Once again, our Dictator has bowed to our enemies. Once again, he has violated the laws of our nation. Once again, Obama has placed Americans in uniform and even those who DON’T wear our uniform in harm’s way.

Once again…Obama has bypassed congress and given the finger to one of our most basic tenants in the process.

Bowe Bergdahl is coming home and the door for the kidnapping of any American anywhere has been flung wide open. This regime will negotiate with terrorists and pay the ransoms.

Late last year, a law was passed by congress and signed by Obama that was aimed, specifically, at the possibility of violating the basic tenant that we, as a nation, do NOT negotiate with terrorists. It’s not a slippery slope to do so…it’s a free fall.

The law made it possible to trade Gitmo terrorists for Bowe Bergdahl but it came with one very important caveat…NO trade could be made without 30 days for congress to weigh the ramifications of it.

On Saturday, Obama traded five Gitmo terrorists for one Bowe Bergdahl and nobody in congress was notified. Not 30 days prior, not 30 hours prior, not 30 minutes prior. In fact, congress wasn’t notified until AFTER the deal was done.

And why, exactly did Obama choose to trample on the law? Why exactly does he believe this law doesn’t apply to him?

According to some high level administration mouthpiece… “Due to a near-term opportunity to save Sergeant Bergdahl’s life, we moved as quickly as possible. The administration determined that given these unique and exigent circumstances, such a transfer should go forward notwithstanding the notice requirement.”

And besides…

Obama, not being one to observe ANY restrictions to what HE believes should be HIS UNLIMITED power (he does have a pen and a phone you know…) issued a signing statement, contending that the notification requirement was an unconstitutional infringement on his powers as commander in chief and that he therefore could override it.

That’s right…Obama, the Dictator, signed into law a law he had every intention of ignoring because it restricted HIS power and required CONGRESSIONAL notification. The Constitution clearly divides the powers of our elected officials and this fraud of a Constitutional law “professor” simply doesn’t want to observe those spelled out separations of power.

In 2013, speaking of his hell bent for gun control agenda, Obama stated that he was, “constrained by the system our founders put in place.” That system is the Constitution and in that system is contained the very checks and balances of separation of powers.

Dictator’s just don’t like being constrained.

As to the other situation regarding this illegal release of Gitmo terrorists…Obama has now sent a clear and unwavering statement to our enemies and his friends…’Grab an American…ANY American anywhere in the world and you better believe the ransom will be paid and congress need not sign off on it.’

ALL Americans in foreign countries are now targets. They’re ripe for the picking and we know Jihadis are everywhere, waiting for their chance, and negotiating with terrorists doesn’t sooth them or ease tensions with them…it MOTIVATES them.

While under normal circumstances, breaking the “we don’t negotiate with terrorists” standard would be viewed as a sign of weakness BY terrorists, in this case, because of Obama’s all too obvious friendship with our enemies compared to how he consistently turns his back on our friends, it is seen as a green light to procure more and more terrorists and return them to the business of killing Americans. In short, it is confirmation TO the terrorists that Obama is with them…not against them.

In Part 1 of   ‘Bowe’s Release: The Truth Exposed‘  my RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS radio partner Diane Sori brought up the suspicious timing of this swapping terrorists for Bergdahl deal and I think we need to take that a step further here in part 2.

At the time the law was passed regarding a 30 day congressional notification of any such deal prior TO the deal being made, Obama was busy sweeping various scandals under his prayer rug. Fast and Furious had already been sealed by Executive Privilege. Benghazi was being stonewalled by not releasing documents effectually enough that the Dictator didn’t feel immediate pressure. The IRS targeting scandal was being taken care of by Lois Lerner’s pleading of the 5^th and the NSA spying scandal was being dismissed.

I believe that Obama knew full well, despite the dismissive cover being provided by his minions and his lapdog media, none of those scandals were going to go away and, he also knew that Obamacare, with all its website woes and revelations of HIGHER premiums and deductibles coupled with higher and higher prescription costs for all Americans was going to become an ongoing problem leading into the 2014 midterms.

I also suspect that Obama had this ‘Bergdahl for terrorists’ trade in his back pocket at the time he signed off on and issued his “it’s unconstitutional that I should have my power restricted” by the law that was written directly BECAUSE of Bergdahl. I further believe he wasn’t going to pull it out and use it until such time as his house of cards started falling apart.

What’s the difference between late last year and last Saturday?

There is now a Select Committee to investigate and get to the truth of Benghazi complete with freshly leaked emails showing the white house as the source of the You Tube cover up fabrication. There are newly discovered emails regarding the IRS targeting that ALSO lead directly to Washington as well as the ranking member of the house committee and chair of the senate committee INVESTIGATING the IRS scandal. Glen Greenwald, just last week, vowed to publish the names he got from Ed Snowden of every American spied upon by the NSA. It’s now coming out that this regime is actively arming and training al-Qaeda terrorists in Syria and…there’s the VA scandal…which exposes the peril to life of a government run healthcare system putting Obamacare right back on the front burner.

With ALL of this just 5 months ahead of the midterm with Obama’s poll numbers dropping and his party staring defeat straight in the face. What’s a narcissistic Dictator to do?

Prop up his sagging polls by making HIMSELF out to be the fast-acting hero ala, “Due to a near-term opportunity to save Sergeant Bergdahl’s life, we moved as quickly as possible,” swapping of terrorists with American’s blood on their hands for the endangered life of an American MILITARY man.

Let’s face it…until the terrorists for Bergdahl deal on Saturday, last week was a dictatorial DISASTER what with the VA scandal and Obama’s “outing” of a CIA covert op while trying to present himself as an ‘all about the military” Commander in Chief during a surprise visit to Afghanistan followed by an equally disastrous speech to graduating West Point cadets where his foreign policy was panned by BOTH sides of the political aisle.

What better way to attempt to re-ingratiate himself to current and future veterans than to seize an opportunity which I believe he had been sitting on for MONTHS and set Bowe Bergdahl free?

How soon will Gitmo find itself emptied with Dr. Afridi still imprisoned in Pakistan and an American Pastor, Saeed Abedini being held and tortured in Iran?

And now, as social media blazes with a new clarion call, one wonders what this Dictator and his regime will trade for freeing  U.S. Marine Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi from a Mexican jail…Amnesty for illegal aliens?

In the desperate rush to “fundamentally transform” America…We the People are little more than bargaining chips to be used by this Dictator and his regime to further their political agenda.

So much for background…now it’s time for finding the truths but remember, this is NOT going to turn out to be a pretty picture. What Diane and I have found is more than disturbing.

It’s a damned nightmare.
