To be completely candid, there aren’t very many Members of Congress that I, or anyone for that matter, trust but, Trey Gowdy is one of the handful I would trust 24/7 365.
Gowdy is an exceptional representative to his constituents and were all congressmen and women the caliber of Trey Gowdy, this nation would be in fine shape.
According to Gowdy, the Obama administration has been changing the names…Providing aliases, to the survivors of Benghazi.
Gowdy would not make such a claim were there no evidence to back it up.
Gowdy recently told The Blaze: “Stop and think what things are most calculated to get at the truth? Talk to people with first-hand knowledge. What creates the appearance and perhaps the reality of a cover-up? Not letting us talk with people who have the most amount of information, dispersing them around the country and changing their names.”
Indeed, Trey Gowdy has questions, lots of them, for the long hidden away Benghazi survivors but, he has a few rather common sense questions for the media as well.
“Does it bother you whether or not you know why Chris Stevens was in Benghazi?”
“Do you know why we were the last flag flying in Benghazi after the British had left and the Red Cross had been bombed? Do you know why requests for additional security were denied?”
Those survivors, most of them CIA agents who were on the ground IN Benghazi nearly 15 months ago have reportedly been threatened by the Obama administration including the CIA, the Justice Department and the State Department.
According to white house court jester, Jay Carney:
“I’m sure that the White House is not preventing anyone from speaking.”
That’s a real problem because, as we have seen through Carney’s run as Press Secretary, every time he opens his mouth, he proves Reagan’s anecdote, “Well, the trouble with our liberal friends is not that they are ignorant, but that they know so much that isn’t so.”
Unsurprisingly, Obama claimed ignorance when asked about it by Ed Henry back on May 1st 2013.
“I’m not familiar with this notion that anybody has been blocked from testifying. So, what I’ll do is I will find out what exactly you are referring to.”
He also didn’t know anything about Fast and Furious before he implemented Executive Privilege over it…He didn’t know anything about the IRS targeting of Conservatives until he read it in the news…He didn’t know anything about the NSA spying on Americans OR foreign allied leaders 
and he didn’t know anything about the Obamacare website disaster until it happened.
He didn’t know how big the national debt was…He didn’t know the facts on Syria’s chemical weapons…He didn’t know ACORN was getting truckloads of taxpayer money…He didn’t know, after 20 years, that Rev. Wright was an anti-American racist.
Hell, he didn’t even know his own Aunt was in the country illegally and at one point, he didn’t know when his own birthday was or how many states make up the United States.
He’s as credible as Baghdad Jay Carney.
Is the reckoning at hand?
Next week, 3 of the nearly 3 dozen CIA Benghazi survivors will go behind closed doors and tell their stories to the House Intelligence Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations and I hope they have all been given iron-clad whistle-blower protection because, if they are to tell the truth of Benghazi, they’re going to need it and then some.
What we have is a trifecta cover up, engineered by this corrupt administration, in part to protect Obama and in part, to protect the presumed 2016 socialist candidate for dictator, Hillary Clinton.
These witnesses are people who KNOW what was happening in Benghazi BEFORE the 9-11 attacks when the Obama administration and Hillary’s Department of State were denying stepped up security as al Qaeda was attacking the British consulate and the Red Cross.
There are people who were THERE as the attacks unfolded, seeing and hearing the terrorists and their motives while no assistance was forthcoming.
These are people who know what has been going on in the 15 months SINCE the Benghazi attacks including the reported threats to their careers, their lives and their families.
If the truth IS told in those closed door hearings next week, Obama and Hillary stand to lose the most.
Their actions leading up to, during and after the attacks amount to TREASON and they know it.
It was and continues to be a cacophony of lies, misdirection and ass covering.
Obama literally vanished from the situation room after 20 minutes that night, never checking back in for an update.
Hillary claimed ignorance of everything leading up to and during the attacks screeching at the investigative committee, “WHAT DIFFERENCE, AT THIS POINT, DOES IT MAKE???”
It makes ALL the difference.
While most are fixated on the motives of the terrorist attackers, with whom the terrorists were affiliated and who was at the root of the denials of extra security not to mention the DRAW DOWN of our security while Ansar al Sharia (al Qaeda by another name) was HIRED to provide “security” for our people in Benghazi…
Good and appropriate questions all…
I submit another line of questioning and one which I believe Trey Gowdy could well get answers to next week.
Were these survivors close enough to the terrorists at any point in the attacks to get a good look at them?
Could these survivors see the weapons being used by the terrorists?
What were the origins OF those weapons???
And…DID THE CIA ACTIVELY ARM LIBYAN REBELS?????
There is a better that fair guess that the weapons used to kill Ambassador Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods were OUR weapons, presented to Libyan “rebels” all the while knowing they were al Qaeda, our enemy in a time of war.
That would point directly to treason.
The intentional drawing down of American security teams and replacing them with Ansar al Sharia, our enemy in a time of war, also points directly to treason.
And covering it all up, before, during and after the fact, thus protecting the enemy in a time of war, points directly to treason.
Now you can see why I want these witnesses to have iron-clad whistle-blower protection and then some.
And it’s not just the witnesses either.
According to an unnamed CIA insider, when speaking to CNN’s Jake Tapper, “You don’t just jeopardize yourself, you jeopardize your family as well.”
It wasn’t a You Tube video.
Stevens, Smith, Doherty and Woods were not “bumps in the road.”
It SURE as hell isn’t a “phony scandal.”
What it IS…Is the cover up of TREASON!!!
All it will take is one.
One witness, telling the truth and one Member of that committee to ask the right questions for Benghazi become THE Waterloo of Emperor Obama.
Those who died in Benghazi and those who were wounded there deserve more than justice.
THEY deserve the TRUTH.

Trey Gowdy is indeed one of the best things to happen to us. If I had a magic wand I would make him our AG right here and now. Alas, I do not have a magic wand. Good thing Trey Gowdy doesn’t need one. ;D
IF this is indeed treason, for it to come to a just ending would mean that the proceedings will have to continue for over a year and the republicans will have to hold the House and win the Senate. Because if the Senate is still controlled by democrats you can place the guns in the hands of Obama with photos of him shooting at the consulate and Reid and party will not convict. Hillary, however, is a private citizen and can be tried in a court of law. And treason carries no statute of limitations.
The captain of a ship is responsible for all that happens on that ship, he is the commander in chief and he calls the shots and says what happens and knows about everything because he is briefed. He never leaves the helm in times of crisis and provides support and protection. If he chooses to leave his place of duty in a time of crisis unless of a life and death emergency and appointed 2nd in command, then he committed darilection of duty. Failure to support those in harms way and failure to protect them. And the other departments charged with protecting and getting support for those working under them is no different, the two situations above have caused 4 to die with out help or support and those in charge not at there proper duty stations. They must be help accountable and start at the top and if they do not comply then put them were they belong, in jail and charge them accordingly also with obstructing justice.
I honestly think AMBASSADOR STEVENS had something on obuttma and BENGHAZI KILLARY, and they let him die because he was going to spill the beans. If AMERICAN weapons were used how do we know obuttma did not supply them to these people to have the firepower to attack the embassy, and we all know that their was plenty of help around, and KILLARY allowed a stand down order so that no one would stop the raid, we already know she and BILL hired a hit man to kill people for them, so why not AMBASSADOR STEVENS???? I honestly hope they arrest her and obuttma as we need to get him out of the WHITE HOUSE, and Killary and him should be tried for their crimes against the CONSTITUTION, and the people of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!!!
I fear that Obama’s goons will somehow “eliminate” these witnesses before they have a chance to testify. The Obama controlled media will somehow whitewash it.
You then add all of the flag officers that have been fired since the attack and something doesn’t smell right at all.
What the exposing of this treason will require is not just the life on the line courage of one witness, but the similar courage of the Members of Congress in charge of their oversight. Exposing the facts in this case will amount to a coup and may require armed arrests of People in High Places. And very suddenly. It certainly looks that way. We already know what happened to Michael Hastings when he got too close to the truth, and we often ponder why a young energetic Andrew Breitbart died so suddenly, alone on a dark street, and we know what happened to Bradley Manning and Edward Snowden, just whistleblowers who had seen the snow job used on whistleblowers who “reported to their superiors in official lines of authority:” they were relieved of their jobs, smeared as nut cases, and are unable to even find an audience for their charges. So, yeah, this may get ugly before things are set right and a lot of Higher Ups may have to find the courage to speak up honestly, no matter what the cost. I doubt there is a single White House appointee who should go without facing criminal charges and jail time, starting with the President himself. The culpability of the Democrat National Committee is also in the mix for “vetting” this imposter.
