Now, the Dictator has tapped a new number 2 for the Department of Homeland Insecurity.
Alejandro Mayorkas, the Director of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
It would seem unreasonable for any but a socialist, abhorrently anti-American criminal administration to appoint, as the second in command of our homeland security, someone currently under FBI investigation for procuring visas for CHINESE investors who had already been denied…Not once but TWICE.
Enter the ties to Hillary Clinton.
Mayorkas somehow obtained the necessary visas for a group of Chinese investors who were making those investments through a company whose CEO and President is Hillary Clinton’s BROTHER.
Those Chinese “businessmen” had been denied U.S. visas by…
Alejandro Mayorkas’ own agency.
They were “investing” through Gulf Coast Funds Management, a financing company headed by Secretary of State Clinton’s brother Anthony Rodham.
To attain such visas, the investors would have to invest between $500 thousand to $1 million dollars in U.S. companies that would create American jobs and, there are certain criteria which must be met.
There are also several reasons why they might have been denied such as, being a Chinese communist party member or being involved in criminal activities.
We, at this point, don’t know why these particular “investors” had been denied but we DO know that Mayorkas managed to obtain the requested visas ANYWAY.
If it’s not enough to place in the 2nd highest ranking office in the Department of Homeland Insecurity, a man who would go behind the back of his own agency to deal under the table visas to the Chinese…DOING so would give him access to RUN the DHS until a suitably despicable replacement for Napolitano could be found under an overturned rock…

While some claim this is a simple byproduct of a government that has grown so large that the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing…I disagree.
This is an intentional placement by Obama and here’s why.
The SECOND in command, the Deputy Director of DHS DOES require senate confirmation and that confirmation is not likely to gain enough votes considering the current investigation.
Replacing Napolitano is going to take time. Obama needs to find someone willing to ignore the Constitution and break the rules so as to allow the continuation of corrupt and absurd white house policies and yet, have the ability to PASS a senate confirmation hearing.
The Senate is NOT going to be in a rush to confirm ANYONE, especially someone with a shady resume as the 2014 midterms are coming fast. Doing this will jeopardize many blue dog democrats as there are more than 20 liberal seats up for election in 2014.
With no 2nd in command and the top spot in DHS vacant…Obama has an excuse for more and more things falling through the cracks. Don’t be at ALL surprised if, in the interim, something major, regarding immigration enforcement fall apart with Obama then blaming Republicans who refused to hear or pass this obtuse nominee.
AND…Obama DID know that Mayorkas was under investigation WHEN he tapped the visa garnering, shady, puppet of Hillary Clinton for this number 2 post. The FBI learned OF the investigation during THEIR background investigation in June of this year and the investigation into Myorkas STARTED in September of 2012.
In fact, there are currently 15 top posts within DHS that are vacant or will be very soon including the post of Commissioner of Customs and Border Protection has been vacant for 6 months and there hasn’t been a Director for The Office of Intelligence and Analysis at DHS for 7 months.
Therefore, Obama, an anti-American criminal who had anti American music featured at a state dinner for Chinese dignitaries during his FIRST term, obviously has not a care in the world that the man he has chosen to be the de facto leader of the Department of Homeland Insecurity is swimming in this deep pool of crap.
In what has become the standard operating procedure for this criminal enterprise, the white house has referred all questions regarding Alejandro Mayorkas, his past and this specific investigation to the Department of Homeland Security and, the DHS is, so far, refusing to answer all questions posed.
It’s yet another layer in the stone wall surrounding this pit of vipers.
Above, I mention the 15 open positions key to the DHS and here’s what I expect will happen.
Obama and his criminal administration will slow walk the investigation into Mayorkas just as they have slow walked the Benghazi, Fast and Furious and IRS investigations leading up t the 2014 midterms hoping that Mayorkas will be rejected.
With that rejection will come a parade of shady nominations for DHS posts setting up a catch 22 in the months before the midterms in which Obama and the socialists can then point the finger at Republicans and Conservatives for the crumbling infrastructure OF the DHS.
The 4 non-recess appointees to the NLRB was a test balloon to see what he could get away with and that failed. Now, by nominating all 4 at one time, he is testing the waters for what comes next…The mass nominations to fill the 15 DHS posts in the attempt to create his fiefdom.
What Obama wants is the ability to run the table with whatever abuses of power he chooses and the most corrupt administration in history doing his bidding.
Fast and Furious.
Benghazi.
The IRS.
The NSA.
Extortion 17.
The AP.
James Rosen.
Stand Your Ground.
2nd Amendment and gun control.
Obamacare.
The EPA.
An HHS Secretary violating the Hatch Act.
The Dream Act.
The GSA.
The Sex and Drug debauchery scandal within the State Department.
Keystone XL Pipeline and the rising cost of gas.
Keep all of those in mind when you read the words spoken yesterday by the Dictator in an economics speech.

Make no mistake, Obama is NOT trying to REFOCUS on the ECONOMY…He’s DESPERATELY trying to DIVERT focus from his own abuses of power, failed policies, treasonous acts, ginning up of race and class tensions and attempts to circumvent the Constitution while trying to regather liberal support among Independents.
It is nothing but a transparent, preemptive strike against those seeking the truth ahead of the 2014 midterm elections and by nominating Alejandro Mayorkas to the number 2 spot at DHS, the Dictator has sent a clear and undeniable signal that security is the last thing he wants for the homeland.
This should be used to demonstrate the decision making process of the President. If it is brought out that the nominee is under investigation, and the details brought out, this will make it look like Obama either values this type of person over the rest or he doesn’t put any effort into appointments for top level positions.
This would need to be brought out as often as possible. Plus, other examples of his choices. Communist Van Jones, Mao lover Dunn, tax cheat Geitner, GLSEN founder Jennings, racist Holder, etc. A pattern needs to be clearly described. Right now, Obama’s approval level is at an all time low and more people distrust him than trust him. As he tries to divert attention from the other problems we need to add this as another one on the list.
One yet to surface scandal is the key placement of Muslims within many departments including the White House and his administration.
Tell me why around 9-11-01 we had about 1,200 Muslim mosques and now there are about 2,200?
Tell me why Obama is now NOT SUPPORTING Egypt (ie F-15’s)? Could be because the Muslim Brotherhood got thrown out of control in Egypt?
