What is in a “corporation?” What lies within a corporation other than bosses, subordinates, paper-shufflers, logistics, marketing, administrators, accountants, paperclips, staplers, water coolers, and workplace gossip? How would you define it? Would you define it as an entity which makes up it’s own rules for it’s own employees within a culture of it’s own and for it’s own structural operation? I’d say that would paint a fairly accurate portrait. But, how would you define our Federal Government? Bear in mind that I’m not talking about the political body which was formed 230 years ago, nor am I talking about the political body which diligently respected the rights of citizens all through the constitutional implementation process which lasted until the 1830s. I’m talking about the government today. I’m talking about this authoritarian product which has resulted from 180-years of steady encroachment. I’m talking about the “nature” of a contemporary beast–one which wages campaigns against assembled citizens such as the Tea Party; one which plunders the piggy-bank of funds earmarked for certain programs to fund another; one which kowtows to conclaves of international bureaucrats such as the United Nations; one which tells us how to produce energy; one which tells us what kind of light bulbs we’re allowed to use; one which, well, you get the picture…the list of encroachments is a scroll of Dead Sea proportions.

Our current United States Government, that “thing” which rests on a 10-acre parcel of property in the District of Columbia–a District as opposed to a State–outside the United States of America is a “corporation” that has assumed the role of a pseudo-government, but one which hasn’t the legal authority to do so. Have we not figured out by now that this “thing” wants and takes our money so that it can run the States and it’s employees like a business rather than stick to the binds that were placed upon it over two centuries ago? Have we not figured out by now that this “thing” has overstepped it’s boundaries time-and-time again, for the sake of it’s business, rather than let us keep our money so that WE can go about OUR business–which is, for the most part, none of their business?

I’m of the mind that any action whereby this “thing,” this pseudo-government, this quasi-corporation known as the United States Government attempts to make laws, to impose laws on the States and their people, is illegal. But, once again I submit that this is “my” take. This is reality as “I” see it and I would not dare impose my reality on anyone else…as I understand the meaning of encroachment. So, as you follow me along, realize this is a stream of thought which is purely mine and no one else’s. If you agree…then I say, “cool!”

I’m also of the mind that when any of the States or their people give allegiance or surrender their rights to this “thing,” this guano-ridden cave of uber-corporate crapulence, they are doing so illegally. I mean, what was it put their for in the first place? It is a protector of rights…or, at least, it was supposed to be. It is a referee…or, at least, it was supposed to be. It is supposed to deal in foreign relations which don’t supercede the mandates of our Constitution. It is supposed to deal in commerce from the vantage point of a line judge. It is supposed to locate post offices and provide for the defense. It is supposed to levy taxes (excise taxes, to be specific) and it is not supposed to just change rules as it goes along without any indication of respect for the Amendment process. There are documents explaining what it is supposed to do: there are the journals of James Madison; there are notes from the Constitutional Convention; there are the rulings of the Marshall Court; there is English Common Law terminology; there is a Bill of Rights; there is a Constitution. What do the documents say? What do the transcripts and notes of the Implementation era say?

I’m of the mind that this “thing” is not a referee nor a line judge; rather, it is a player making up the rules of the game as the game progresses. It is an illegal authority, and a foreign one at that. And anyone who volunteers to let such a foreign authority to control their lives is merrily proffering away their freedoms away illegally; and this is where the changes have become so glaring, particularly if you are willing to see things through the lens of “my” reality.

The Federal Government, which is foreign to the United “States” of America, which is located in the “District” of Columbia, which is not a “State,” which is factually at the beck and sit of international bankers, international bureaucrats, and internationalized corporations, has set itself up as a constitutional adversary, an international control mechanism…an infiltrator posing as our government.

And, once again, I am of the mind of something; that is to say, the elected officials residing in that “District” outside of the United “States” of America, those vandals who chisel laws onto the walls of that guano-ridden cave of uber-corporate crapulence, are not in any way acting as representatives of the people whom elect them. They are not citizen employees; rather, they are faux-representatives whom are elected by an unbeknownst citizenry to assume a post in this quasi-corporation as middle-management employees. Meanwhile, WE citizens carry on as subservient dupes on the take: WE shuffle our papers, WE change out the water cooler, WE pick up cigarette butts in the parking lot, WE do our mailroom-clerk duties, WE provide janitorial service and polish the mighty oak desks of our new feudal lords. The State laws no longer apply to the middle-management nor does the Constitution. State laws and the Constitution are bad for business, you see.

The United States Government and the United States of America have essentially developed into two nations within the same land mass, wherein the former wields an illegal authority over the latter. The United States Constitution is no longer treated as a rulebook of which this quasi-corporation must execute it’s business by, as the rules no longer apply. Look at the history behind my claim, please. And, as a foreign entity to the United “States,” these cave-dwellers and their employers–international bankers, international bureaucrats, internationalized corporations and other “special” interests–play by a different rulebook…a rulebook which morphs with time as it suits them best.

Freedoms that WE THE PEOPLE have enjoyed in past generations are stealthily being stripped away, and they are being stripped away unbeknownst to the public. It is as though an individual is being ushered into a spa and resort by a very powerful hypnotist–one who is very persuasive, one who talks the individual along as he or she takes him or her by the hand, walking side by side through the protective gate, through the entrance of a resplendent hotel retreat, down the glimmering halls and into the suite…

…and it is only when the sliding bar doors roll to a shut that the unwitting individual realizes they’ve been led through the gate, down the halls, and into the cell of a prison.

This is what is happening.

And this “thing,” this cavernous abode of carrion chowder known as the  Federal Government sees itself as a democracy, whereas the original “States” of the Union were a Republic. The “Republic” is no longer recognized by the “Democracy” which has become our United States of America. Our United States of America, via the shenanigans of our illegal quai-corporate authority, has become a majority rule. Our United States of America has become a severed entity of mob-alliances. Our United States of America has become a process of focusing on the majority to the detriment of the minority. This is a process that is taught in our schools, encouraged by our media, and exemplified by our illegal authority. In election cycles, it is rare to hear anything fundamental to the spirit which brought this nation into being. More and more, I hear less and less obedience to constitutional law. What I truly hear from both sides, almost unwaveringly, are talking points geared to convince the mob-alliances of who will run this quasi-corporation in a more philanthropically illegal fashion.

Most of the laws of the Federal Government are corporate rules and corporate laws imposed on the States whom’ve allowed themselves to eat guano. Originally, the laws passed were by consent of the States; however, it has reached a point where the Federal Reserve Bank–an illegal central bank mired in foreign interests/investment; an illegal central bank which has our illegal quasi-corporate authority by the gullet–has such a power and loans to the States. Or, as it were, programs for the States, each to each, can be financed from the guano-riddled cave in that “District” which seeks merely to control. Also as it were, States bow down and kiss the quasi-corporate ring just so they can receive “federal” money from the “Federal” Reserve.

I only hope that this gradual takeover by a foreign entity hasn’t gone too far. The government in that “District” is no longer a representative of the people, or of the States. It is a control over the people, and over the States. It is an entity which looks upon the people, and the States, as subordinate employees in a quasi-corporation, resulting in a parasitic trickle-up business plan which entails a creation of wealth by vassals to be commandeered by Royal thugs.
