“We welcome you to the confirmation hearing of…”

That is as far as Chairman Chuck Grassley got in opening the Senate hearing for the confirmation of Judge Kavanaugh before liberals Kamala Harris and Cory Booker started the disruptions aimed at delaying, or shutting down the hearings.

Grassley didn’t even get Kavanaugh’s name out of his mouth before liberals began to open their collective pie holes. It was an orchestrated attempt to stop what they have no hope of stopping, and a ploy for media coverage of which the liberal mainstream media is always happy to supply.

According to Harris, and then liberal Cory Booker, the Senate Committee did not have access to some 42,000 documents regarding Kavanaugh’s history until the night before the hearings opened, and they demanded that the hearings be shut down because they hadn’t had the time to go through those documents.

To be clear…

Those demands were coming from the same party that has sat strikingly silent while documents pertaining to their own in various investigations have been stone-walled, destroyed, bleach-bitted, and denied. This tactic put on display by liberals at the opening of the Kavanaugh hearings comes from the same party that sat silent when hard drives related to investigations into their own were destroyed with hammers.

And now they’re whining, complaining, bitching and moaning because the party of making nothing available to investigators didn’t get the documents they wanted when they wanted them?

How transparently hypocritical can these losers possibly be?

The party of hypocrisy that said nothing when IRS hard drives were destroyed now whines about not getting documents when they wanted them? The party that said nothing when Hillary deleted more than 30,000 emails now bitches when they don’t get the documents they want when they want them? The party that shrugged their collective shoulders when Hillary Bleach-Bitted her hard drive is now moaning over not getting documents they wanted when they wanted them?

Give me a freakin’ break.

Let’s be perfectly clear about this…liberals don’t want Judge Kavanaugh to become Justice Kavanaugh because he’s a Constitutionalist, and an originalist. That means he will examine cases brought before the United States Supreme Court with his only yardsticks being…was the original ruling Constitutional, and does the original ruling meet with the original intent of the Constitution.

This is something liberals cannot have…a Supreme Court Justice who does not advocate changing the law from the bench to fit a political agenda. They can’t allow a new Justice to issues opinions and/or rulings that doesn’t legislate from the bench, and they certainly don’t want the Constitutionalist/Originalist ilk of Kavanagugh to be shaping Supreme Court rulings for the next several decades.

Here’s something else liberals don’t want…a confirmation hearing on Judge Kavanaugh while they, the liberals are the minority in the Senate.

I don’t care if there are 42,000 documents they haven’t gone through, or 42…liberals would make it take until they’re the Senate majority whether that be in January 2019, or January of 2029 to find the time to read through those documents…or at least to claim they’ve read through them.

Rest assured, those liberals on that Committee have absolutely no more intention of reading the Kavanaugh documents than they did of reading Obamacare. Their minds are made up…documents or no documents…their vote on Kavanaugh will be no.

At question for liberals are the votes of six democrats in the Senate who are facing this November’s midterm elections in red states. Liberals don’t want a full senate vote before the November elections because they’re worried that most of those six Senators will vote in favor of Kavanaugh so as to curry votes with the hope of holding their seats.

That puts liberals in a tough position…do they order those six red state democrats to vote against Kavanaugh knowing that it would likely tip the scale in the Senate further to the right, or do liberals try to stay within striking distance by letting those red state Senators vote to confirm Kavanaugh?

Hopefully, voters in those states will rise to the occasion and vote Republican regardless of how those six vote on Kavanaugh.

The opening disruptions in the Kavanaugh hearing were far from the last of it however, as during the first day of those hearings, there were 61 disruptions that resulted in a delay in the proceedings that added up to 1 hour and 15 minutes…and a total of 70 liberal loud-mouths were escorted out of the hearing room…including Linda Sarsour.

How or why a Muslima jihadi like Sarsour was allowed inside the Senate building to begin with is beyond comprehension and the only reason I can possibly think of would be because somebody was worried that denying her admittance would somehow offend her fellow islamists.

To be perfectly honest…those 7^th century barbarians are offended by everything so a) what would a further offense matter, and b) Sarsour seemed pretty offended even though she was granted access so again…why not just keep her out of the building to begin with?

At the heart of liberal obstructionist plans regarding Kavanaugh is Roe v Wade, with liberals insisting that Kavanaugh, should he be confirmed, would overturn it…but that flies in the face of reality, not that reality ever plays a role in liberal nonsense.

Kavanaugh himself said that he would, “keep an open mind in every case” if he were to be confirmed. Kavanaugh went on to state that, “A good judge must be an umpire – a neutral and impartial arbiter who favors no litigant or policy.” He went on to say, “I don’t decide cases based on personal or policy preferences. I am not a pro-plaintiff or pro-defendant judge.”

Of Roe v Wade specifically, Kavanaugh is on record as stating that Roe v Wade was “settled law” and therefore, not open to being overturned by the United States Supreme Court.

What that means is that liberals are pitching a fit against Kavanaugh over something they very well know Kavanaugh won’t do…but since there is nothing to pitch a fit over regarding what he will do…review cases based on Constitutionality and original intent…that’s all the liberals have to try and hang onto.

As I write this article the morning after the first day of the Kavanaugh hearings, there is no reason whatsoever to believe that the Kabuki theater of day one won’t be on full display over the three remaining days of the hearings as liberals, the party that’s pinned so many of their hopes on a sham of an investigation inspired by a fraudulent dossier continue to grasp at straws connected to nothing in the attempt to derail a Kavanaugh confirmation.

Kavanaugh is President Trump’s second nomination to the nation’s highest court, and like Neil Gorsuch before him, Kavanaugh is exactly the sort of Justice our Founders and Framers envisioned…fair, honest, and non-partisan…simply guided by the Constitution itself.

And that’s the rub for liberals…the more Constitutionalist Justices there are on the Supreme Court, the more diminished the rulings of liberal activist, legislate-from-the-bench judges become…something liberals fear.

Most likely, the full Senate will vote on Kavanaugh by the end of this month, most likely, Kavanaugh will be confirmed and the High Court’s newest member will be seated before the next Supreme Court sessions begins in October.

Liberals will be liberals…and Judge Kavanaugh will be Justice Kavanaugh.
