The differences between the next 2 sentences are subtle but, distinctively important.
If you have already “enrolled” in Obamacare…You’ve been absolutely fooled.
If you’re planning to enroll in Obamacare…You’re an absolute fool.
Do not take either of those 2 sentences lightly and, take the latter of them extremely seriously because, your financial future depends on it.
As bad as the prices of Obamacare premiums are and, as the sticker shock of those premium rates spreads like the plague, it’s not the rates that pose the greatest threat to your financial security.
It’s the LACK of security…To be precise…It’s the lack of Obamacare website security.
It is, in fact, nonexistent.
Yes. You read that correctly.
Healthcare.gov has no end-to-end security.
None.
It’s not that, like so many OTHER parts of the site, it’s not working…IT’S THAT SECURITY FOR THE SYSTEM HAD NEVER EVEN BEEN WRITTEN FOR THE SYSTEM!!!
Were some individual parts of the broken Obamacare website security tested before that roll out?
MAYBE but…
Once linked together, where parts A, B, and C have to interface with parts D, E, and F, any prior security functions individually written into the individual parts, goes right out the window.
That’s not all.
For the last 2 months, this administration has told us that they had a “tech surge” to implement repairs at, “private sector velocity.”
The problem with fixing those problems is that each and every “fix” requires the writing of new computer code and each and every code that is changed in ANY WAY, negates ANY and ALL security that MIGHT have been attached to that individual, prior code.
To put all of this into terms for those who, like me, do not speak cyber nerd, let’s look at it in a more garden variety manner.
The government decides that instead of ObamaCARE…You need an ObamaCAR and into the automotive industry they go.
From the ground up, the Obama administration spends $650 million taxpayer dollars and 3 ½ years designing the Obamacar and you are mandated to buy and drive one.
The roll out is set for the top of a mountain road and there you sit…Hoping for the best.
Obama had his team design the wheels, the tires, the brakes, the break lines and the connection between the brake lines and your brake pedal.
There you go…building speed and there is a series of hairpin curves staring you in the face. What do you do?
You press the brake pedal…Right?
The pedal, alone, in the lab…worked.
The lines, in the lab…Worked.
The brake pads, in the lab…Worked.
The wheels, in the lab and the tires, in the lab…Worked.
However…
THEY WERE NEVER TESTED FULLY ASSEMBLED so…There is absolutely NO verifiable safety feature to slow you down on the Obamacar.
To make it worse…As you were already rolling down the mountain road…You began to notice some other things going wrong and, Obama has had his team tinkering with your whole car as it’s been screaming down the road!!!
Now…They’ve installed different couplings between the brakes and the lines…The sensors between your brake pedal and the lines have been swapped out but, the new sensors and new couplings were never tested TOGETHER in the lab.
What you’re now driving doesn’t even RESEMBLE the original design and there is absolutely NO assurance that your brakes are safe.
How do you feel about heading into that 1st hairpin turn now that you realize your ObamaCAR doesn’t have a seatbelt???
See what I mean?
The Obamacare website has absolutely no security. There are no brakes to stop hackers from accessing anything you enter into the Obamacare website.
To enroll in Obamacare through the website, you must enter in your tax return information. Your name. Your address. Your phone number. Your banking information. Your email address. Your place of employment. Your income.
Get the idea?
YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER!!! TO ENROLL IN OBAMACARE YOU HAVE TO ENTER YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER INTO A WEBSITE THAT HAS ABSOLUTELY…NO…SECURITY!!!
All of that and more…being loaded INTO a website with NO SECURITY FEATURE built into it. NOTHING to protect YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION and, that’s just what YOU enter into it.
What about all that interfacing?
YOUR information, which could easily be infected by a hacker’s virus, will be interfacing with other entities like…Your medical records, your insurance company and your bank.
And don’t get to thinking that you can avoid the danger by going to paper instead of to the website because…Once you turn in your PAPERWORK…SOMEBODY has to ENTER IT ALL INTO THE WEBSITE THAT HAS NO SECURITY!!!
Hackers and identity thieves are just plain evil and they will use whatever they can get their hands on to get their hands on everything you own and their ALL-ACCESS key is…
OBAMACARE.
Essentially…Here’s the down and dirty.
You have been MANDATED under threat of fines to be levied by the IRS, to enter all your private information into Healthcare.gov and that website has absolutely NO security which means…Under threat of federal fine…YOU MUST MAKE ALL OF YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION ACCESSIBLE TO IDENTITY THIEVES AND HACKERS!!!
Obamacare NAVIGATORS???
THIS ADMINISTRATION DID NOT DO BACKGROUND CHECKS ON THEIR “NAVIGATORS” AND, THEY HAVE ADMITTED THEY MIGHT HAVE CONVICTED FELONS WORKING AS…”NAVIGATORS!!!
Were this a PRIVATE SECTOR website and your information was stolen by hackers or identity thieves resulting in loss of property, monies and your reputation…You could SUE the entity that owned the site.
In THIS case…It’s the Federal Government that owns the site and you can ONLY sue the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT if it fits into the requirements of the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).
The FTCA is a twisted mess of regulations nearly has hard to decipher as the tax code but…Here are a few little highlights for you:
Only federal employees can be sued under the FTCA, not independent contractors hired by the federal government (unless they are treated like employees).
The negligent or wrongful conduct must have been done within the scope of the defendant’s employment.
In general, only claims of negligence — as opposed to intentional misconduct — are allowed (though some claims for intentional misconduct can be brought against certain federal law enforcement officers).
The claim must be based on — and permitted by — the law of the state in which the misconduct occurred.
Remember…NOBODY hired to BUILD the Obamacare website is a GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE so…Basically…If your identity is stolen through the Obamacare, security free website, and you suffer losses because of it…
YOU ARE SCREWED.
You have no redress of grievances.

Ah, yes…There it is…IN THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE!!!
Jefferson’s masterpiece was, in fact, an indictment of King George and it listed out 27 GRIEVANCES we, as a nation, had against him and, directly after that list, we find this:
“In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.”
Of course…The Declaration is not the ONLY place the founders and framers brought up the “REDRESS of GRIEVANCES.”
Read the 1st Amendment: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to 
petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
By hiring OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS to build and “fix” the Obamacare website, Obama and his administration have INTENTIONALLY made SURE that YOU have NO ACCESS to REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES SHOULD YOU LOSE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE TO IDENTITY THIEVES VIA THE HEALTHCARE.GOV WEBSITE.
So…
Let’s go back to those 2 subtly different sentences from the top of this article.
If you have already “enrolled” in Obamacare…You’ve been absolutely fooled.
You assumed the site was safe because you were led to believe it by this administration.
If you’re planning to enroll in Obamacare…You’re an absolute fool.
You now KNOW that the site IS NOT SAFE because it has ABSOLUTELY NO BUILT-IN SECURITY.
This administration, via HACKER, Ed Snowden, has been unable to keep its most sensitive secrets and HACKERS in China have been accessing our national security documents for years.
There is no reason…NO REASON WHATSOEVER to believe that YOUR private information is ANYWHERE NEAR SECURE in the hands of the government REGARDLESS OF WHO IS IN CHARGE OF IT.
Unless and until there is IRON-CLAD ASSURANCE that your information IS secure AND…Unless and until there IS a PROTECTED AVENUE BY WHICH YOU CAN PETITION FOR REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES should you lose property, money or your reputation to HACKERS AND/OR IDENTITY THIEVES because of the Obamacare website…
YOU WOULD BE AN ABSOLUTE FOOL TO ENTER 1 IOTA OF YOUR PERSONAL, PRIVATE INFORMATION INTO THAT DAMNED THING!!!
Will the government fine you if you don’t enroll?
Most likely, they will.
Will the government SUE you if you refuse to pay the fines?
It MAY come to that but…THAT might be the ONLY way to get them INTO COURT on this issue and, if every Patriot refused to enroll AND refused to pay the fines…THE COURT CASE WOULD BE STAGGERING and…
VERY PUBLIC!!!
Call it a mass act of civil disobedience, if you will.
Hell…It was enough to give BIRTH to a nation…And it just might be what’s needed to SAVE it.
