According to a new directive, from the Obama regime, Loretta Lynch, the DOJ and the 
federal Department of Education… There is no obligation for a student to present a specific medical diagnosis or identification documents that reflect his or her gender identity, and equal access must be given to transgender students even in instances when it makes others uncomfortable.
In other words, when it comes to which bathroom to use, the overwhelming vast MINORITY must be made to feel comfortable at the expense of the vast MAJORITY whose comfort has no value whatsoever.
According to the “Education” Departments chief of indoctrination, John B. King… “No student should ever have to go through the experience of feeling unwelcome at school or on a college campus. We must ensure that our young people know that whoever they are or wherever they come from, they have the opportunity to get a great education in an environment free from discrimination, harassment and violence.”
Public schools that ignore this directive have been threatened with losing federal funding. Bear in mind, this is NOT a law…it IS a threat…school districts that fail to comply, will be penalized under no law whatsoever.
According to Human Rights Campaign chair…whatever he is..Chad Griffen…
“This is a truly significant moment not only for transgender young people but for all young people, sending a message that every student deserves to be treated fairly and supported by their teachers and schools.”
No, Chad…every student, under this completely insane directive, is NOT going to be treated fairly…only those who are either suffering from the mental disorder of gender dysphoria, or young kids with raging hormones who just want to be there when a member of the opposite sex goes to the bathroom or takes a shower, are going to be treated “fairly.” The rest of the students, those who respect the privacy of others and want their own privacy and safety respected, will most clearly NOT be treated fairly.
Despite what liberal worms say, gender is not a matter of feelings. Gender is a matter of science. It’s a part of every individual’s DNA. But when it comes to science, liberals are simply confused.
They want us to believe that man-made climate change is real, in spite of scientific fact that shows quite clearly that it is not and they want us to now believe that human gender is a matter of squishy feelings. Facts are facts…the climate has been changing since the day the earth was invented and since the dawn of mankind…there have been but two genders, assigned at conception.
If you want REAL science on this topic, I suggest there is no better authority on the subject than Dr. Paul R. McHugh, the Distinguished Service Professor of Psychiatry at Johns 
Hopkins University, who says that, “the cultural meme, or idea that one’s sex is fluid and a matter of choice is extremely damaging, especially to young people.”
“The idea that one’s sexuality is a feeling and not a biological fact is doing much damage to families, adolescents, and children and should be confronted as an opinion without biological foundation wherever it emerges.”
To those who see things clearly and dare to take a stand against this new directive from the Obama regime or the nagging of squishy liberals, Dr. McHugh says this: “gird your loins if you would confront this matter. Hell hath no fury like a vested interest masquerading as a moral principle.”
What we’re talking about here is common core gender interpretation.
In common core math, if you think 2+2=7…you are free to believe it and if you can explain your belief, you are given an “A” for your efforts. As per common core gender 
interpretation…if you were born as a specific gender, as per your DNA but you “feel” you should be treated as the opposite gender…you are free to do so and all you have to do is say that you are “transgendered” and the rest of the world must comply with your feelings.
In neither case must you PROVE your belief…all you must do is FEEL that you are correct and by squishy liberal standards, you ARE correct and the facts or truth be damned.
Let’s be clear on a few things here…
First…there is no biological or genetic evidence whatsoever that points to any person being born of a gender, male or female, which would cause that person to be anything other than their birth gender, therefore, there is no evidence that transgenderism is a biological defect resulting in some supposed 3rd gender.
Transgenderism is, by all scientific accounts, a mental disorder.
Second…According to the Obama regime directive to schools, a student need not provide any proof beyond a parent’s say-so that said student is transgendered…because , if no evidence exists, neither can proof exist or be shown.
Third…There is no federal law which applies in protecting an individuals perceived fantasy regarding their gender.
Given all of this, the Obama regime, the DOJ and the Department of Education has chosen to THREATEN school districts with lawsuits and the cutting off of federal funds unless they comply with the gender fantasies of an extremely small handful of students.
But this isn’t JUST about bathrooms in public schools. This also includes locker rooms and showers.
At first blush, it seems that the threats of the Obama regime are limited to school districts, but is that really the case?
Let me put this another way…Obama and his regime ARE threatening school districts from sea to shining sea, that much is true, but they are also threatening each and every child in those school districts. By FORCING schools districts to comply with this directive via direct threats, Obama and his regime have leveled a threat of potential bodily harm to 
each and every student.
Again, let me be clear…
If your child’s school doesn’t allow each and every potential pervert, child molester or rapist to be in your child’s bathroom, locker room or athletic shower, thus putting your children at heightened risk of bodily and emotional harm…your school district will find themselves being sued by the federal government or have their federal funding cut off.
It is bad enough that students of any age will, by this Obama regime directive, be forced to share bathrooms, locker rooms and showers with members of the opposite gender, increasing the risk of sexual deviant behavior…student to student, but consider this…it would also include teachers.
We all know that there are a small handful of teachers who, every year, get caught molesting their students, but now, as per this Obama regime directive, teachers with such proclivities will be at liberty to choose which bathrooms, locker rooms and showers THEY use and the only excuse they need…is to claim that they “felt” they had, for their whole 
lives, been using the wrong facilities because of their “self-perceived” gender identification.
As little as a week or two ago, a male teacher could well have been arrested or fired for following a little girl into a bathroom at school…under this abhorrent Obama regime directive…YOU now could well be arrested, for trying to stop him.
It’s one thing to complain about this gross (in every available meaning of the word) overreach of government power…blackmailing school districts all across the nation into a potentially high-risk bathroom scenario…but something must be done.
I suggest that each and every school district in America get out in front of this and immediately, on behalf of the safety of each and every student in their individual districts, file a lawsuit AGAINST the Obama regime…naming Obama, Loretta Lynch and John B. King…and do NOT make it a class-action lawsuit. Make each and every filing its own, individual action thus forcing this absurd regime to either fight this in tens of thousands of courtrooms at the same time, or simply to cave and reverse themselves.
Further, I would suggest that every parent of any child in any public school in this 
country…immediately contact their school AND their school district DEMANDING action AND make it clear to both the schools and the school districts that their children will NOT report TO school again until this matter is SETTLED accordingly and any and all threats from the federal government are 100% removed.
Whatever people do, in the privacy of their own homes is their business and theirs alone but when our nation’s schools are FORCED, by THREATS from the federal government, to put children at higher risk by opening bathrooms, locker rooms and showers to a free-for-all that could and would include those with a predilection for child molestation…We the People MUST take a stand.
This regime, and these squishy liberal/socialists must be sent a clear and unmistakable message…that there are lines which we will not cross when the safety of our nation’s children, and for that matter, adults is at stake.
Gender isn’t open to interpretation or fluid as per someone’s feelings. Male is male, female is female. Boys are boys…girls are girls. Men are men and women are women. I am all for equality, but intimate facilities, such as bathrooms, locker rooms and showers need to remain as they have always been…separate…so as to preserve the dignity, privacy and safety of those using them to the greatest extent possible.

15th 2013, when Barack Hussein Obama spoke at a graduation ceremony for Ohio State University and told the graduating seniors, their families and friends… “Unfortunately you’ve grown up hearing voices that incessantly warn of government as nothing more than some separate, sinister entity that’s at the root of all of our problems. Some of these same voices do their best to gum up the works. They’ll warn that tyranny is always lurking just around the corner. You should reject these voices.”
I suggest to you, that when a president, his Attorney General and the head of the Department of Education issue threats, to cut off funding and file lawsuits based on a school districts failure to comply with that regime’s directives regarding where students should be going to the bathroom…we have rounded that corner…and tyranny is upon us.
Only a psychopath would issue a directive to make it easier for sexual predators to hang 
out in the bathrooms, locker rooms, dressing rooms and showers of the opposite gender and only psychopaths would support any such social engineering directive.
But make no mistake…this is not a presidential directive…it is an open invitation to deviants to loiter in locker rooms, bathrooms and showers where they damn well don’t belong and it is an attempt to blackmail our schools, nationwide, into putting children at risk.
Obama’s directive, supported by liberals, the LGBT and Donald Trump (as he stands for yet another liberal agenda item) does not hold the weight of law and should not only be roundly rejected but it should be met head on by every school district in the nation as well as by every parent who gives a damn about the safety of their children as there is absolutely no scientific evidence of “transgenderism” to be found.
Transgenderism, like man-made climate change, has become the next liberal religion and neither have any basis whatsoever in reality. It’s a feeling, a choice…a mental dysphoria…and it is being seized upon by those who are looking to swing the pendulum to the extreme left…to the point of erasing even the most common sense lines of society.
Just days ago, in an attempt to add weight to his absurd directive, Obama appointed an 82 year old man, who calls himself Barbara Satin, and dresses like a woman because he claims he self-identifies as a woman, to the post on his Advisory Council on Faith-Based Neighborhood Partnerships.
He’s been playing dress up and make believe for nearly 30 years.
The attempt here, with this absurd Obama directive, is to stretch Title IX of the Civil Rights act from preventing discrimination, based in reality, to include fictional discrimination based on the vast minority’s self- PERCEIVED reality which opens the door to EVERYONE’S altered sens
e of reality.
All one would need to do, under this Obama directive, is claim that you self-identify as something you’re not, cry discrimination, and reap the rewards. For instance, let’s say there is not a single drop of Native American blood in your entire body…not a single genetic fiber of Native American in you…under Obama’s absurd directive…you could SELF-IDENTIFY as a Cherokee and then DEMAND your slice of the government assistance pie.
This is America, damnit, where you’re free to dress up and play make-believe if you want to, but there is NOTHING in the Constitution OR the Civil Rights Act that says you are ENTITLED to special consideration for doing so.
Your gender identity is in your chromosomes, not in your mental state it doesn’t matter what you have in your closet…you are what you were born as and no amount of
dress up, a directive from on high or surgery will ever change that.
Rather than indulging this dysphoria, these mental issues or those with such deep emotional issues that they believe they are what they are not…we should be treating them and setting right whatever dysfunction, usually a family based dysfunction, that is at the root of a person’s masquerade.
For those who baselessly claim offense or discrimination because you shouldn’t be allowed access to the opposite gender’s bathrooms…
Get over yourselves…pee, shower and change your clothes in the rooms meant for your God-given gender and quit making a federal case out of your own fantasies.
