Yesterday, some nut, “claiming” to be a Republican stated that HE wants these new Colorado gun bans passed and he wants them passed NOW!!!
According to the foothills fool, if the new gun bans are NOT passed…
“These legislators will be responsible for whatever happens next.”
On the off chance he’s reading this, I have a question…Who, precisely, is responsible for the 506 gun related murders in the nation’s most gun-ban happy city, Chicago, in 2012???
As all the gun bans and gun free zones meant diddly squat in Chicago and failed to stop any one of those 506 murders…why would similar bans stop the evil doers of Colorado?
On the list of soon to be banned weapons in Colorado is the semi-automatic 12 gauge shotgun…A favorite of bird hunters everywhere.
Apparently, one doesn’t need a Browning 12 gauge to go hunting????
Passing gun bans the likes of which exist in Chicago, are being lobbied for at the federal level and are being voted on in Colorado even as this article gets published are equally as effective at stopping gun violence as filling your home with natural gas to keep it from exploding.
Yesterday, Ltc. Allen West posted, “It seems there is a wholehearted push by liberal progressives for gun control. Let history teach us the results of gun control policies by a central government. It is simple: an armed person is a citizen, an unarmed one is a subject.”
Allow me to expand upon that quintessential statement.
A state turning its citizens into subjects emboldens THE state to do the same thing.
The 2nd Amendment applies to ALL U.S. Citizens and I submit that any singular state which infringes on ITS citizen’s rights to keep and bear arms is an infringement upon the United States Constitution itself.
What is now happening in Colorado has more dire implications than you might think.
2 days ago, as the socialist controlled Colorado legislature was debating their STATE gun ban initiatives, VICE OCCUPIER, Joe Biden placed personal calls TO 3 freshman Members of the Colorado House to push the process of banning guns.
Said Aurora Colorado socialist legislator, Rhonda Fields, who has sponsored a measure restricting magazines to 15 rounds, “These high-capacity weapons have no place outside the fields of war.”
Should socialists in Colorado and the U.S. Congress continue to infringe upon the 2nd Amendment and ignore the rights endowed to We the People by the Creator, WAR may well be just what they get and should the day come, when agents of the government come to disarm American citizens, the fight is more likely to take place in the homes and lawns of Constitutionally protected gun owners than in the courts.
Furthering the use of political props, Mark Kelly and his wife, Gabby Giffords, once a congresswoman from Arizona and now a useful socialist puppet, spoke before the Colorado congress in support of socialist gun bans.
Colorado, just like the Dictator’s administration, is engaged in the politicization of tragedy and, unable to get the kids from Newtown out of school to travel half way across the country, they’ve settled on having Gabby Giffords.
Here is an example of a friendly note a neighbor left for a family by a gun fearing socialist.
The coward didn’t even have enough intestinal fortitude to sign their name.
One would be making a good bet to suspect the good “Christian” who deposited this turd of a note would also be up in arms should the local schools utter even the beginning of the Lord’s Prayer in the cafeteria.
So crazed are the socialists that they suspended 7 year old Josh Welch from a Baltimore School for 2 days and apparently sent the rest 
of the students home last week when Josh inadvertently gnawed his Pop Tart into something loosely resembling a gun.

In Colorado, where they made smoking pot a recreational right and where they are about to start banning your 2nd amendment rights, the socialist led decree makers have once again turned down flat, Jessica’s law.
A law designed to make child molestation a lifetime felony with a minimum 25 year sentence and a lifetime of wearing a monitoring ankle bracelet to help prevent despicable perverts from being released only to re-offend is NOTHING Colorado wants ANYTHING with which to do.
We have a socialist administration which turns loose thousands of illegal alien CRIMINALS onto our streets and, at the same time, is trying to disarm America.
This administration foretells of dangerous mental patients running around without their medication and calls to praise the ones elected to the state legislature in Colorado.
The DHS tells us they won’t have enough money to pay for border security and yet THEY just recently finished a ZOMBIE ATTACK TRAINING EXERCISE!!!
Yes, that’s REALLY your Department of Homeland Security making a ZOMBIE training video, brought to you for a mere PITTANCE of what it’s costing them to purchase 1.6 BILLION rounds of ammo and 2700 Light-Armored Tanks with which to patrol the streets of YOUR cities and towns and all the while, telling YOU that YOU can’t be trusted with more then 10 rounds.
Colorado even wants to make your Shotguns illegal.

Here’s a hint – The same sort of SCARE TACTICS socialists used to frighten people over sequester are the sort being employed in their quest to disarm Americans and they’re equally as believable.

In Colorado, state lawmakers absolutely will NOT protect children from previously convicted and then released molesters but…

Right on as usual. However, as a Florida resident, Jessica’s law goes much further than the stated child molester prison terms. Each county determines it’s own interpretation of what ‘moral turpitude’ means. All persons convicted or pleading no contest, pre-trial diversions etc. are not allowed to be around children in any official capacity during or after school at any fuctions or school property if convicted of any crime deamed by the county as a ‘moral turpitude’. And the law was retroactive back to time infinitum. As an example, a sales employee with a company selling cleaning supplies was fired after 23 years on the job due to a misdemeanor conviction for urinating in public in 1978. It seems his territory covered 3 counties, two of which allowed him to be on school grounds, and one which banned him under the law. He lost his job.
Another was a construction superintendent for a school contractor who was fired after a neighboring county ruled he could not be on school grounds due to a felony cocaine conviction in 1971 right after he got backfrom Nam. He had built schools for neighboring counties fo 30 years before being fired under this law. Just about any type of felony, and certain misdemeanors prevent a person from school contact. (Coaching, volunteering etc) And it varies from county to county.
