After the vote, Nancy Pelosi who again came in second, made her speech in which she…AGAIN…called our nation a DEMOCRACY!!!

WE’RE A REPUBLIC AND IF YA DON’T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE…SHUT YOUR BOTOXED PIE HOLE!!!!!

Then of course, it was Boehner’s turn to speak.

Boehner cried so much HIS TIE WAS SHRINKING AND…

HIS BOTTLED ORANGE TAN WAS RUNNING!!!!!

Ernest Hemingway’s CATS have come under FEDERAL JURISDICTION BY THE USDA!!!!

Hemingway had a 6 toed cat named, SNOWBALL, way back when and now, at the Hemingway Museum in Key West Florida…a few dozen descendants roam freely.

Snowball’s descendants…Not Hemingway’s.

Anyway…

It seems a few years ago…some IDIOT lodged a complaint and over the last few years…

HOLD ON TO SOMETHING STABLE…

OUR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAS BEEN SENDING UNDERCOVER AGENTS DOWN TO KEY WEST TO…SPY ON THE CATS!!!!!

Now, due to a little known law under, of all things, THE COMMERCE CLAUSE…

The United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit ruled that the agency has the power to regulate the cats under the Animal Welfare Act.

The Museum will have to…

 “Put them in cages overnight, install electric wire on a brick wall, build a higher fence, or employ a nightwatchman to monitor the felines.”

Allow me to explain just how STUPID this is.

EVEN PETA WENT DOWN THERE TO CHECK ON THE SITUATION AND PETA SAYS…”ALL WE FOUND WAS A BUNCH OF FAT, HAPPY CATS. GOD SAVE THE CATS!!”

Up to this point, the cats have had their run of the place AND SLEEP ON THE COUCHES AND CHAIRS!!!

Now…THEY’RE GONNA HAVE TO SLEEP IN CAGES!!!

The cats make weekly trips to the vet, they’re VERY well fed, LOVED, spayed and neutered and the tourists enjoy seeing the 6 toed critters.

But, the FDA says the cats are now EXHIBITS and because PEOPLE COME FROM ALL OVER THE PLACE TO SEE THEM…THE CATS ARE NOW NO DIFFERENT THAN CIRCUS ANIMALS!!!

THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR TEN YEARS!!!

Here’s what I want to know…

HOW MUCH TAXPAYER MONEY WAS SPENT, SENDING IN AN ANIMAL BEHAVIORAL SPECIALIST TO ANALYZE THE SITUATION IN 2004…SENDING UNTOLD NUMBERS OF UNDERCOVER AGENTS TO KEY WEST TO SPY ON THE CATS IN 2005 AND 2006…AND HIRE SECRET PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS TO PHOTOGRAPH AND FILM THE CATS FROM 2007-2011???

And by the way, I am NOT making ANY of that UP!!!!!

Here’s an idea…

If locking them in individual cages, building a high fence so they can’t get out, surrounding the place with an electric fence and hiring nightwatchmen to keep an eye on them is good enough for the Hemingway 6 toed cats…Because people come to see them…

WHY DOESN’T THE USDA FORCE THAT SAME ANIMAL WELFARE ACT ON THE WEASELS, JACKASSES, RINOS AND MONKEY’S UNCLES IN CONGRESS???

What? You say people have to pay a fee to see the circus animals at the Hemingway Museum and THAT’S the difference???

HELLO???

TAXES?????

EITHER LOCK UP CONGRESS AND THROW AWAY THE KEY OR LEAVE THE HEMMINGWAY CATS ALONE!!!!
