So…Florida…How DOES it feel to be ground zero?

No, I’m not referring to Florida’s swing state status in the upcoming election…Florida’s been there done that…pregnant chads…Hanging chads…Counts, recounts…Florida is used to being THAT ground zero.

This time, Florida is being set up as ground zero for Obama’s race war.

Last week, in George Zimmerman’s bond hearing, Zimmerman himself took the stand and that almost never happens. Bond hearings are typically dry, almost boring…Attorneys making standard arguments and counter arguments with the defendant just sitting there.

Not this time.

This time, the defendant took the stand and it may well have changed everything.

The first thing he did was apologize to Martin’s family. He said he was sorry for the loss of their son, that he didn’t know how old the kid was, that he thought that he and the victim were nearly the same age.

He said he didn’t mean to do it and, perhaps most stunningly, he said he didn’t know whether or not Trayvon Martin was armed.

“I am sorry for the loss of your son I did not know how old he was. I thought he was a little bit younger than I am. I did not know if he was armed or not.”

As stunning and surprising as THAT all was, it wasn’t THE most stunning part of the testimony.

That came when the lead investigator took the stand. The lead investigator who wrote and signed the affidavit which was used to charge Zimmerman with 2^nd degree murder. The less than 1 full page affidavit. The affidavit which contained no disclosure of evidence or provided any motive but yet made the charge of 2^nd degree murder.

Investigator Dale Gilbreath’s testimony may have turned the prosecution’s case upside down. He may have destroyed their case but suffice it to say, Gilbreath didn’t do the prosecution any favors.

Gilbreath testified that he, as the lead investigator, has no idea who threw the first punch. Gilbreath, as the lead investigator testified that he had no evidence to suggest that Zimmerman did not return to his vehicle when told to do so by the 9-11 operator.

The lead investigator, Gilbreath, testified that there were injuries to the back of Zimmerman’s head and that those injuries could have been caused by having his head slammed into a sidewalk.

Some say it’s too early to draw conclusions and they could be right. Others say this case might not make it to trial. They might be right.

One thing IS certain; the lead investigator didn’t do the prosecution any favors last Friday.

Here’s something else that is certain. For Obama to get his race war, he needs Zimmerman acquitted or for the trial to fall apart on a lack of evidence. He needs Zimmerman to walk free.

A conviction, even on a lesser charge, dilutes the anger. Zimmerman walking throws a lit match on the fuel.

Obama can’t take a chance and adding more fuel is the best way to deepen the divide.

Enter Jacksonville Florida.

Eric “Didn’t Charge the New Black Panthers” Holder, has filed a federal lawsuit against the Jacksonville Florida Fire Department charging…Racial discrimination.

“This complaint should send a clear message to all public employers that employment practices that have the effect of excluding qualified candidates on account of race will not be tolerated,” said Thomas Perez, Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division. “At best, these tests measure only a slice of what is necessary to be a supervisor, but they stand in the way of qualified African-Americans advancing in the fire department.  The Justice Department will take all necessary action to ensure that such discriminatory practices are eliminated and that the victims of such practices are made whole.” 

There are no political coincidences.

From the liberal left, Zimmerman has been called a WHITE Hispanic. From the liberal left, Obama said if HE had a son he would look like Trayvon Martin. From the liberal left, the same New BlacKKK Panther Party which got a pass on voter intimidation issued a dead or alive bounty on the head of George Zimmerman and got a pass on that too.

From the liberal left, we have Members of the Congressional Black Caucus in Florida yelling about justice for Trayvon. From the liberal left we had a congressman on the floor of the House wearing a hoodie. From the liberal left we have Al “Condemn the Duke Lacrosse Players” Sharpton stirring the pot.

All of these actions have purpose…Creating a racial rift…Widen the rift…deepen the divide…create anger, create an atmosphere for violence…racial terrorism…

What do you think all the advance work has been leading up to? Anybody who goes against Obama is a racist? The Tea Party is a racists angry mob?

TYPICAL WHITE PEOPLE???

I’m not saying there isn’t something wrong happening in the Jacksonville Fire Department, maybe there is but the case has already been decided by the United States Supreme Court.

In 2009’s Ricci v DeStefano, the Court ruled 5-4 for the eighteen white (including one Hispanic) firefighter plaintiffs. The majority held that an employer can invoke fear of “disparate impact” litigation by minority applicants as a defense to a charge that discarding the results was itself an act of unlawful discrimination. However, the lead opinion written by Justice Kennedy announced that the defense is only available where the employer has a “strong basis in evidence” for fearing disparate impact liability. The majority further found that the record in Ricci did not meet this standard.

Basically, it’s the same case so why NOW , why Florida and perhaps most importantly, why not a whisper regarding the New BlacKKK Panther Party’s open and very public Zimmerman bounty?

There are no political coincidences.
