While the Obama administration fights for all they’re worth, and that ain’t much, to prevent individual states from enacting voter ID laws, and while at the same time more and more allegations of forgery regarding Obama’s own personal records surfaces due to Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case investigation, voter fraud has taken a front seat in Indiana.
Butch Morgan, Pam Brunette, Beverly Shelton and Dustin Blythe, pictured from left to right, have been formally charged with election fraud.
These were democratic operatives.
They worked for the democratic party in St. Joseph County, Indiana.
They forged names on petitions to place both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton on the Indiana ballot in 2008.
They split up the job…2 forging names for Obama and the other 2 forging names for Clinton.
It looks now as if between the 4, enough name were forged to place both candidates on that ballot – and what’s even more stunning is the idea that, without their efforts, it now looks as though neither Obama nor Clinton would have made the ballot.
It is unlikely we would know anything about this today were it not for Lucas Burkett. He blew the whistle. From the start, he was in on the scheme. Burkett himself forged signatures and was there, at St. Joseph County Democratic strategy meetings, where the scheme was discussed and agreed upon.
The initial plan was to forge signatures for Obama, Clinton AND Edwards – but, when Edwards dropped out, Burkett decided NOT to continue with the plan.
Some are calling the whistle-blowing Burkett a stand-up guy. Someone who put principle over politics.
That he blew the whistle is good, but the fact that he didn’t blow it early in 2008, when it could have made a difference, makes the 
“good guy” assessment a pile of bull crap.
It appears highly likely that the actions of the 4 were successful due to the inaction of the 1 and while the official charge is election fraud but what it leads to is something quite different.
Tyranny.
When a political party sets forth to effect an election through employment of organized fraud, the end result is tyranny. It’s the sort of thing we see in 3rd world countries. It’s the sort of thing that happens where dictators rule. It’s the sort of thing where law in not the rule but ideology is.
Tyranny is a word not often used and nearly forgotten to time.
Our founders were all too well acquainted with the word. They had, after all, lived under it and it was tyranny which led to the birth of this great nation.
In fact, no less than Thomas Jefferson, the author of our Declaration of Independence and 3rd President stated: “All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent.”
To those who might regard Mr. Burkett as some sort of hero for blowing the whistle, remember that while the acts which would lead to tyranny took place and for a good amount of time thereafter, Burkett, now described as a person of good conscience…Remained silent.
What IS the definition of tyranny?

Obama’s records, his purported birth certificate, his purported selective service registration, reportedly his social security number, his status of citizenship ( reports are surfacing that he went through college as a foreign student ) all appear false…Forged.
Obama, now occupying the oval office has in fact, dispensed with several provisions of the Constitution. He has willfully violated advice and consent of congress. He has unilaterally decided which laws will be defended, he has made recess appointments when congress was not in recess. He has clamped down on free speech. The list is longer still.
In passing the Obamacare bill, he ordered his party mouthpiece at the time to inform congress and the American people that the bill would have to be passed before any could find out what was in it.
Obamacare would make it law that the government could order the people to purchase any good or service the government deems appropriate. Obamacare would literally created commerce in order to regulate it. Those unwilling to abide by the government’s mandate would be penalized. Obamacare would regulate inactivity.
Yesterday, Obama went after the United States Supreme Court.
“I’m confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress.”
Obama, who supposedly taught constitutional law, should know full well that, our Supreme Court plays a key role in our system of government. Our Constitution, the very Constitution for which Obama seems to have little use, provides the Supreme Court the power to check when necessary, the actions of both the President and Congress.
The Supreme Court can and has in the past on numerous occasions, told a President that his actions are not allowed by the Constitution. It can and has in the past, told Congress that a law IT passed violated the Constitution and is, therefore, no longer a law. The Supreme Court is also provided the power to tell the government of an individual state that one of its laws breaks a rule in the Constitution.
The Supreme Court, whether or not Obama likes it, IS the final judge in ALL cases involving laws of Congress, and the highest law of all…Our Constitution.
Obama on a live mic, whispers to Dmitry Medvedev, “On all these issues, but particularly missile defense, this, this can be solved but it’s important for him to give me space. This is my last election. After my election I have more flexibility.”
The implications, highlighted by many, are that Obama will, if reelected, turn his back, again, on our allies and provide the Russians with whatever they want regarding missile defense. While this is clearly his intent, there are 2 key words in this “hot mic” statement which MUST not be ignored.
Me and I.
Obama says HE needs space and HE will have more flexibility. He and he alone.
Not US or WE, as in the United States. ME and I.
Not only is Obama tipping his hand as to his intentions, he has shown us his cards regarding what he believes his position to be.
In his mind, Obama is not the President. He is the Ruler of the United States.
Tyranny has no room for nor need of, a President.
Tyranny requires a ruler.
Tyranny also requires a ruling party and judging by the actions of the democratic party, their backing regardless of how inane, of Obama’s policies, seems intent upon setting themselves in that position.
At a ballot eligibility hearing in a Georgia courtroom in January, Obama, upon subpoena, refused to participate and without so much as a shred of evidence or a single witness on his behalf, he wins the case.
Obama’s administration, with regard to Solyndra and Fast and Furious, are ignoring congressional subpoenas.
This is exactly how we expect rulers of tyrannies to behave.
If authentic and verifiable documents exist to prove Obama is a United States citizen, if real authentic and verifiable proof of a selective service registration for Obama exists, why doesn’t he provide them? If there is a real and verifiable social security number 
for Obama which will pass the E-Verify system, why then does he not provide it?
What of his college thesis? Why are We The People not allowed to see it? Read it? What of his college records? Why are they sealed away from the eyes of the people?
While I suspect, like many, that his thesis would show his bent toward socialism, I also suspect that it, along with his college records, would indicate much more.
Those records, and quite possible his thesis, could very well show that he received financial aid as a foreign student or, in the case of the thesis, show evidence of his being born in a foreign country.
If the records or thesis indicates such, one of two things would then be true.
Either Obama is a foreigner or, he faked being a foreigner to receive financial assistance.
In the first case, he would not be eligible to occupy the office he now holds and perhaps, if he never became a United States citizen via naturalization, he would not have been eligible to hold office as a U.S. senator or even a state senator.
In the latter case, Obama would be as guilty of perpetrating fraud for financial gain as are the 4 whose images appear at the top of this article are of election fraud.
Presidents vow to uphold and protect the constitution.
Rulers fire shots over the bow of those who are, by the Constitution, the last word regarding laws passed by congress and issue intimidating statements such as:
“I’m confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress. And I’d just remind conservative commentators that for years what we’ve heard is the biggest problem on the bench was judicial activism or a lack of judicial restraint, that an unelected group of people would somehow overturn a duly constituted and passed law. Well, this is a good example. And I’m pretty confident that this court will recognize that and not take that step.”
Those who intend to vote for Obama this November fall into 3 groups.
1) They are in denial and believe tyranny could never happen here.
2) They are complicit in bringing tyranny to the United States.
3) They are people of good conscience willing to remain silent.

It took but 56 men, willing to stand against tyranny with their signatures to create this nation. We now have 535 elected officials in Washington. I also encourage you to send a link to this article to each of those elected officials and ask them to do what those brave 56 did some 236 years ago. Ask them to demand a full and immediate investigation into Obama’s eligibility. Ask they immediately subpoena all records now sealed regarding Obama, his past, his college years and his origins.
If they refuse, are they then not the very people of which Jefferson warned us?

Ronda, for something that serious (the Spain thing) please provide a link or a reference. I can’t find it on google, and that would be huge if true. Besides, the fact remains that states count the votes, and the electoral colleges are the ones casting them. This occurs in states. Please provide a reference.
I read an article this morning about Obama sending out votes for the next eletion to be sent to Spain to be tabulated. NEVER in our history have our “Votes” been outsourced. There will be no re-counts. What all this means is that “The fix is in.” I immediately thought “that’s why this arrogant, evil POS walks around without a care in the world. I just don’t understand WHY someone can’t stop this fool. I know Obama has several murders under his regime…..but if it were to come out, this man would be charged, tried and convicted of Treason. One more thing, Questionman… The ONLY campaign promise the incumbent has kept is to fundamentally change America. He has been diligently working on that since his election. He never pulled us out of Iraq. Do not believe that lie. The Iraqi government would not agree to extend the Status of Forces Agreement. By not agreeing to it, Iraq basically threw us out. It was part of an agreement made between President Bush and PM Maliki.

First of all, you totally negate your entire argument the moment you started name-calling. Haven’t you ever heard that the first person to swear or name call in an argument loses the argument? No? Then take a few notes.
What makes you an expert on history? Your community college experience? Actually, any college experience or the History Channel? If you went to community college and are young enough, congratulations, you have been indoctrinated into the left-leaning world of twisted facts.
You obviously supported Obamacare. Here is a history lesson for you. Social Security started out as simply a VOLUNTARY program under FDR. Let’s break down “VOLUNTARY” a little, as it has a few more syllables than you are used to…it means, in essence, to choose to do it or not. Additionally, that little 9 digit number was never intended to be used for identification purposes. I dare you to try to NOT pay into Social Security, or to not use it on an application for a job (which you should probably try to find…what? No jobs? Blame Obama and his “masterpiece” legislation.). Why? Employers MUST look at the cost of hiring someone, and that is more than simply an hourly wage. No amount of tax breaks is going to incentivize an employer to hire someone.
Now, I am going to assume by “con” you mean Republican, and from now on that is how I am going to reference your term. Just to reiterate the Admin’s statement, because any reasonable person would indeed agree with it, our current President is a failure NOT because of his skin, but because he has failed to uphold his oath. This is not to say that any one President ever perfectly executed the oath, but this one seemed to have his fingers crossed behind his back when he finally was able to say the oath (it took two tries…google it).
One of the reasons, I believe, that the Supreme Court has never taken up the case is the potential for a Constitutional crisis. Think about it, our founders, the framers of this great Constitution, never imagined that anyone BUT a natural born citizen would be elected to office. A person who fulfills the requirements as outlined in the Constitution. It is incontrovertible that the digital versions of the birth certificate and the selective service card are forgeries. So, where are the real ones? Should be simple enough to produce originals. Knowing those facts, I believe the Supreme Court is frightened of the implication that should the documents prove false, and no originals exist, that a crisis unlike any they have ever seen before would occur. In other words, their silence on the matter is very much leaving it to the states to decide, and many are attempting to. Barring fraud, the incumbent will not be on some state ballots.
And, I have to agree with you, the Supreme Court has wrongly interpreted the 14th Amendment as conferring citizenship on anyone born here (and, guess what…in 1866, the 14th Amendment was passed…with NO Democrat support…If I were you, I would question your assertion that Republicans are racist.).
As for the Ryan plan, you left something out. In conjunction with reducing taxes, spending is also reduced. So, think about it…you are spending less and therefore need to take in less. Simple. Oh, and by reducing taxes, you put more money in the hands of the individual. The INDIVIDUAL drives commerce in the United States. Not some elected or unelected official. The INDIVIDUAL choosing to purchase something drives the economy. More disposable income, more buying. More commerce is created. More jobs. More jobs means (wait for it)…more tax revenue coming into government coffers. This has proven true all throughout history. Look at the forgotten recession (here is the link for your edification http://mises.org/daily/3788 ADMIN!! DON’T EDIT IT!! This guy needs a history lesson!). Look at the Reagan years. And those are two examples. At no time did spending more than came in ever save the economy. At no time did government direction of the economy help. I have no idea what his religion is, but there are clues. And frankly, I do not care what his religion is. That is his business. To fundamentally change America means to change the Constitution. It is simple analysis that leads to that conclusion. As far as Patriotism is concerned, do you know what that means as well? “Love of country and willingness to sacrifice for it.” No man or woman is subordinate to the President. We owe our (waning) prosperity to the foundation upon which this country was founded. A Patriot is willing to die for that foundation. I cannot talk about the motives of whomever says what they say about the man in office, but I can say I will fight to the death to protect their right to say what they want (including yourself). That makes me Patriotic. Are you willing to do the same? Is the incumbent?
Now, to give this a little context, yes. I agree with your assertion that Bush was no true conservative. He got us into messes that we are going to take a long time extricating (use a dictionary) ourselves from. He did start TARP, and did use the money in ways the TARP bill never intended. So, yes, he was not a great president; however, I would have him back in a heartbeat if I could. “MIss me yet?” Why, yes sir, I do.
As far as slamming him with lies, are lies verifiable? No. They fall apart in the face of scrutiny. However, none of the accusations against the incumbent that are based on fact fall apart. None. I disagree with what FDR, LBJ, Carter, Clinton, and Obama have done to my country. But disagreeing with Obama is off limits because of the color of his skin? I don’t think so. Scotus ruled Voter ID is constitutional…..Eric Holder has taken it upon himself, to disregard this decision, as it applies to Texas.
Goergia is now in the appeals court with regard to Obam’a eligibility to be on the ballot in Georgie.
I have sent letters to all members of both houses over these issues but one letter is like one grain of sand on a beach……EVERYONE NEEDS TO DO IT…..EMAIL AND CALL!!!!

Talk is cheap. My question is: Why hasn’t the conservative representatives in both houses of congress brought an investigation forward? Why haven’t charges been brought? While I applaud your efforts to fire up voting American’s, we are powerless except for our vote. Are there no American representatives with the courage to step up and do something?
