending our nation, and my RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS partner, Diane Sori did a great job of presenting the supporting FACTS in her article, “A Speech, A Walkout, and Maybe Now A Wall.”

So, what’s the point of writing this article, I mean other than the obvious…using the liberals own words against them to highlight their hypocrisy?

It is this…

Today, liberals far and wide, both elected and as part of their propaganda arm, the mainstream media, are filing lawsuits to stop President Trump, and calling for his impeachment.

Over what, exactly?

Over taking Constitutionally sound action to finally follow through with what liberals have been on the record as wanting, including in their party platform, given lip service to and yes, voted in favor of for the past 15 years.

Let me say it again…

Liberals today, are suing Trump, and demanding his impeachment for exactly what they themselves are on record of demanding with their voices, actions and votes for the past 15 years.

Today, liberals are spitting mad, and they’re calling the wall, “Trump’s Wall.,” when in fact…it’s THEIR wall because THEY voted FOR it…demanded it, provided funding FOR it and campaingned in FAVOR of it for the past 15 years.

When this all lands in court, and it will, this article should be “Exhibit A” and if you agree…copy the link…share it everywhere, and send that link to the White House any way you can find to send it.

The very same liberals who didn’t raise an eyebrow or an objection when Obama used his “pen and phone” to circumvent the Constitution regarding illegal aliens, have absolutely no legal standing to raise both eyebrows, a myriad of objections, file lawsuits and demand impeachment when President Trump uses HIS pen to UPHOLD and DEFEND our Constitution.

It really is that simple.
