Obamacare.

The mandate that just keeps on giving.

It’s time to take a more serious look at something that, were it not so serious, would be seriously funny.

Honestly, I don’t know a better way to put it.

Let’s start with this.

Over the weekend, yet another delay was announced in that the provision of Obamacare preventing companies from showing favoritism, by supplying their top officers better insurance packages than they do to those in the mail room, has been delayed for another year.

The reason claimed to be behind it, is that the IRS…The Gestapo behind enforcing the mandate…Hasn’t written that particular regulation…yet.

Oh really?

How long have they had to put crayon to wall paint over there at the IRS?

4 years?

And have you SEEN the tower of the abuse of power otherwise known as, the Obamacare regulations???

There are more than 80 THOUSAND of them and the tower is more than 7 feet tall.

They haven’t WRITTEN that mandate yet even though they KNEW that the deadline FOR it was March of 2014 so now, it’s been delayed…

ANOTHER YEAR???

Hmmmmmm…..Couldn’t have anything to do with putting off something that just might PISS OFF WEALTHY…UPPER-LEVEL MANAGEMENT TYPES BEFORE A CRUCIAL MIDTERM ELECTION…Could it?

Of course not…It’s just that nobody at the IRS has found the time in the last 4 years or, while writing some 80 thousand odd OTHER regulations…To pen THIS particular one.

What a load of crap.

Look…That’s just a side deal to the real deal. Just another stroke of the Emperor’s pen to bypass congress. Just something to get conservatives riled up over the separation of powers and move the conversation away from the impending FAILURE of Obamacare.

Here’s something much more interesting.

Last week, official numbers were finally released regarding Obamacare enrollments and, buried within them, was a little gem.

We know that enrollment numbers aren’t anywhere near where they need to be for this thing to sustain itself financially but…Let’s not forget why we even HAVE this socialist atrocity to begin with.

The Dictator and his minions, soon followed by their obedient little parrots on the streets and social media, cried and whined about the 10 million…no…The 20 million…wait…It was 30 million…40 MILLION AMERICANS WHO WERE SUFFERING…TERRIBLY…BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE!!!

Oh…Great woe and sorrow…

Socialism, we were told, would FIX that.

Health insurance, we were told, would FINALLY BE AFFORDABLE and EVERYBODY would buy it.

OBAMACARE WOULD COVER THE NATION IN AFFORDABLE INSURANCE TO INSURE THE UNINSURED…We were told.

Not so much, it turns out.

Of the “crushing” 2.1 million who have “besieged” the Obamacare website and “enrolled” but, for the most part, not paid…

Only 11% are those who didn’t have insurance BEFORE Obamacare was but a gleam in the Dictator’s eye.

That means that…Now that Obamacare is HERE and the “LAW OF THE LAND” so sayeth the Dictator, his minions and their parrots…Now that HEALTH INSURANCE IS FINALLY “AFFORDABLE” AND EVERYONE WILL BE COVERED…

Of the whatever number socialists and liberals want to use this week…10 million…20…30…40 million who, before Obamacare, were uninsured…

ONLY about 230 thousand have beat a path to the Obamacare door and enrolled but, like the rest…nobody is really sure who has or has not…paid.

Now…Stay with me here…

That means that 1.9 million who have “enrolled” in Obamacare have done so because they were THROWN OFF THE INSURANCE THEY PREVIOUSLY HAD, LIKED AND WANTED TO KEEP…BECAUSE OF THE OBAMACARE MANDATE and…Only a lowly 230 thousand who DIDN’T previously have insurance…OF THE UP TO 40 MILLION WE WERE TOLD WERE UNINSURED…Have now enrolled.

But…It doesn’t stop there.

Remember those cancellations???

So far…there were something like 6.5 million of them…Right???

Well…Those were 6.5 million…POLICIES that were cancelled and, since the average family in America contains 3 people…THAT MAKES IT A MINIMUM OF…18 MILLION PEOPLE…WHO WERE TOSSED FROM THE INSURANCE THEY HAD, LIKED AND WANTED TO KEEP!!!

Let’s do some quick math and not use common core in the process.

Let’s say there were…WERE…30 million uninsured Americans BEFORE Obamacare.

Okay?

Subtract 230 thousand from that and what do you have?

29 million seven hundred seventy thousand who are STILL…UNINSURED.

Now…ADD to that, the number of PEOPLE who were SCREWED by the LIE of 2013…Approximately…18 MILLION and what is your final figure???

47,770,000!!!

Let’s recap.

Before Obamacare…30 million uninsured.

AFTER Obamacare…47.7 million uninsured.

And why, oh why, did we just HAVE to HAVE Obamacare in the FIRST PLACE???

TO INSURE…THE…UNINSURED!!!!!

Here’s what we were all told.

America’s health insurance system was broken.

It didn’t work.

People couldn’t afford health insurance.

There were 30 million who were uninsured and that had to be fixed.

If you HAD health insurance and you LIKED your insurance, you could KEEP it.

If you HAD a doctor and LIKED your doctor, you could KEEP your doctor.

ALL of this would be taken care of by something called, The Affordable Care Act.

The average American family would save $2500 per year on the Affordable Care Act.

The insurance you had before was subpar.

The insurance you had before was a rip off.

Insurance companies were making too much profit.

Insurance companies were too greedy.

YOU weren’t being CANCELLED from your previous policies…YOU were being…TRANSFERRED.

Your NEW policies under Obamacare would be BETTER for you.

YOU didn’t really know WHAT you REALLY needed but…the GOVERNMENT did.

It’s going to be as easy to sign up for Obamacare as it is to order something from Amazon.

Don’t worry about the website not working…Just sign up by phone or mail your Obamacare application at the post office.

There are Obamacare “Navigators” who will be happy to assist you.

Every last bit of that is bullcrap. EVERY LAST BIT OF IT…BULLCRAP!!!

The website has been open for 3 and a half months and, to this moment…there is absolutely ZERO security built into healthcare.gov. Not one SHRED of security on that site and YOU have to enter in all of YOUR personal information, including your tax records and your social security number.

In New Mexico…It has been discovered that there are 38 Obamacare “Navigators” whose names are on the…FBI CRIMINAL LIST and we can assume it’s the same regardless of what state YOU might be in.

Now…Put the numbers on the timeline or, more to the point, the deadline.

We are but 45 days away from when Obamacare needs 7 million PAID UP enrollees to be financially viable with a minimum of 40% of those being the young and healthy.

Right now, only 24% of the 2.1 million qualify in that respect.

Not only is Obamacare, after 111 days, far, FAR from where they HAVE to be, by sheer numbers of enrollees, to squeak by financially…They are miserably short on the DEMOGRAPHICS needed and even FARTHER from the magic numbers when one considers that ONLY between 5% and 15% of current enrollees have actually PAID for their Obamacare insurance.

AND…There are now some 50% MORE uninsured than there were BEFORE Obamacare went live with MORE cancellations yet to COME!!

As Obamacare, a top-heavy mandate with what appears, for all the world to be no supporting foundation collapses, we must remember that none of this was ever necessary.

Those without insurance, regardless of their number, could go to any emergency room and be treated not to mention that, were it actually NECESSARY to INSURE the uninsured, there was no reason whatsoever to pitch millions…10’s of millions and maybe, before it’s done, MORE THAN 100 MILLION AMERICANS…OFF THE INSURANCE THEY ALREADY HAD TO ACCOMPLISH IT!!!

Rather than a “plan” to force 315 million Americans INTO a GOVERNMENT APPROVED system…some sort of insurance provisions could well have been set up for but 30 million Americans.

But…

That’s not really the point…Is it?

Obamacare…The mandate that just keeps on giving…Is the only way Obama could screw enough of the people into accepting a single payer, full-bore socialist healthcare system.

And THAT is exactly why this Dictator and his socialist administration keep tweaking Obamacare without going through congress and telling us all that things are working out just fine.
