A Kentucky catholic school has issued an apology to a group of native Americans for “mocking” them at an event a week ago at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C. but if you ask me, it is the native Americans who owe those students the apology.

According to the diocese, the students might face expulsion.

In issuing a joint statement, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Covington and Covington Catholic High School apologized and stated that they are investigating, and will take “appropriate action, up to and including expulsion.”

Naturally, liberals and the Pravda mainstream media seized on the event to scream “racism” because some of the students were wearing “Make America Great Again” hats, and their socialist collective outrage was focused on one particular student, Nick Sandmann, who stood there, smiling, as native American, Nathan Phillips, a 64-year-old man stood about six inches from the student…beating a drum, and chanting.

If all it takes for a catholic school, and their diocese to issue an apology and threaten to expel their students is an absurd claim by liberals…then it is the school and their diocese that should lose the support of their community.

Here’s what really happened…

Those students were at the Lincoln Memorial, on a school trip when the “Indigenous People’s March” was taking place. As the native American marchers got to where the students were…it was the marchers who were mocking the students.

The video CLEARLY shows Phillips getting right up in the face of Sandmann…barley 6 inches from his face…banging his drum right in that student’s ear…and singing…while a marcher’s voice can be heard telling the students…“This is not your land,” and…”Go back to Europe where you came from.”

THAT is what set off the students, many of whom did indeed react to the mocking by the marchers…except for Sandmann, who simply stood his ground as Phillips tried his level best to intimidate him…and smiled.

According to Sandmann…“I believed that by remaining motionless and calm, I was helping to diffuse the situation. I realized everyone had cameras and that perhaps a group of adults was trying to provoke a group of teenagers into a larger conflict.’’

Rather than making Sandmann this week’s face of racism, bigotry and hate…the student should be applauded as an example of reason and for maintaining his cool, exhibiting a calmness beyond his years.

Typical of liberals, “actress” Alyssa Milano tweeted that the footage “brought me to tears.” Poor little snowflake…offended to tears on behalf of those who sought a confrontation…got one and then cried “racism.” She wasn’t finished…“The red MAGA hat is the new white hood,” Milano tweeted, and she followed that up with…“Without white boys being able to empathize with other people, humanity will continue to destroy itself. #FirstThoughtsWhenIWakeUp,”

“Actor,” Chris Evans tweeted that the students’ actions were both “appalling” and “shameful.”

According to the diocese…“We extend our deepest apologies to Mr. Phillips. This behavior is opposed to the Church’s teachings on the dignity and respect of the human person.”

The diocese apologized TO Phillips for PHILLPIPS trying to intimidate one of their students who refused to react? Seriously…what the hell?

Marcus Frejo, a member of the Pawnee and Seminole tribes said that he, “joined Phillips to defuse the situation,” by singing the anthem from the American Indian Movement and ALSO beating on a hand drum.

As Phillips was in the student’s face, trying to intimidate the student…Frejo couldn’t have been trying to “defuse the situation,” he had to be trying to ADD to the situation.

Let me be absolutely clear here…

Those students were on a school sponsored trip to Washington D.C. and were at the Lincoln Menorial when the Indigenous People’s March came along…and people marching with them walked into the group of students and started telling the students that “This isn’t your land. Go back to Europe where you came from,” and this Phillips got into the face of one particular student…started banging his drum inches from that student’s ear and tried to intimidate that student who did not react with anything but a smile…but here’s how NPR…part of the mainstream liberal Pravda media machine covered it…

“A crowd of students surrounds the Native American man, laughing and filming on cell phones. One boy, wearing a red Make America Great Again hat, stands just inches away from the man’s drum, staring at him with a wide smile.”

“Videos show a number of young men and women, predominantly white, jumping, cheering and chanting, in a dense circle around Phillips. Many are wearing Trump paraphernalia, and some are wearing clothing associated with the Covington high school.”

“The jeers of the students – and Phillips’ stoic response – were captured in a video that has sparked widespread criticism and drawn an apology from a Kentucky prep school and diocese.”

One has to go ten paragraphs into the NPR propaganda before one gets to this line…”Another video appears to show Phillips approaching the large group of students.”

Liberal congresswoman, Deb Haaland from New Mexico and a native American herself said…”The students’ display of blatant hate, disrespect, and intolerance is a signal of how common decency has decayed under this administration. Heartbreaking.”

Clearly, the videos show that it was the native American Phillips and those marching with him who were doing the initial mocking and attempting to intimidate the students…but according to liberals…it’s all Trump’s fault.

Clearly, the students never “surrounded” the Indians…the students were on the Lincoln Memorial steps and it was the Indians who took the opportunity to walk into the student group and attempt to cause a ruckus by stopping their march and getting in the face of the students.

This wasn’t a clash of national or ancestral cultures…to the Indians at that march…this was a clash of political ideologies. Many of the students were wearing “Make America Great Again” hats and shirts and those students were there to participate in the March for Life event that day…pro-Trump and anti-abortion students are nothing less than the targets of the liberal agenda.

That’s correct…high school students are fair game for the oh-so-tolerant liberals to be targeted based on lies as parroted by the mainstream media…even in the face of at least a dozen videos that I have seen that show the exact opposite of what liberals are reporting.

But the truth doesn’t matter to liberals…does it?

Here’s what the student who has become the laser focuse of such liberal lies and targeting has to say… “I am being called every name in the book, including a racist, and I will not stand for this mob-like character assassination of my family’s name. One person threatened to harm me at school and one person claims to live in my neighborhood. My parents are receiving death and professional threats because of the social media mob that has formed over this issue.”

Sandmann is being threatened with expulsion from his school, his name is being dragged through the mud, his family is receiving death and professional threats to their jobs, and he, himself, has been threatened with physical harm…over nothing but a pack of liberal manufactured lies…and the videos prove that neither he, nor his fellow Covington Catholic students did anything wrong.

David Hogg…a high school student from Parkland Florida told lies about his whereabouts during a school shooting…LIES…and the liberal mainstream Pravda media made him into a HERO…but Nick Sandmann…a high school student from Covington Kentucky tells the TRUTH…and the mainstream Pravda media makes him a monster.

What’s the difference between the two high school students?

Hogg is a liberal who embraces the liberal agenda, hates guns and President Trump and lies…while Sandmann is a Conservative, who supports the Conservative agenda, supports President Trump and tells the truth.

Liberals won’t allow the truth to stand in the way of their Pravda propaganda, nor will they allow their false claims of tolerance stand in the way of being 100 percent intolerant of anyone who doesn’t buy into their garbage lock, stock and banned gun barrel.

What is really at issue here is the 1^st Amendment…

The 1^st Amendment states, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

So…were the Covington Catholic High School students within their rights to both march in the Right to Life event and to be at the Lincoln Memorial? Yes. Were the native Americans within their rights to march in Washington D.C. on the same day? Yes again. Did the native Americans have the right to walk into that group of high school students? Yes. Did the native Americans have the right to get up in the face of one of those students, bang on a drum and chant? Yes.

Did those students have a right to non-violently react to the intimidation of the native Americans? Yep. Did Nick Sandmann have a right to just stand there smiling with a native American banging a drum and chanting just six inches from his face. Absolutely.

Did the mainstream media have a right to lie about what transpired, make Sandmann out to be some sort of bigoted, racist monster? Sadly, they do have that right…but is it right to do so?

Not if the mainstream media wants to be taken as serious reporters of the news…not if the mainstream media wants to be believed, and certainly not if any harm should come to Nick Sandmann or his family either professionally or physically.

So everyone involved was well within their rights, but the media who manufacture and reported vicious fake news accounts of what actually happened and who was actually responsible for it was dead wrong…because, as Voltair said…”with great power comes great responsibility.”

The mainstream media wields great power to inform the public and thus provide information for and to the national dialogue…which means they have a responsibility to report fairly, accurately and honestly, and sans political bias the events of the day.

Not only has the mainstream media shirked that responsibility, they have completely abandoned it to become the propagandist puppets of the liberal elite driven by an agenda of hate, intolerance and lies.
