So…President Trump’s Supreme Court pick has been made…Judge 
Brett Kavanaugh…and predictably, liberals went bat-crap crazy.
Liberalism, it has been said, is a mental disorder…but with this Supreme Court nominee, liberals have taken that disorder to a whole new level.
The response from liberals to the naming of Kavanaugh as the President’s choice to fill the seat soon to be vacated by the retiring Justice Kennedy was astounding, absurd and instant, which in its own way highlights the abject insanity of today’s liberals.
Hours before the announcement, a Conservative reporter stood on the streets of NYC and asked brain-numbed, liberally indoctrinated students what they thought of President Trump’s choice…even though no name was mentioned, and no choice had yet been announced.
And yet…
One by one, these liberal knot-heads lined up at the microphone and told the reporter just how displeased they were with the…at that point fictiicious nominee…and several even said outright that the unnamed, unannounced) “nominee” was a racist.
Having no idea who the nominee was, having no clue that no nominee had been announced, these liberals tried to show just how smart, and how intellectual they were by…lying…blatantly lying…and embellishing their own lies with fake commentary.
While the real world certainly isn’t ready for their ilk…I suspect CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC and a host of other mainstream media executives and editors are wetting themselves over the prospect of so many future “journalists” getting their first real shot at being propagandists.
Come on now, don’t go too hard on the college student knot-heads…place your anger where it really belongs…on the college administrative knot-heads that have indoctrinated the students to spew vitriol sans any clue of what they’re actually talking about.
Just as instant, and equally absurd was the response from the left side of the congressional aisle, as elected liberals rushed to the nearest microphones to launch their own vitriol against Kavanaugh within seconds of the announcement. It was a fill-in-the-name-here canned, pre-engineered and orchestrated spewing of hatred.
It was also completely transparent.
Congressional liberals tipped their left hands when they made it known more than a week ago that they would oppose any choice President Trump made, and they had a week or so to write and edit their standard blathering response. They were going to hate (fill in the name here) from the word go, and start their smear campaign and lies the very moment the announcement was made.
It’s not Kavanaugh they hate…its Trump they hate…but their hatred runs much deeper than just against President Trump. Before I get to that, let me just point out a few things they claim to hate about Kavanaugh.
First, liberals came out and tried to smear Judge Kavanaugh for his stand on abortion, but there is just one little problem with their rhetoric of lunacy in that regard…Judge Kavanaugh has never…in more than 300 written decisions…ever written a decision regarding abortion. That means liberals are completely fabricating their stand against Kavanaugh with regard to abortion.
I’ll get back to the liberal hysteria regarding President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee and abortion shortly, but before I do, allow me to delve into the liberal hysteria regarding Judge Kavanaugh and gun rights.
Kavanaugh is a staunch supporter of the 2nd Amendment, and as such, he wrote a dissenting opinion in Heller v. District of Columbia, saying that the Supreme Court had previously rendered a decision regarding handguns – “the vast majority of which today are semi-automatic” – being constitutionally protected under the Second Amendment.
Kavanaugh said that as judges, “our task is to apply the Constitution and the precedents of the Supreme Court, regardless of whether the result is one we agree with as a matter of first principles or policy,” and in that, he was, and is 100 percent correct.
Given that, the Giffords Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence immediately rushed to the nearest microphone after the announcement of Kavanaugh as the President’s Supreme Court nominee to state that Kavanaugh had, “issued prior rulings that are ideologically aligned with the gun lobby and reflect a radical interpretation of the Constitution under which public safety justifications play no role in Second Amendment jurisprudence.”
This is going to require a bit of decoding and proper context so that you can see just what a pile of manure this particular argument against Kavanaugh really is.
First of all, while Kavanaugh may well be in line with the “gun lobby” what liberals don’t want you to understand, and want to ignore themselves is that the “gun lobby” is in line with the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and our 2nd Amendment…so…while Kavanaugh is in fact in line with our founding documents, of which, so too is the so-called “gun lobby.
Second…according to liberals…being aligned with our Constitution and other founding documents represents a “radical interpretation” of the Constitution. Decoded…”shall not be infringed” to any garden variety liberals means…feel free to infringe at will…and anyone who actually believes that “shall not be infringed” means leave it the hell alone and don’t go messin’ with it is obviously employing a “radical interpretation” to the words.
Okay, before I get to what liberals hate more than President Trump, let me get back to Kavanaugh and abortion.
In a dissent, Judge Kavanaugh once wrote regarding an illegal alien who wanted to be released from detention for the purpose of obtaining an abortion that should the government assist the 17-year-old in obtaining an abortion, it would then be ignoring its “permissible interest in favoring fetal life, protecting the best interests of a minor and refraining from facilitating abortion,” and Kavanaugh then offered in that dissent, a solution…releasing the illegal alien teen to a sponsor to “solve the government’s objection” and thus allow her to get an abortion.
Liberals don’t like this because it puts the burden on the individual rather than making the government an abortion agent, which is exactly the sort of precedent liberals want to set.
In fact, liberals just love to talk about how they love abortions…and its sick. Here’s a liberal’s liberal…Michelle Wolf on Netflix talking about her admiration for killing soon to be born children.
That’s just psychotic.
According to some liberal nut, Phillip Jauregui, the president of some pro-abortion liberal outfit which advocates legislation from the bench that calls itself the Judicial Action Group, the case “exemplifies why Kavanaugh is not the best available Supreme Court prospect”
According to The Women’s March…that would be your vagina costume wearing liberal loons…should Kavanaugh be confirmed, it would be “a death sentence for thousands of women in the United States.” The Women’s March went on to state that “Stripping a woman’s ability to make decisions about her own body is state violence,” and…“We cannot let this stand. We will raise our voices and take to the streets.”
Aside from liberal ladies taking the mothballs out of their giant vaginas so that we can all look forward to yet another parade…the whole thing about a “death sentence for thousands of women in the United States” should the government not become the agents of abortions is yet another completely manufactured bit of utter nonsense. The idea that women who actually give birth to a child will automatically die, or that women who don’t get a government sponsored abortion will die is insane.
Don’t get me wrong…if the life of the mother is at stake, or the baby would be born with a predetermined condition that would directly lead to death, or in cases of rape or incest…abortion should be an available option…and were it not for a myriad of options, most of them so cost effective that any women could afford them to prevent pregnancy in the first place…and women were just popping up pregnant through no fault of their own…I’d be right with them on the whole abortion as birth control thing…but there are a myriad of such options…and I’m not.
Okay…now then, what is it that liberals hate more than President Trump? The 
Constitution, which contains within it, something called separation of powers. That is the mechanism by which our Founders and Framers prevented the judicial branch from engaging in matters of legislation…and legislating from the bench is exactly what liberals want, because it provides them a way to get around what they hate…the Constitution.
Judge Kavanaugh refers to former Attorney General Ed Meese who he said, “laid the groundwork for a rule of law as a law of rules, for the notion of judges as umpires and not as policymakers, for the notion, as he put it in 1985, that judges should not be roaming at large in the constitutional forest.”

Kavanaugh is an originalist, a stickler for the rule of law, and not at all swayed by 
momentary social pressures but reliant upon the Constitution where laws are concerned. Kavanagh is an umpire…not a policy maker…and he’s not roaming at large in the constitutional forest.
Liberals deeply fear any SCOTUS Justice who adheres to the Constitution because the Constitution is the anathema to liberalism, and had Hillary won in 2016, liberals would now have the Supreme Court right where they want it…legislating from the bench to make all their obtuse dreams come true.
Obama had two Supreme Court appointments, Kagan and Sotomayor, both of whom have been gallivanting about said forest trying to make policies. Imagine if Hillary had won…we’d have a whole forest of wandering, policy making trolls and our Constitution would be nothing but a smoldering pile of ashes by now.
The fact of the matter is, a Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh is no more going to bow to 
the pressure of the far religious right than he is the whims of liberals. Squishy feelings hold no sway over the man. Kavanaugh’s guide is the Constitution…nothing else…and just as is the case with Justice Gorsuch, we may not like all the rulings or votes Justice Kavanaugh makes, as our own biases may be our top priority, but Justice Kavanaugh will rule and vote as the Constitution dictates.
Much to both the consternation, and constipation of liberals…elections do indeed have consequences.
