According to Donald Trump, “I could stand in the middle of 5th avenue and shoot people and I wouldn’t lose voters.”

Is he the only one who could do such a thing and not lose any of his support?

No.

Any penny-ante, tin-pot dictator in any 3rd world, one horse rogue nation could do it. Lil Kim in North Korea could do it. There was a time when Saddam and Gaddafi could have done it. Lenin and Stalin and Hitler did do it.

Forget 3rd world, one horse rogue nations…hell, Obama could get away with it just to name another dictator and that is exactly what’s wrong in this country. Electing a president has become a side show rather than a concerted effort to choose who would actually be the best for the job.

After Trump made his latest, ‘out of touch with reality’ statement on Saturday afternoon…his Trump-drunk followers started making excuses…”it was taken out of context,” and “he didn’t mean anything by it.” “Lighten up, he’s joking.”

Bullcrap…

He meant it. Not that he intends to do it but he meant it and here is exactly what he meant…that his blind followers, his Trump drunk fanatics are so bone crushingly stupid that IF he shot somebody on 5th Avenue, they wouldn’t blink an eye and would vote for him regardless.

The man who claimed Cruz had insulted each and every New Yorker just leveled an insult against each and every Trump supporter and guess what? They didn’t care one lick. He proved his point by stabbing each and every Trump supporter in the back and they defended him for doing it.

Here are a few other things the Trumpers aren’t likely to care about but things that REAL Conservatives SHOULD care about.

Recently, Donald Trump claimed that ted Cruz was…”OWNED” by the big banks of Wall Street because, during his campaign to become a Senator from Texas, Ted Cruz received a loan from Goldman Sachs for $1.43 million dollars and a loan of slightly less than $500,000.00 from Citibank. His claim that Cruz was “owned” by big banks was tweeted, retweeted and posted all over social media by his Trump drunk blind followers.

Well…

Over the years…Donald J. Trump himself has received loans from…Ladder Capital Finance LLC., Capital One, Deutsche Bank, the Bank of New York Mellon Trust, Investor’s Savings Bank, Amboy Bank, Chevy Chase Trust Holdings, Royal Bank America, UBS Real Estate Investments Inc., Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation and Chicago Unit Acquisition LLC just to name a few and the totals on just those loans comes to…HUNDREDS of MILLIONS of dollars.

There is one not specifically listed on his financial forms however and one that should be eye-opening to REAL Conservatives…when Trump bought the old Chicago Tribune building and tore it down…more than $150 million dollars invested into his new Trump Tower in Chicago came directly from…George Soros.

Now then Trumpers…if Cruz is Owned by big Wall Street banks because HE received less than $2 million in loans from Citibank and Goldman Sachs…isn’t Trump OWNED by nearly EVERY big bank on Wall Street for having received HUNDREDS of MILLIONS of dollars in loans from THEM?

And for that matter…given that the Trumpers are so sure Cruz is “owned” by Citibank and Goldman Sachs for a figure of less than $2 million dollars in loans…isn’t Donald J. Trump “owned” by George Soros to the tune of $150 MILLION dollars?

Okay then…on to even MORE anti-Conservatism by Donald J. Trump.

One has to wonder where the Trump drunk have stood regarding the ilk of Mitch McConnell and John Boehner over the years and what their opinions have been regarding the ilk of Karl Rove. All three have been an anathema to Conservative causes. McConnell and Boehner have sided again and again with Obama and the liberal/socialists of congress. Rove has been the architect of the GOP establishment for years.

Well…

As recently as 2013 and 2014…Donald J. Trump has made financial donations to Boehner, to McConnell and to Karl Rove for the expressed purpose of trying to destroy the TEA Party and TEA Party candidates.

In fact, as far back as 2010, as the TEA Party came into its own, Donald J. Trump was financially supporting liberals.

Of course Trumpers won’t believe it, They will likely call me names for bringing it up but, just like the banks and Soros…here’s the link that shows $220,000.00 in Trump donations to Rove, Boehner and McConnell.

This should come as no great surprise as Trump has said that he’ll cut deals with…democrats in congress and “I think I could get along very well with Nancy Pelosi and just about everybody. I think I’ll get along well with Chuck Schumer. I was close to Schumer in many ways.” Trump also said last Tuesday that he likes and gets along well with Harry Reid. In fact, of his relationship with Reid and Pelosi, Trump claims he has a  “great relationship” with the liberal/socialist duo.

Now then, about last night’s debate and Trump’s no show at it.

The guy who claims HE’S the one who can take on Mexico, ISIS, al Qaeda, Putin, Russia, North Korea and all the other dire issues in the world was too afraid to take on Fox News.

The guy who claims to be THE guy to take on Hillary Clinton wasn’t man enough to take on Megyn Kelly.

THIS is the guy in whom the Trump drunk have place all their hopes for change?

The Trump drunk are blindly following some guy who just lacks the courage to participate in a debate hosted by Fox News and answer a few questions posed by Megyn Kelly?

Oh, sure…the Trumpers have already been making up excuses and claiming that Trump wasn’t afraid of anything but…Trump himself has had a rather different take on this exact situation.

If Romney and the rest were “not showing a lot of courage” in deciding not to participate in a debate…TRUMP did not “show a lot of courage” in not  participating in last night’s debate. And to be clear…Trump also claimed that Michelle Bachmann “lacked the courage” and was “disloyal” to the process in deciding not to participate in that debate…a debate in which Trump himself was to have been the moderator but what about this thing, this feud with Megyn Kelly that has the Trump drunk posting the most nasty and vile things about her all over social media?

Well…

Back in 2011…Trump had a different feeling regarding Megyn Kelly. Listen again, especially to the end of this short clip.

He LIKED her…he really, really LIKED her.

Oh, the hypocrisy of it all.

Here was what I believe Trump was scared to death of regarding his no show at last night’s debate…he was terrified that he would be asked a question or a few questions which would have required answers containing substance.

Up to now, Trump has been bloviating endlessly while providing no substance. He has droned on, and on, and on about the border, about ISIS, about Putin, Syria, China, trade agreements, foreign policy, domestic policy, taxes,…about everything but…he has never provided any substance…never provided any insight into HOW he would do all the things he has claimed he would do.

He says what the Trump drunk want to hear because he has, I believe, minions scouring social media to see what it is that Conservatives are saying on all the hot-button topics…they feed their findins to Trump and he goes out and makes some bombastic statement regarding the hot-button topic of the day.

But no substance. No plan. No details. Nothing.

Let’s just see how much courage Donald Trump has. Trump has been challenged to a 1 on 1 debate by Ted Cruz before the Iowa caucus. Will he have the courage to face Cruz mano a mano? And since Trump is pulling a political stunt, using our wounded veterans as props…Cruz has offered $1.5 million dollars TO our wounded vets IF Trump has the courage to face him.

Cruz, by the way, has reserved a venue in Sioux City FOR the proposed Saturday night showdown.

Oh, what’s this? Carly Fiorina has upped the ante?

Fiorina tweeted...“My campaign will also donate $1.5 million to veterans’ cause to join debate Saturday night in Sioux City.”

Yep, that’s an ante upper alright and then, she went further… “Upping the ante, I’m free tomorrow night at 8 p.m., @realDonaldTrump. My campaign will give $2M to veterans’ causes to debate at Drake U.”

According to Dianne Marshall, a Trumper all the way, ”I say, let the Cruz slither off back to his nest of pernicious snakes – but donate the money because it’s the right thing to do.”

At least one Veterans organization sees Trump and his shenanigans clearly as Paul Rieckhoff, the founder of Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, tweeted...”If offered, @IAVA will decline donations from Trump’s event. We need strong policies from candidates, not to be used for political stunts,” though I am reasonably sure he would accept any donation either Cruz or Fiorina care to make as he knows THEY actually CARE about our Veterans.

Another, and the one Trump has claimed his stunt is to be the beneficiary of, the Wounded Warriors Project, has told CNN that THEY have not even been CONTACTED by Trump with regard to his proposed stunt and VoteVets.org, which calls itself the nation’s largest progressive veterans group, issued THIS statement, “Don’t hide from Megyn Kelly behind us.”

To be fair, and honest…Trump’s freshly created website, for his Veterans fundraiser last night, claims that “100% of your donations will go directly to Veterans needs,” but…reality paints a different picture IF one reads the fine print at the bottom of the site where it CLEARLY states that…the proceeds will go to Donald Trump’s personal, non-profit foundation and for the record…over the years, Donald J. Trump has donated far more of his money and that from his non-profit foundation to the CLINTON FOUNDATION than to any and/or all Veterans groups.

No, I don’t expect the Trumpers to believe ME…but here’s the link where the information can be found.

And here’s yet another link regarding that very bit of truth.

But if that’s not enough for Trumpers to convince them that his whole “fundraiser” for Veterans is nothing but a political stunt…here’s Trump’s spokesmouth, Katrina Pierson, detailing all the Veterans groups who will benefit from the farce.

She didn’t identify a single organization that was to receive money from Trump’s fundraiser because…none seem willing to take money from a sideshow clown.

So, come on Trumpy…you got the courage? No Fox News…no Megyn Kelly…just Ted, Carly, you and a debate that will require substance. What do you say Trumpy…you got the nerve…the courage…or are you just going to hide under your bed?

Well, here’s the answer, tweeted directly from Trumpy himself...“Even though I beat him in the first six debates, especially the last one, Ted Cruz wants to debate me again. Can we do it in Canada?”

So, Trumpers, where DOES your beloved “conservative” candidate stand on the issues that matter the most to REAL Conservatives?

Ahhh…NOW we can SEE why Trump wants no part of any debate where he might have to provide answers with substance…because he’s a liberal…straight down the line.

Oh, the hypocrisy of it all.

Everybody who DID participate in last night’s debate, hosted by Fox News had the courage to do so. The one who didn’t participate, Donald J. Trump…in his own words…”lacked the courage,” to do so.

At the 2012 Republican convention, Clint Eastwood ridiculed Barack Hussein Obama with an empty chair and rightly so and an empty podium at center stage would have been a fitting tribute to Donald J. Trump last night.

The only thing Donald Trump is likely to shoot, on 5th Avenue, is his own foot.
