A Letter to Obama

Mr. Obama,

Tonight, you will deliver your, YOUR State of the Union speech. Before you do, you should know how WE see things.

When I say WE, I mean We The People. We who are the real power in this country. We, in whom our founders invested THEIR trust to make the decisions to guide this nation.

We are sick and tired of YOUR empty promises and we are sick of you.

We’re sick of your agenda, sick of your administration, sick of your disdain for the constitution and sick of you blaming everything and everybody for the ills of our nation other than yourself.

We are sick of the entitlement agenda. We don’t want entitlements we want opportunities. We want the opportunity to move up in life. YOU want us all equal at the bottom and envision a middle class made larger by pulling down the upper class.

You talk endlessly about enlarging the middle class and you endlessly demonize the upper class. In doing this, YOU inspire people only to mediocrity. Why would anyone aspire toward greatness or wealth only to be demonized by you, your party and your agenda?

Class warfare is not the way to restore greatness to our nation Mr. Obama. It’s the way to destroy it.

Mr. Obama, your Secretary of the Treasury is in charge of making sure we pay our taxes but he didn’t pay his. Really? Your administration is a mess and we could point out one after the next but let’s concentrate on your Attorney General.

Eric Holder was in charge of Fast and Furious and handed over high powered weapons to the Mexican drug cartels. So far, more than 200 people have been killed by those weapons. Mr. Obama, one of our own Border Agents was killed by those weapons. There will be more deaths too.

You continue to stand behind Eric Holder. He wouldn’t even prosecute the New Black Panthers for voter intimidation. Mr. Obama, he refused to prosecute the New Black Panthers for voter intimidation yet HE calls anyone who disagrees with HIM a racist.

It’s not about race Mr. Obama it’s about the laws and HIS refusal to enforce them. That’s wrong regardless of color.  HE knows it and frankly, so do YOU.

Your administration is suing individual states for trying to enforce the laws your administration refuses to enforce. Your administration is blocking individual state’s laws which are designed to dramatically cut down on voter fraud.

Your administration is being taken to the United States Supreme Court to try and defend an overreaching mandate forcing We The People to purchase a good or service we don’t want.

Mr. Obama, YOUR administration is going to FORCE religious organizations and churches to provide FREE contraception, abortion drugs and sterilizations which in many cases goes directly against their faith yet you, your administration and your party continue to drive a wedge between church and state.

Which IS it Mr. Obama? You CAN’T have it BOTH ways.

We are sick of your bowing to foreign leaders some of whom align themselves more with our enemies than our friends while you turn your back on our strongest allies. We’re sick of your backing of the Muslim Brotherhood and your willingness to talk to those who want us dead. We are sick of your use of our military men and women as political pawns.

In making recess appointments, Mr. Obama, while congress was not in recess, you have directly and willfully violated our constitution. By unilaterally deciding not to defend the Defense of Marriage Act, a law on the books, you violated our constitution.

When you took office Mr. Obama, you swore to uphold and defend our constitution and citing the above examples, you have also directly and willfully violated your oath of office.

Speaking of our constitution Mr. Obama, it clearly states that one must be a natural born citizen to serve as president. While the constitution itself does not define the parameters of natural born citizen, our United States Supreme Court has, in 4 separate opinions. In each of those written opinions, natural born citizen is defined as one whose parents, both parents, were United States citizens except those whose parents were born before the date of our nation’s independence.

Mr. Obama, while YOU were born in Hawaii, and your MOTHER was a United States citizen, your FATHER was not.

This Thursday, you have been subpoenaed to appear in a courtroom in Georgia regarding this very issue. You have directed your attorney to tell that court that this matter is irrelevant and as such, you will not appear. The court said it IS relevant. Then you instructed your attorney to argue that individual states cannot decide who is or is not to be placed on their ballots. The Georgia court says THEIR state law clearly says they indeed can. Then you had your attorney instruct the court that you are just too busy with the duties of your office to appear this Thursday.

Mr. Obama, you seem to find time for golf, vacations, campaigning at Disneyland, beer summits, outings with the family and Alice in Wonderland parties but you can’t scrape together the time to face the court regarding what could well become another constitutional crisis of your own making?

Mr. Obama, we are sick of your jobs creation adviser sending large portions of his company to China while paying no taxes here, we’re sick of your Secretary of Homeland Security telling us that religious conservatives should be watched while those who would break our laws continue to flow across unprotected borders.

We are sick of you telling US that the last president or today’s republicans or earthquakes, tornadoes and tsunamis are responsible for our economic woes.

Mr. Obama, when you took office, ALL the presidents before you accumulated 6.3 trillion dollars of debt. YOU have accumulated 6.5 tillion on your own. There are still far more people unemployed today than when you took over and more than you told us there would be if only your stimulus spending was enacted.

We are sick of you telling us that republicans won’t pass bills to start turning the economy around. Right now, there are 27 such bills, passed by republicans, that Harry Reid simply will not act upon. One of those, Mr. Obama, is a budget. The last budget YOU sent to the senate was shot down 97-0. That means not even those in control of the senate, YOUR party, could find anything in it to like. Mr. Obama, neither you nor your administration nor your party has passed a budget for 1000 days. We’re sick of that too.

Tonight, Mr. Obama, you will deliver another State of the Union speech. Do not regale us again with talk of investment in alternative energy companies which will go bankrupt after taking our money. Don’t bother us with Sputnik moments. Don’t tell us to buy electric cars from companies you bailed out, because they don’t work and burst into flames.

Instead, explain why we won’t be building a pipeline from Canada to Texas. Explain why, after 3 years of study, you claim you need more time. Explain why you need more time when for months, you’ve been telling people you have to act without consent of congress because “We can’t wait.”

Mr. Obama, tomorrow night is your opportunity to do the right and proper thing. With an assembled joint session of congress and a national television audience, resign. For the good of the nation, resign. To avoid the coming constitutional crisis’, resign.  To allow a new dialogue and the beginning of a return to lawful leadership, resign.

The flag of al Qaeda now flies in Benghazi, the decades long peace accord between Israel and Egypt is in grave danger, Iran is working toward nuclear weapons, and the Hamas backed Palestinian Authority is playing the U.N. like a fiddle. The free world cannot be led from behind Mr. Obama. Resign.

You have violated our constitution, you have acted without the consent of congress, you have said individual state’s laws are irrelevant and that they do not apply to you. Mr. Obama, a free nation cannot be led by one who willfully and decidedly puts himself above the law. Resign

No president has the unchecked power to fundamentally change America. That authority rests with the people. No president is above the law. Presidents must answer to the people. No president has the authority to act without the consent of a congress elected by the people.

Just a couple more things.

    From 2003 through 2008, member of congress worked to eliminate Article II – Section I – Clause V of the U.S. Constitution, requiring that all presidential candidates be natural born citizens of the United States.

    In 2008, fifty state Secretaries allowed the name Barrack Hussein Obama to appear on their state ballot for the president, despite the known fact that Barrack Hussein Obama did not meet the constitutional conditions for the office sought, and that the Democrat Party had intentionally failed to certify Barrack Obama as constitutionally eligible for office.

    On January 20, 2009, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Roberts administered the presidential oath of office to an individual and every member of the Supreme Court had knowledge that Barrack Hussein Obama failed to meet constitutional requirements for the office he was about to take.

    The Chief Law enforcement officer in our country is head of the Department of Justice, Eric Holder. A long-time leftist comrade of Barrack Obama who uses the power of the office to silence the vice of American dissenters, while protecting all who intend America harm.

    The voting fraud is so prevalent in America today that it is almost impossible to rely upon the election system as a means of correcting anything and even if you could rely on the system, decent honest qualified leaders do not run for political office in this cesspool we call a country today.

    Only 25% of the nation strongly supports this White House resident, which means 75% have great doubts, with more than 35% strongly opposed.

    Only the people can put this nation back on track to freedom and liberty, the rule of law and our beloved constitutional republic and they cannot do it in the election booth.

    The people must rise up, stand together and hold these criminal actors accountable for the theft of our government which has become the greatest threat to the American way of life in history.

    The people must wake up, stand up, come together and put this evil down and they must do it while they still have the power to do so. TAKE ACTION TODAY!

    The name Barrack Hussein Obama II cannot appear on the 2012 President ballot and neither can the name of any co-conspirator. Every citizen who wants to live in freedom tomorrow must contact the appropriate officials today!

Watching w great interest how the State of the Union address will respond to the specific details of the aforementioned communication and as to compliance of Constitutional requirement to hold Presidential office.
